My second time to stay in this hotel. It was pleasant, although the toilet tissue ran out, we stayed one night only but I think they did not change the toilet tissue from the previous guest.
It was a well appointed, modern and spacious room and very quiet. Everything worked perfectly with good Wifi and plenty of fresh towels. The reception staff were very helpful with bus station directions and prompt taxi request. Nothing to fault and the price was amazingly cheap for the rating.

The night reception team was very ill informed. They called a taxi to take me to a restaurant they recommended but I got a tour of the Vinh suburb instead. They also told me that there was no English speaking touring company which also turned out to be misleading. This is also the only hotel in VN that keeps your passport till check out time.
Otherwise, it's a big modern comfortable hotel n the breakfast is sumptuous.
