Lovely hotel in a central location. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help.
They recommended places to see, eat and drink.
We arranged a pick up from the airport with the hotel which was convenient and comfortable.
Received a free updated to a larger room with a balcony which was a lovely touch! Very good value for money.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

A great little hotel in Old Quarter Hanoi. Within walking distance of all the things I wanted to see. Some good restaurants nearby. My room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed I had slept in in ages, great for one person but would be a bit small for two. Right from the moment i set foot in the lobby till i boarded hotels private car to airport...the whole exp was amazing. All the times you feel like the center of universe, everyone so ready and capable of helping you out of any situation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have many memorable moments which would at least need a book to complete. The location is perfect for shoppers, the street is full of shops and becomes a favorite destination for all visitors on which is nearby night market
I lay on my bed for almost the day after the long flight but some of the staff wake me up at 9:30 and tell me what would I like for breakfast cause they haven’t seen me at their restaurant and bring it to my room. And fresh up after my finish. I’ve stayed in Singapore and they charged me almost 30USD for this wasted they call “room service” but in Hanoian Elite Home I have for free. Don’t look anywhere else in Hanoi. I love my room on the backside hotel which very quiet with me. Definitely come back here and recommend for everyone
5-10mins walking distance to the middle part of the Night Market that happen every weekend. Few eateries nearby.

Staying at this hotel was the highlight of our holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with smiles and open arms. The customer service we received whilst staying at this hotel was out of this world.
Room - We could not have felt happier or more comfortable with our room we were given. It was luxurious, clean and had everything we needed.
Restaurant - The hotel restaurant was another highlight, the waiters were so beautiful and kind to us and made sure our dining experience was exceptional. The food was sensational and both my partner and I agreed it was the best meal of our trip. Unfortunately they just served breakfast.
Staff - The staff were the main reason that this hotel stood above the rest. There was not a single staff member who passed us without a smile or without saying hello. The staff helped us to find a rooftop bar which we were so desperate to find, they helped us to check in to our flights and print our boarding passes, helped us out by showing us the best places to go in town by drawing it out on a map, and so many other small but appreciated things.
This hotel is the best you could find. Look no further, this is the hotel you should stay at in Hanoi
Nice staffs and excellent services. They suggest the place for your dinner and sight seeing. Really helpful for finding the taxi to teh airport.

Their rooms are very nice as this is New Hotel . The breakfast is worth it , you can fill up your stomach and enjoy the delicious arrays of food available . The wifi is in high speed as you can use their newest TV in your room for looking videos in You Tube ... I specially love the rooms wich have good sound proof

The staffs at Hanoian Elite Home Hotel go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They helped us book our tours and airport transfer. Our flight was early in the morning and since breakfast wasn't opened until 6:30am they packed us breakfast to go. Who does that???! They obviously do. It's a cute boutique hotel and for the value that you're getting it is completely worth it. We had the Deluxe Balcony Room which has a super super lovely balcony. It really made our trip perfect
Hanoian Elite Home Hotel – My new home . Although I just stayed there for 2 nights but everything at there was the best! From the room, nice, clean and cozy, to the breakfast, with both Eastern and Western food, very delicious. But the most important thing is the staffs. They were very kind, friendly and awesome, they made my day and made me feel like I was a part in that family. I couldn’t fault this place – everything were all great and I will definitely return to this place
Traditional design hotel, perfect base to explore Hanoi .Great design, very welcoming and helpful staff. Good central location, close to the old town and central lake. A quiet shelter to rest in the middle of such a busy city, really recommend it

Had a great stay at this hotel which is conveniently located in Hanoi old quarter. Room were clean and comfortable but what really set this hotel apart from the rest is the staff who was always helpful and attended to all of our needs .Cannot recommend more !

Staff is so helpful and friendly that they are willing to introduce the tourists spots for you. They will also help you with the booking of transportation for the place you wanna have fun. The hotel is not only convenient, but also clean. Towel and blankets, pillows are clean. The room is fabulous. Should I visit Vietnam again, I would choose this hotel again.

We had a marvelous stay in Hanoi at the Hanoian Elite Home Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent breakfast too, must recommend the hotel. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. Thank you so much Jo Lee for your help, I truly appreciate everything you and the staffs do for me! I will see you guys again soon

I recently stayed at this hotel for 1 nights with my parents and we were very pleased with the experience. First, the location of the hotel is excellent, on the fringe of the old quarter. We stayed in room 201, a large family size room at the front of the building (windows street facing).
The included breakfast was quite good and now that I'm home I miss having it available very much (the dragon fruit in Canada just isn't quite so fresh).
The staff were very helpful, helping us with laundry, booking a massage, a day trip to Ninh Binh, a show at the Quintessence of Tonkin, and an airport transfer. Jo Lee was very helpful and considerate. I would highly recommend the hotel to others
This hotel is just right and perfect with really good value for money. Nice, clean and very friendly staff. This is situated right in the Old Quarter

New hotel , clean room , super friendly staff , receptionist would get out of her way to accommodate our needs . Owner is very lucky to have them . looking forward to staying with them again . Location is just a walk away from restaurants, shops & other tourism spots

I can’t wait to come back and stay again! The room was beautiful with the balcony and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean and shower was powerful. The man and the lady at the front desk were amazing. So helpful. The lady took us through the map and gave lots of recommendations, we wanted traditional Vietnamese and that exactly what we got. Was perfect. We hope to be back soon.

We were the first custumers of the hotel. It is a new hotel well decorated and clean. Nice and clean showers and toilet. The staff was very nice and helpfull. They helped us arrange a transfer to nihn bihn also. The room had everything you need and oura waa on the front side overlooking the street with a balcony which we enjoyed. The breakfast also tasted quite good.

It’s a beautiful place with super staff and nice rooms . The hotel is tastefully furnished and in a very modern city it is nice to see some traditional furnishing and art , however technology and room amenities were very modern . The service is very professional and overall , it was a lovely place to stay

I could not find one thing wrong with this hotel . You are treated like royalty , the staff are superb . The hotel is perfectly placed right in hanoi old quarter .Their restaurant was pretty good value and the breakfast food was delicious . It is first class quality and better than any other hotel all over the world
