We liked our room, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in quiet environment and was closed for travelling in the center and markets.
Little Town Villa which is a family-run hotel is the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. The family suite which we stayed in is remarkably big, spacious, clean, well-lit and well provided with everything. There is separate bathroom with a beautiful tub from the toilet and both are equally spacious and clean with the wash basin outside. Towels and bed linen are remarkably clean. There are 3 king-sized beds which are very comfortable and a big living area and balcony overlooking the beautiful swimming pool which is a real bonus especially after a hectic day in the hot sun. The pool is amazingly clean and is very relaxing and calming with beautiful and interesting landscape.
The staff and the owner are very friendly, courteous and helpful. They are all out to welcome their guests and make sure the guests have comfortable stay with them. We were even served with a delicious and refreshing freshly-made welcome fruit juice. There is no lift as there are only 3 floors and the reception staff was so kind to help us carry our heavy luggage up the 1st floor.
The breakfast provided was fantastic with lot of local delicacies which were tasty and they were specially prepared by the owner herself and guests can also order eggs of their own choice. Food on the breakfast counter was replenished every minute. Even on the day we had to check out early, the owner promised to get breakfast ready for us before our departure to My Son.
There are free bicycle usage and Wi-Fi is really fast.
The pool, the staff, the owners, the breakfast, the location, the value for money were all amazing.
There is nothing I could fault with this hotel/home-away-from-home

A short walk to the town, but far enough away to get a good night sleep. Very friendly staff, lovely room, and the pool was a pleasure to use. I would definitely stay there again!

5.0 "An excellent hotel in Hoi An."
My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is two years old, beautifully clean, with excellent amenities, a lovely garden and swimming pool. The breakfasts were good with eggs to order and good variety . Our second floor corner room was spacous and bright. The owner was gracious and helpful as were all staff. The hotel is walking distance to the old town.

The property was located close to Old Hoi An, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed their stay there and we'd highly recommend it!

조식, 룸컨디션, 직원 서비스 등 부족함 없이 완벽했습니다. 개인적으로 조식은 단촐하지만 호이안 유명식당에서 먹은 음식보다 맛있었습니다.
올드타운과 가까운 거리에 위치해서 걸어서 관광할 수 있고 무료 대여해주는 자전거를 이용하셔도 좋습니다.
달러 환전도 좋은 가격으로 해주니 참고하세요.
조용하고 베트남 분위기를 느낄 수 있는 숙소로 다시 호이안을 간다면 재방문하고 싶어요!!

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. It's family run hotel and has excellent service. There are free bikes available from the hotel where you can check out and bike around town. Can't beat the price and the accomadation. If I came back, I'll stay there.

A family run charming hotel very professionally run. The staff are all lovely, and most accomodating. The room we had was huge with king sized bed and massive bath! Fridge and jug in the room. The swimming pool was a great bonus. Walkable to all attractions. The breakfast was beautiful, with all kinds of local food as well as catering to the western palate with eggs and toast with jam if wanted. I organised a shuttle through the hotel pick us up from the airport on arrival. The amazing bonsia trees around the property were wonderful, apparently a hobbie of the man of the house. I loved them.
Large comfortable room. Great pool and garden area. Low cost mini bar/laundry. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast ok but nothing special. Would highly recommend.

This hotel has large, beautiful rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. Its location—just a short ten-minute walk from Hoi An ancient town—is excellent, and the hotel provides free bicycles! My only criticism is that the breakfast buffet is in an open-air room and thus there were flies all over the food. Fortunately, they also provide freshly cooked breakfasts, so this wasn’t a problem for us, but we were reluctant to eat the buffet food, and we noticed not many other people were eating it either. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
