Hôtel fermé pendant les festivités du nouvel an malgré une réservation faite en juin 2019 redirigé à notre arrivée vers le Sunrise hôtel de meilleur qualité mais dans le même quartier et sans supplément (Merci) autrement le Platinum est un petit hôtel sympa chambre basic très petite accès au lit que d'un coté . Quartier très touristique magasin et marché couvert à300m

The room is smell so bad.pictures not match .breakfast area can only seat 10 people and seat right on reception area.i will not return here.
Die Innenausstattung des Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen , hier muss etwas gemacht werden.
Der Lärm ist etwas lauter,weil das Hotel in der Nähe von der Hauptverkehrsader liegt.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht üppig.
Pluspunkte sind das Personal , die sind sehr nett und professionell.

위치는 벤탄시장과 매우 가까워서 편하게 걸어다닐수 있었지만 화장실에서 바퀴벌래 한마리가 나와서 친구가 죽여줬습니다.... 그거만 빼면 위치,에어컨,침대 등등 다 좋았어요

Overall I had a good stay with friendly staff and good cleanliness of my room. The only thing I would comment would be the breakfast. Although I did not expect much and was relatively happy with a tiny range offered but it would have been good if the main dishes like the rice and noodles were to be kept warm. Thank you.

This was our third stay in the Platinum Hotel. Since our last visit ownership has changed. While rooms had been repainted and were adequate we noticed a definite lack of choice for breakfast. As vegetarians it was not so easy to find the variety we were used to. Staff were friendly but not warm as before. Location is superb and overall our stay was good.

Although the room was big with huge front window but when I was checking in, the elevator was broken and I have to walk to level 4 (hell yeah). Rooms need to be renovated.

작년(2018년10월에 일주일 투숙)도 이 호텔에 조식은 지층 식당에서 작은 부페형식으로 조식을 제공 했음.올해 가보니 지층을 발마사지 샾으로 임대 운영중. 조식은 1층에서 주문해서 식사하였는대 정말 엉망이었음(조식 사진도 촬영) 정말 두번 다시 가고 싶지 않은 호텔임.특히 한국인에게는 절대로 권하고 싶지 않은 호텔임.정말 ugly!!!!!! 바로 옆 벳남 local 식당에서 점심 먹어봤는대 55,000d(한국돈 W2,500) 짜리 보다 정말 형편 없는 조식(내 생각에는 그 정도 조식이면 벳남 돈으로 20,000d도 안되는 것.
완전 사기 조식이 였음 ,2020년엔 절대 안간다)
expedia에 완전히 속았다.
하루 숙박 24,000원에 조식은 1,000원 인가요?

The room is not exactly what in featured expedia. They provide us a room that is dirty and the walls has so many cracks in the room. Their breakfast area is literally in front of the reception, like you must be kidding me. In order for me to change to another room which is the exact room i book for initially, they request me to top up 10USD per night. I was so disgusted on the integrity of the staffs that i ditched the hotel as whole and book another one. As a whole, its a really bad bad experience.
Cheap affordable near market and lot of restaurants but pictures are not like real thing staff are nice

I booked the Deluxe room but the room was so small, beside the queens side bed, there was small table that I could only put my laptop on it. They said the price that I booked was this room.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room looked nothing like the pictures and was terrible. The filth was unbelievable and is 1.5 star at best. There were electric wires hanging out of the wall. No tea or coffee in the room. The hallways were also cluttered and filthy and I felt the property was unsafe and certainly would not want to be there if a fire broke out. Very disappointed in the condition of the property
