L’etaboisement est bien situé au cœur du vieil Hanoï. L’hôtel est très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique et très attentionné . Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.
Good location in Old Quarter. Anna, Hotel Mgr, was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. Hotel doesn't have the amenities the larger hotels have, but they are a boutique hotel that provides a personal touch. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice hotel, excellent location!! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Would stay again.
Great location that is near to all attraction. Excellent service!! They offer to pack breakfast for us to take away to airport as we are taking a early flight back to home. Such a sweet gesture :) will definitely come back to Chic hotel when I visit Hanoi again.

Hôtel dans un quartier animé, proche du lac ouest,personnel serviable pour les réservations de tours,billets de train...(Quoique prompt à proposer les services les plus chers)Comme tous les hôtels en Asie du sud-est,les hôtels sont de faible qualité générale sauf à prendre des 5* donc ne vous attendez pas à avoir du grand luxe mais juste ce qu'il faut

I wish I could score this hotel higher! Everything was perfect, rooms very comfortable, nicely positioned in Hanoi and the staff extremely helpful giving advice on booking trips away and places to eat locally.
I would definitely recommend!!
