The most amazing service ever received in a hotel, rooms extremely comfortable, breakfast out standing, staff was so attentive, location perfect in the old quarter. Fantastic roof top bar. We are going back to Hanoi next week and will book here again and again

Our stay at La Siesta Premium was amazing. We stayed for a night and then left town and made a point to stay at the La Siesta when we got back to town. We also enjoyed the 90 min massage and it was the best massage my fiance and I have ever received! The complimentary brunch was also very well done! Aside from the beautiful accommodations, Quan, a staff member was so helpful and welcoming and an incredible front of house guy!
Terrific location in the bustle of the old town. New hotel developed to very good standard, lovely rooms and charming staff. Would not have wished anywhere else in Hanoi

Loved this hotel can’t fault with anything, staff wonderful so helpful, kind and attentive. Stayed for two nights in a deluxe room before hH long Bay trip then on return upgraded to an apartment. We had a transfer delay by 3 hours and the staff sorted everything for us. This hotel deserves 5 stars beats every hotel so far in Vietnam.

We booked airport pick up with hotel, which was fast and effective. We had a excellent check in with Anna, she was very informative and showed us a map of the area and how to get around the city. She even went to the effort of setting us up with a Vietnamese SIM card so that we could use 3G on the go. We arrived early, so she said she would WhatsApp us when our room was ready and then did so at 11am which was great. On finding out from us that we were there for our honeymoon, Anna arranged for some lovely towel swans and rose petals to be in our room the next day, and someone also delivered us a cake which said ‘happy
Honeymoon’. All of the staff could not do enough for us but Anna especially went to the extra effort of organising an upgraded room and also helped us find a restaurant for New Year’s Eve which catered for our dietary requirements. Anna is a credit to the hotel as she made our trip so memorable. The hotel is decorated really chic inside and the rooms are fantastic. The beds are so big and comfortable, just what you need to get away from the mean streets of Hanoi. Breakfast was excellent with lots of selection and rooftop bar is a delight. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of where you need to be. If you are in Hanoi you beer to stay here, it’s an excellent hotel.

Wonderful urban boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. Really hip and cool rooms and lobby, outstanding staff, excellent breakfast buffet, great view from top floor bar. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is an unique, beautiful hotel at busy old quarter. The elegant lobby is a great contrast to the chaos outside. Love the warm welcome with snacks and freshly prepared drinks. Staffs are friendly and enthusiastic, shared useful tour and dining informations. Room is nice and comfortable. Breakfast at Cloud Nine is fantastic, sumptuous food in glamorous setting. Love our stay here!

An excellent hotel, located in the heart of the old town area of Hanoi. Rooms were very clean, modern and elegant. Service was excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff that made the stay a pleasure. Definitely one of my favourite hotels in Asia.

Amazing Hotel in the busy and incredible Hang Be street. Located perfectly near the Hoa Kiem Lake, this boutique property is fantastic. Highly recommended!!
Our room was beautiful an had a nice view to Hanoi. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The lobby was finely decorated and the spa service is a must after a long flight!

Quan (hotel manager) offered a very personalized and memorable stay. He definitely took care of my and my friend on our travel and went above and beyond to negotiate some savings on a local painting I liked. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. Wonderful. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had no issues. Breakfast was massive. A huge selection that changed daily, with Western and Asian dishes to choose from. Highlight was the different juices served fresh each day. The rooms are French inspired, very clean and comfortable. The bed is on the firm side. The bathroom is a bit small, but the rain shower is delightful. The location is great, right in the middle of everything, but NOT loud at all. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant (same place) is on the expensive side (for Hanoi) and was okay for one dinner. Being in the middle of the touristy area, there are a lot of options for food, cafes, and massages. Most are on the expensive side (again, for Vietnam) but still reasonable. You don't have to go far to get better restaurants though. Just walk past the lake. The massage services at the hotel are almost double of places right down the block. But in my opinion are worth it. The hotel spa facilities are cleaner, more professional, and have much better ambiance. Even if it is more expensive than the others, it's still cheap by Western standards.
Perfect location, beautiful hotel. Amazing attention to detail. The staff go above and beyond to assist, their level of service is incredible. Really enjoyed our stay, good nights rest. Also enjoyed the sky bar.

Mia provided her WhatsApp number so we could contact her from wherever we were for a taxi or any other assistance Even the doorman took us to our restaurant on the back of his motorbike when the streets were closed for an event

The hotel is beautiful. Trendy and chic. Great rooms, albeit bathrooms a little small, but this is a gem of a boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and very service minded. We received top notch hospitality service by Mia who was available and helped us get settled in and also helped with car service, shopping advice, activities and more. Such a great added value. We love her and our stay at La Siesta!

The staff was outstanding. Every person from start to finish took great care to be sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Dat became our personal assistant and helped us with all our restaurant and transportation needs. He went above and beyond. The breakfast is delicious and so much to choose from. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. And we travel a lot! They think of every detail to make it wonderful for their guests.

La Siesta Premium Hang Be located in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi, very convenient all part of the city yet it made the most enjoyable part of our trip and I have no doubt and highly recommend to anyone to stay.
I like the room, the restaurant & the spa but what makes it stands out and we love this place is their hospitality!
Nancy was our Butler, she gave us details of restaurants recommendation, show us the direction even close to midnight and helps us ordering the best Vietnamese sandwiches in town.
There is an waiter who even specially prepare the coconut juice in the restaurant this morning when I’m having breakfast.
Besides, they recycle & reuse the newspaper, magazine as gift bags, trash bags, etc., I felt their passion & hospitality are from their heats & it’s very impressive & made our vacation.
We love staying in this hotel and will definitely come back soon.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best hotel we ever stayed in. The staff were extremely lovely, hotel was very clean and trendy we were in room 711. The rooftop bar and restaurant is great, loved 241 drinks watching the sunset. This hotel gives you a nice relaxing escape from a busy city. We also booked in for a hot stone massage which was very nice. You will leave this hotel feeling relaxed and satisfied.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at La Siesta Premium Hang Be.
The location is convenient with easy access to plenty of good restaurants and tourist spots. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, while the breakfast is delicious with great variety.
But what blew us away was the impeccable guest service and hospitality of the staff. Special thanks to Mia who made us feel like home throughout the entire stay.
Amazing experience for a very reasonable price, definitely our top choice in Old Quarter Hanoi.
This is an excellent hotel in Hanoi. The staff is great with Doanre ceiving you in the front desk and Ngoc and Amber in the restaurant. We stayed 3 nights and was like been at home. The hotel is a hidden gem in the old quarters. Nothing to complain or improve. Excellent rooms, attentive staff and superb food in the restaurant and skybar. Please keep this level of service. Well above than bigger chains. Highly recommended.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days (10 people total). One word to describe this trip: Amazing. The staff talked English well and funny, room is tidy and clean and the breakfast can make your day happily. Next to Hoan Kiem Lake and all downtown street, I walked alot and enjoyed my days in Hanoi. They showed me where to go, what to do and gave me some experiences around the town. My mom loves this hotel, thanks again La Siesta.
