5.0 "friendly stuffs and convinient location"
Lotte, Vincom(Metropolis / Nguyen Chi Thanh) or Kim Ma street is quite neer for walk. At Kim Ma, there are expressbus from/to airpot (#90 of Hanoi bus). It is very convinient.
Hotel amenity and faility are so so, but all stuffs are friendly and polite.
I like this hotel and stayed many times.

It's very cost effective. It has many restaurants and shops around. Window is quite bigger than the most of the hotels in Vietnam and makes the room more comfortable.
