like so many hotels on this site.. the photos are of the hotel but are NOT a true representation... its tiny and ild. the room is a good size but the only window opens onto and internal stairwell. the shower tiles are quite mouldy. the breakfast was changed daily but each day the options where less and less untill the only option was two fried eggs on white sliced bread. we found out later it was because the owner was trying to save money by cooking breakfast himself. NOW as for the owner... RUDE. from the bad breakfast to him forgetting to book our car to the airport which he charged us US$22 For. WHICH LEFT US RUNNING FOR OUR FLIGHT. he is typical rude North Viet old man
Unfortunately there was lots of issues during my stay. The only positive was the location. They were updating the breakfast area so breakfast was delivered to the room however every morning this was wrong, which was a frustrating and had to wait another 30-40 mins for a replacement. One morning I ordered a chicken sandwich, I received lettuce and tomatoes on bread! I was also given no cutlery serval times. Then the problems got worse. The wifi was so slow it was pointless using it, the hot water in the shower kept going on and off and one night I had no hot water at all until the next evening. The same night my electricity went off at 10pm and wasn’t moved room till midnight. This was so frustrating as I had a tour at 7am the next morning and a 7 year old. I was refunded for my taxi to the airport but that was $15 which I just don’t feel justified the amount of inconveniences I had.
When we arrived, we were treated with juice and refreshments. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even made us breakfast to-go when we had an early morning flight. Would recommend.

5.0 "Fantastic Stay! "
The staff was so friendly and accommodating! This hotel came recommended from a family friend whose wife is from Vietnam.
The staff helped us to book our trips for our stay during our time in Hanoi, and their recommendations were fantastic.
My fiance and I had previously stayed in 5 star hotels in Ho Chi Minh, and in our opinion, this was our favorite hotel. It misses the "amenities" that must be a requirement for a 5-star designation, but it felt like they were really looking out for us and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
The hotel is clean and nice service. The reception is quite kindness and offer great suggestion and service.

웰컴드링크+과일(수박, 용과) 주는 것이 아주 좋음. 이 가격에 이렇게 대접하는 곳이, 여기밖에 없을 듯. 직원들이 친절함. 방은 좀 작았음. 1회용 실내화로 바꿨으면 좋을 듯. 36거리, 호수, 등등 위치적으로 좋음.

Traveled with family... Was an easy check in. Location wise, very convenient. Lots of good eating places nearby.
Staff were friendly... Spoke decent English.
Room and bathroom spacious.
Breakfast was good as well.
Highly recommend!

立地良し。コンビニ バインミー屋 フォー屋 直ぐ近くに有り。ナイトマーケット にも徒歩圏内。
ホテルのドアの開閉にコツが要り 2回ほど助けを呼びましたが 笑顔で教えてもらって助かりました。
スタッフの方達は皆んな 若くて働き者でいつもニコニコしてて フレンドリーで 良い子達デス。
毎日 good night letter を届けてくれます。
開けてみると。。。。翌日の天気でした。
コスパも最高だし
次もまた泊まりたくなるホテルです。

출장으로 잠만 자는 것으로 1박하기에 괜찮은 호텔.극찬에 가까운 후기들을 보고 4~5성급을 기대하진 마세요.베트남이 익숙한 분들에겐 괜찮은 호텔이고, 그렇지 않은 분들에겐 다소 낡은 호텔.가성비는 높음.

베트남에 위치한 호텔중에서는 아주 깨끗했으며
조삭이 화려하지 않았지만 정말 먹는것으로만 구성되어 있어 좋아으며 직원분들 또한 너무너무 친절해 하노이 여행을 다시 한다면 이호텔에서 묵고 싶어지는 곳입니다 ^^
매우 만족해요 ㅎㅎ
한국인이 저희밖에 없더라구요~~
조식 먹는동안 이런경험도 첨 해봤네요 ㅎ

Staff members are friendly and willing to help their guests. The customer service of every single member was excellent. Especially, the front desk ladies speak good Enlgish that made my stay there more comfortable.
Of course, the room itself was spacious and clean. Also the breakfasts were amazing including coffee, freshly cooked chicken rice noodle soup, omellet and fresh fruits.
I and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel after a terrible booking accident in other hotel nearby.
Thank you every staff members for your hard work and wonderful customer service.
I highly recommand this hotel to anyone who wants explore Hanoi city!

It’s nearly perfect!! I went travelling alone in Hanoi and I stayed in this hotel for five days. The room is very tidy and clean. I felt really comfortable. And the most important thing is that, it was so quiet at night, I slept well every night. The staff are so nice and friendly. They help a lot and provide useful information. There is one thing need to be improved: breakfast. Sometimes it is a little bit cold for the food. But all in all, it’s just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I am sure I will stay here next time if I travel Hanoi!
Beste servicen vi har opplevd. Fantastisk personale som ga god informasjon om Hanoi og turer og de smiler alltid. Rommene var små, men veldig behagelige med god aircondition, veldig rene (rengjort x2 per dag), fine og god seng.

Awesome location! Can walk to all major attractions in Old Town from here even with 2 kids in tow. Room was super clean and very safe. Beds were very comfortable. Staff is incredibly helpful. Big breakfast, including Western options of pancakes and French toast, which was nice for the kids ;)
A wonderful stay in a central gem of a hotel. Clean rooms, most comfortable bedding and linen.
Chocolates for the evening and a beautiful good night note. Friendly reception staff and most helpful with baggage to busy room.

Excellent value option in the heart of the old quarter. Bed was comfortable and the service was phenomenal. Every point of contact with a staff member was friendly and attentive. Room was a little dated, shower and A/C could use some maintenance, but those were minor flaws overall.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Particularly Zoe, Ann, Hero and Dong, who greeted us with mango juice and fresh fruit and gave us lots of great advice. We were made to feel really special. The hotel was very quiet despite being bang in the middle of the old quarter with so many restaurants and shops on your doorstep.
Walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake, St. Joseph's cathedral, Hoa Lo prison museum, the Women's museum and the opera House. We'd certainly recommend this hotel and if we return to Hanoi we won't look any further than the Little Hanoi Deluxe.
Every moment, every schedule, every staff was good.
All the staff were friendly and always welcomed with a smile. Breakfast was also delicious.
It was a favorite hotel to extend the extra stay. Local tour reservations can also be made cheaper than nearby tour shops.
