Great stay here. Very relaxing and nice to sit at one of the pools, play tennis or be on the beach. I did get stung by a jellyfish, but that’s nature—the workers had vinegar ready & helped relieve the sting. Breakfast buffet was nice, but dinner was just okay. The drinks & juices are amazing. I also love their eco-friendly efforts—the straws are lemongrass instead of plastic, and they have natural bug repellants (lemongrass oil) all around the area you can use. Also many locations for you to fill up your water bottle.
The site was tranquil, well maintained in beautiful surroundings. Beach was good with beach bar, with food available . Two swimming pools, fresh and salt water, salt water is by far the better pool.
The room was very nice, the only let down was the bathroom, which needed a refresh.

Understated but elegant. Staff was fantastic. They were very cheerful and helpful at all times. The food was very good and the pools, beach and tennis courts were all well maintained, very clean and perfect for our needs. Approaches a five star Carribean experience at a fraction of the expense.

It’s was quiet for Vietnam. But very expensive. Ridiculous actually for Vietnam. The beach was yuck. Pools great, rooms ok, bed brilliant, but maintenance was average. At least ten minutes to the town so you paid heavily for anything. Cost more for three days than the trip to Vietnam and the trip before to Thailand

교통은 vip리무진 이용하시는것이 가장 편리하고 저렴합니다.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and the decor and quality of the bedrooms and bathrooms was excellent. The shared common room of the family suite wasn’t air conditioned, and we were too far in from the beach to get a sea breeze, so it was very hot in that room (but good AC in the bedrooms). They did give us a fan so that helped. The facilities and grounds were very, very attractive and the tennis courts were in good shape. The pool needed some maintenance work, but they got right on it when they saw the danger and fixed the problem (worn tile edges). The beach is fantastic and the WiFi was good. The food and drinks were reasonably priced, as well. Thanks again for a nice weekend, we will be back!
I have been coming here for nearly 10 years and usually come 2 or 3 times a year. It is one of my happy places in Vietnam and go there to totally relax on that lovely beach. The staff are great and the hotel has a unique setting amid gardens.

Schöne Anlage die nicht mehr ganz neu ist, aber trotzdem noch sehr ansprechend. In der Umgebung gibt es nichts, dass man ausserhalb des Hotel unternehmen kann. Mit dem Taxi kann man in 10 Minuten(5 km) in den nächste Ort fahren. Dort gibt es einen Markt und auch Essens Möglichkeiten.

Le lieu est paradisiaque, la plage est fabuleuse, les bungalows sont très agréables ; privilégier ceux avec vue sur mer (voir photo).........
QUALITÉ DU SERVICE : le service est insuffisant ; arrivés avec un bus de ligne régulière nous avons dû aller à pied en portant nos valises de l'entrée du parc à la réception (300 à 400 m)
Le personnel parle très mal anglais alors que la quasi-totalité des clients est internationale
RESTAURANT : la qualité des menus laisse à désirer ; entre autre très peu de choix pour un menu buffet à 414 000 dongs (rappel un menu dans un beau restaurant est autour de 250 000 dongs)
Nous avons mangé un soir avec une nappe rouge pleine de tâches (voir photo)
SALLE DE BAINS : le plafond de la salle de bains/toilettes a une large ouverture pour faire entrer la lumière naturelle mais il n'y a pas de moustiquaire donc en éclairant le soir vous avez un risque que les moustiques entrent (voir photo).............de plus le sol de la douche est fait avec de gros graviers donc difficile si vous avez les pieds sensibles (voir photo)
Tout cela est dommage car la localisation est fabuleuse avec cette belle plage privée très propre

Ho Tram had an excellent position on the beach and the rooms were laid out very well around the pools and lagoons in a way that felt there was plenty of room. We particularly liked the large sea water swimming pool that was very peaceful.
We felt that the accommodation was starting to look in need of improvement. The beach bar was rather tatty. The restaurant staff were good but there seemed to be too few of them to give the level of service that we would have liked.
Grounds are lovely, but not lush- not that we really expected “jungle lush” beach is expansive with lovely soft white sand. And very private!
Bespoke feature is the saltwater pool, infinity edged on horizon side. Temperature perfect! & quiet relaxation seemed to be the etiquette adhered to by guests’ (not stuffy, just chill & tranquil)
We enjoyed the breakfast offerings & the service there, non smokers be sure to avoid outside tables, as on our visit most guests seemed to be enjoying cigarettes liberally (no judging) even mid meal.
The other freshwater pool is pleasant but small with a nice cold water therapy pool, not sure if the water slide (very small)
is a Very safe idea for guests of any height or age as it lands you into kiddie pool shallow water.
We would recommend the Asian menu offerings only in all food venues, western offerings were flavor free & tepid at best.
The outside bath/showers were pleasant & refreshing. Not luxe, but I don’t think this resort promised such, either. While there the slippery pre filled tiny shampoo/conditioner slipped out of my friends hand & we were charged for “breaking” it. The charge would of covered many a pallet of the very replaceable trinket. We did not argue as staff was just short of adamant about our carelessness.
This is a very remote location, so staff was informative about mosquitos & netting use etc etc. We were NOT prepared for rodent dropping’s in room.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is a great place to come to, when you just want to relax. It is peaceful, and nothing to do in the area exept stay at the hotel, enjoy the beach or one of the pools. You should bring a lot of sunscreen and mosquito spray! But else, it is totally worth the money!
Oppholdet var veldig bra, men det er ingenting å gjøre utenfor hotellområdet. Prisene på Spa var dyrt.

Lovely place if you just want to relax and hang out. But bear in mind that there is nothing to do close around the resort so you can't walk around seeing things. They have 5 bikes but 3 for kids!! And there is 92 rooms in the resort so you do the math. So dont count on being able to get them every now and then. But if you do go right outside the entrance and go 4 kilometre to a small fishing market. Lovely food around that area. When you hit the first trafficklight turn right for market, left just outside a Gray motel there is a lovely coffewagon. His coffe is so lovely and so is his smoothies. Please visit the lady just outside the entrance to the resort to the left and buy your water and beer. Up to five times cheaper than in the resort!! Just remember you are only allowed to enjoy your drinks from outside resort in your room and balcony. Which suited me and my man just perfectly.
The bed are the most comforted one I have slept in and slept like a baby. Lovely big breakfast.
Downside was mosquito and sandflies. Got a lot of bites but the staff is doing all they can to fight them off. For a chill out few days which was just what we wanted after several weeks on road exploring and seeing things this was a haven. Estimated 98% was German people in the resort so I think it's a big charter place for Germans.
Hotelanlage ist sehr großzügig angelegt, gut gepflegt, nette Pools, man sieht aber, dass sie schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Nette kleine Bungalows, mit dünnen Wänden.
Gastronomie sehr gut, die Preise für Vietnam teuer, für Mitteleuropäer immer noch günstig, man hätte aber in Gehdistanz sowieso keine Alternative.
Leider schließt die Gastronomie inkl. Strandbar um 22:00 Uhr, dann kehrt Ruhe ein.
Fazit: Für ein paar Tage OK, länger wird es langweilig.
I booked beach front bungalow and the room is private and I can see the beach from my window, it’s a peaceful moment! This is a quiet and peaceful resort which is perfect for relax & refresh.

A really nice place to relax and unwind. There is a lovely beach and a freshwater pool and sea water pool. There is not much else about so you have to eat and drink in resort.

The grounds are beautiful and most of the staff are extremely pleasant. However we had one dinner at the restaurant and it was very underwhelming. The table cloth was dirty and when we asked for it to be changed the waitress complained. The restaurant didn't have many of the fresh juices on the menu including Coconuts! My other issue is with the bathrooms, they have what is supposed to be a feature where the shower has no roof and you can bath under the starry night, but in reality it lets you hear your neighbor in the bathroom as if he was sitting next to you taking a dump and the mosquitoes infest the place at night and will eat you alive. Because of all of these issues I think the hotel is overpriced for the level of service it provides but it is still the best option for a quick excursion out of HCMC and will probably visit again

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Meer, ca. 2.5 Std von HCMC entfernt. Im Meer konnte man leider nicht schwimmen, da nonstop rote Flagge, aber die beiden Pools genügen. Gutes Essen im Restaurant und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider nichts in der Nähe, so dass man abends nicht rausgehen kann.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel mit durchgehendem Konzept. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht gut Englisch. Der Strand wird gepflegt. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Der Pool könnte etwas kühler sein aber das ist kein echtes Manko. Ich würde nur darauf achten 1/2 Oension oder 1/2 Pension + zu Buchen. (Ob dieses möglich ist kann ich Ihnen aber leider nicht sage) Preise sind für ein Hotel dieser Klasse in Ordnung.

Property is getting run down and attitude of most of the staff along with it. We booked a one bedroom pool villa.
1. for the first 24 hours there was no hot water. An engineer came shortly after check in and informed us that the temperature was normal and left. Next day they tried the same excuse but one staff member was persistent and finally we got hot water to the room.
2. Response from house keeping and F&B staff very slow.
3. Food quality at the restaurant for dinner was very poor.
4. Beach bar is lacking any decent area to sit on the beach. The 'bartender' I don't think has ever made a cocktail before. The drinks she tried to make were disgusting.
5. We used the Spa and were disappointed. Steam and Sauna are not available except on demand. Receptionist was clueless, but technicians were good.
6. The day we left I had multiple insect bites over my arms and legs. Not sure where they came from - outdoors at the spa or from the bedsheets. There were not mosquito bites but crawling insects.
The concept of the pool villa is great, but the overall experience of this resort - for the price - is very disappointing.
The property is beautiful, very rustic and off the beaten part. The staff is kind however at

The hotel/resort was amazing and the staff were lovely. Such a beautiful place that was obviously well thought through in its planning with wonderful decoration and facilities. A peaceful and calming place, perfect if you want a quiet stay.
