The staff is efficient, knowledgeable, gracious, and helpful. Great location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I offer my highest possible recommendation.

+ : check in staff, Quan bell is surperb. Breakfast cooks - made vegan on request, great fruit, eggs & rice porridge. Room cleaned quickly & items provided quickly when not in room.
We have stayed at Icon36 several times and would stay again, the following improvements would improve score and customer satisfaction.
- : night reception staff and night bell found to be disinterested and rude. When a power outage left us in the 8th floor Without light or lift, I walked down and found both staff did not bother to come and inform us because "phone not working to room".
Room floor dusted but not mopped for sometime, rather dirty.
Room lighting had no bedside lamp and no bedside switch, only option was full lighting or none.
