3.0 "Standard Instead of Deluxe"
Booked a Deluxe Double and didn't end up getting this type of room, based on an error by staff. Didn't think anything of this, as we were very busy with sight-seeing. At the end of each day, my husband and I struggled with the very, very tight space in the room. Upon discharge, staff acknowledged the mistake that was made and offered a free airport transfer. Good gesture on their part, but would've preferred the room we actually booked. Skipped some breakfasts - just wasn't inviting enough.
I stayed here for two weeks while I was working in Hanoi. All the staff were so kind to me, and were all helpful and friendly. It was nice walking through the door at the end of the day to a friendly face, or coming down to breakfast in the morning and chatting with My and Linh. The room was quiet even though it's on the 2nd floor and faces the street. The door to the charming balcony is double-glazed so that really keeps the noise out. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The only thing I would change about this hotel is to make drinking water more freely available - I try not to use plastic bottles since they last between 300-1000 years in the environment. I asked every day to fill my water bottle and was happily accommodated, but not everyone would ask.
All staffs are very kind. when i went to Hotel, i could receive many information from staff. Especially 'Yen' staff is very kind. it was great time. and my parents are also satisfied with room. and hotel's location is very nice and clean.

2.0 "disappointing"
staff here are excellent. Breakfast isn't bad. The location is pretty good. But the room was nothing like any of the photos and there's no way that it should have been called a "suite". It was a small room with no room to move and an extra bed. The "balcony" was also more of an unusable rooftop than a balcony. The other thing is that the Wi-Fi was terrible. It was mostly possible to use when sitting in the lobby of the hotel. I want to repeat that staff were excellent...but my disappointment with the room forces me to give a bad review.
The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and they helped in every way.

The front desk staff were terrific. So helpful. They organized some tours for us and had the answers we needed when asked, Jason was particularly knowledgeable.

Great location, staff were wonderful, breakfast had good selection. We had a lovely quiet room away from noise of streets. Will definitely stay again.

Après un excellent accueil, nous avons occupé une chambre confortable donnant sur une rue très passante. Heureusement deux fenêtres juxtaposées avec double vitrage apportent une isolation phonique efficace. Petit bémol, la salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire avec un simple rideau.
Ayant dû libérer la chambre avant midi, nous avons apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages jusqu'au soir et la mise à disposition d'une salle d'eau pour éventuellement prendre une douche.
A great little family run business in a central location. If you don't care about all the mod cons this will tick the clean and comfy boxes.

This hotel is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, an extremely busy area of shops, pedestrians, cars and scooters. However, it was very quiet in the room with no audible street noise.

3.0 "Conveniently located with attractive price"
The hotel is located right in the centre of Old Quarter and is very convenient for getting to the walking street and other attractions including the night market, the beer street and many other food stalls. But you have to be patient enough with the traffic chaos around the area. The nicest thing was the room could still maintain its quietness even there were so much noise outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. But they should consider to keep a first aid box as they could not offer even a bandaid.
The street in the old quarters are extremely noisy. This hotel has great sound proofing. If you don’t mind that it’s a bit old and dated, this location is excellent

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely attentive and really went out of their way to make you feel welcome. They offered tours that are free. You just needed to pay for the tour guides entry (which isn’t much). All the local food they suggested was really tasty. Both in regards to restaurants and street food.

A Nice and clean hotel with very very friendly staff (especially ms Alec at the frontdesk) who were always Willing to help. The room didn’t have a window which was a bit of a bummer, but generally it is good value for money. The breakfast was good with a desent assortment and Real freshmade juice. The location was a bit noicy but right downtown close to tons of shops and restaurents.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights around trips to Halong Bay and Sapa. It was perfect. Right in the centre of this frenetic fascinating city, it is a perfect location to explore from. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were wonderful. Remembered our names, and helped with anything we needed.

Had a really great experience at the Paradise Botiqie Hotel- the staff was knowledgeable and attentive, the rooms were quiet and clean, and the location was perfect, right around the corner from the night market and tons of restaurants/shopping/museums. Their airport transportation was timely and reasonably priced, and their parting gifts of traditional Vietnamese coffee makers were so thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again.
