The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast fine, excellent location straight into the beach although the hotel is at far end of the beach (Man Thai beach) away from all the local services. A Grab bike/taxi ride or minimum 15 minute walk away from somewhere half decent to eat.
The major negatives for me were the 'music' and propaganda announcements on the beach from 5am until 11pm and inadequate sound proofing from the windows. The sound is so loud that it's distorted.
Also, more disturbingly, smoking (and extremely noisy, disrespectful neighbours) is permitted in the room by the placement of an ashtray next to the 'no smoking' sign. No fine for smoking in the room. This allows the disrespectful neighbours to smoke in their rooms with the main door open, and for smoke to waft into my room. I used the dressing gown at the bottom of the door to try to stem the flow of repulsive smoke into my room. The management are seemingly fine with this.
Overall this property was okay, room was very clean with a great shower and had a great view (oceanview). Breakfast was also good. The staff memeber that worked outside at the front of the hotel (initally greeted us and helped us with our motobikes) was very kind, and helpful.
My biggest complaint about this hotel was the laundry service for literally 1/2 a load it cost 330,000 dong (22 Canadian); this is beyound absurd, at Disney World a load is 7 US dollars and most places around vietnam are 50-100,000 dong. Very disappointed that my laundry cost the same as half my room cost.

Not safe. Bad smell. Not polite some staff. Bleak area far from anything. Have to take a taxi to get a bottle of water. We’ve been traveling through Asia for decades and this is not good.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. But the area around the hotel was bad-- many stores were closed and the only nearby restaurants were overpriced seafood restaurants. Also the beach was beautiful, but when I was there the red flags were out so swimming was not allowed many places and the water was very rough. Maybe this is a better hotel to stay in if you have your own transportation.

평범했음. 위치는 좋음. 숙소는 다른 호텔에비하면 작은편, 화장실에서 냄새가 살짝 났음.
날씨가 추워서 히터를 틀고 싶다했더니. 직원을 올려보내줌. 근데 직원이 영어를 아에 못하는 수준이라 소통이 어려웟고, 에어컨을 자꾸 키길래 히터로 바꿔달라햇더니 그냥 꺼버리고 감.. 추위에 벌벌떨며 이불 덮고 잠. 심지어 기본 슬리퍼도 제공 안해주길래 원래 안주는가 싶어서 시장에서 산 슬리퍼 신고 다님. 체크아웃하고 가려하는데, 왜 슬리퍼가 방에 없냐? 니네가 가져간거 아니냐 이러더라.. 황당.. 첨부터 주지도 않아놓고.. 그래서 없다하니. 오케이 하면서 보내줌.. 그냥 싼 맛에 갈만함. 솔직히 다른 4성급과 비교하면 시설은 매우 별로임
We liked everything about it. The ocean view is beautiful. The staff is excellent.

The hotel location is good, just cross the road to reach the beach. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. The pool is very small but in this hotel everyone would go swim in the beach rather than in the pool.

Prima Hotel,
dirket am Strand gelegen,
superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Personal spricht (unüblich für Vietnam) recht gut englisch.
Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, fein und reichlich.
Herrliche Aussicht aufs Meer,
auch vom Pool aus der sich im 14 Stock auf dem Dach befand.
und zu guter letzt. Preiswertt wars auch.
Danke für die angenehme Nacht.

I arrived early in the morning. Naturally my room was not ready. They were very kind to store my luggage, after I had removed a few things I needed. Then I was able to have a driver take me in the lovely hotel car (van) to Hoi An for a visit. Although the driver spoke (almost) no English, he was very pleasant and took me to a drop-off point and arranged a time to pick me back up. I was able to explore and enjoy Hoi An. The price for the service was quite reasonable (about $25 for 4 hours, but could have been extended to 6 for the same price). I had booked a room with a balcony and view of the ocean. It was worth it, as the view of the shore and peninsula is wonderful either in sun or rain (I experienced both!) The room was light and airy. The amenities were nice, bed comfortable and all quite clean. Breakfast, although I was not hungry, was good and varied and very nicely served by the warm and friendly servers. The porters/doormen were always nice and ever ready to help. As others have said, it is about 2 miles north of the main center and then across the bridge to the city itself. It's a short cab ride and the price is cheap. I would prefer this location for the view, as it is easy to get around by taxi or even the hotel car if booked ahead. I recommend the small extra charge for the room with the balcony. After all, the main reason for choosing this hotel is the view (although the other features of the hotel are quite nice.)
We loved the location of the property. It was far enough out of the way that it was very relaxing. However, the sound proofing for the balcony was horrible. So traffic and Saturday night party, was way to loud. The staff at the property made up for everything though. Every single staff we came in contact with was beyond helpful and kind.

This was a fabulous location for the quieter more 'local' [fishermen in the early mornings] beach....it IS a way from the centre but this did not present a problem. Taxis are inexpensive and there is a bus stop outside of the hotel and great fish restaurants nearby.

Lovely hotel, fabulous views from balcony or pool deck. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast OK but needs more western variety. A little far out from main area of Danang

L'hotel est juste en face de la mer mais il nous est interdit de prendre les serviettes de la piscine pour aller nager ! Nous sommes couple mixte "asiat-occidental" avec des passoprts étrangers, le 2è jour, l'une des hotesses nous interpelle pour réclamer le Passport de la personne d'origine asiatique !! Ignorant ainsi toutes règles de courtoisie et de politesse. Sans parler un manque de professionnalisme intolérable !!

It’s a bit far from the central area, but there’re many restaurants nearby. Also, the view from hotel of the sea and the Lady Buddha is amazing!

Need to provide information what is available. eg push bikes, tours. There is no such information available unless you hear about it from other guests then ask.
eg. we tried for 4days to get on the Hop ON Hop Off Bus. There was no information and all the desk staff didn't know about. They sell the tickets.
Need to have the capability of putting all tours ect. on your bill.
Breakfast got a bit boring. Same every day.
Hotel itself was great, just opposite the beach. Our room was clean, comfortable & roomy. Only downside was there were no bars close by (not walking distance anyways) and took ages for our cocktails to get made when me and friend were the only ones ordering.
