Bei dieser Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein kleines Haus mit 16 Zimmer das mitten in der Altstadt sich befindet. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber mit superguten Bett. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück kann ausgesucht werden findet allerdings an einem Tisch unter der Treppe statt. Alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Für 2x2 Nächte waren wir in diesem Haus, es handelt sich um ein kleines Haus mit insgesamt 16 Zimmer. Der Service beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der Abholung am Flughafen hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Zimmer sind allerdings sehr klein, aber mit eigener Dusche und Toilette, nach meiner Meinung aber nur 2 Sterne. Frühstück wird unter der Treppe serviert, es gibt eine Karte zum aussuchen. Das Haus hat allerdings eine optimale Lage in der Altstadt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Zu empfehlen für Personen ohne großen Komfortanspruch.
Terrible experiencia! No puede ser que un hotel de 3 estrellas como el que esté hotel La Visión tiene, sea tan sucio, incomodo, sin servicios y en donde el dueño sea el recepcionista, camarero, maletero... llegue una noche y me toco pasar la noche porque no tenía a donde más ir, pero lo encontré lleno de pelos, una cerveza abierta, toallas manchadas y sucias, sin un comedor, con maletas y reguero de los dueños por todas partes! Terrible experiencia!! No alcanzaría ni a una estrella!!
This property is perfectly located in the old quarter, walking distance to everything you need to see. It’s affordable for a comfortable clean hotel. The rooms would be tight with two people but it’s value is so great that if you’re traveling with friends then you can get separate rooms. Jack at the front desk was kind, helpful, friendly and all around amazing!

호텔 예약하고 현장갔는데 방이 없는 경우는 처음이었음 베트남인 특유의 핑계대기를 시전함 컴서버가 다운되서 그랬다나 뭐라나 주변아파트숙소 소개해줘서 어쩔수없이 갔는데 청소부 술먹고 청소중 4시까지 청소가 안끝나길래 그냥 됐다고 나가라고했음 나갔다오더니 빌린아파트안에 세탁기를 청소부가 이용할려고 시도. 열받아서 짜증내고 보내버림.기존예약숙소보다 큰방이라고 엑스트라 차지 까지 내라고해서 냈음

직원들이 너무너무 착함. 밤늦게 들어와도 다 열어주고, 메인 카운터분은 영어도 잘함. 베트남에서 본 사람들 중에 젤 잘함.
위치도 호안끼엠호수랑 성요셉성당, 야시장, 맥주거리 등등 하노이 명소들 딱 중점에 잇어서 좋음.
단점을 뽑자면 건물이 좁게 높이 있어서 층마다 방이 한개씩 있기 때문에 계단이 높다는 점. 가방 들어다줘서 크게 힘든 건 없었음. 꼭대기 층은 수압이 쪼금 약함. 큰 문제는 없음. 아주 작은 개미가 티비옆에 지나다니는 것도 볼 슈 잇는데 아주 작아서 ㄱㅊ. 귀여움

This is a great little hotel in the Old Quarter, full of colour and activity. I was able to walk to many of the sites I was interested in and the staff were so helpful and friendly that it really made my stay so much better. The room was very clean, the shower hot and nice white towels. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel overall is good, but not excellent or exceptional, and the grade is given based on its convenient location and super nice staffs. The room is small but clean. The internet speed is weak and slow, and I have to go to the Highland coffee shop, a half mile away, to drink coffee in order to use its fast internet there everyday except on the trip. The breakfast is below the average and the picture of the breakfast, if you look at online at hotels.com while you book for the hotel, is misleading and the owner uses the picture of a different hotel to post it online for this hotel to make it more attractive. In fact, most breakfast items on the menu are ordered by staffs to the street vendors nearby and serve to the guest and the quality is not so good. Also, there is only one table with few chairs that are not enough if guests from two rooms come down together for the breakfast at the same time and you have to wait for quite a while or you have to leave and come back later!

Utmerket service. Ansatte var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Frokosten var veldig god og vi følte oss veldig velkommne. Lite hotel, men var veldig fornøyd.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, quarto com ar condicionado, Wi-Fi, frigobar, chaleira elétrica, camas confortáveis, limpeza diária, porém, pouco espaço para malas e lances de escadas para chegar ao quarto. Funcionário simpático, prestativo, nos ajudou com os passeios e nos preparou o café da manhã conforme escolhido no cardápio.

Very small but clean hotel. Breakfast very limited and only space for 6 guests in tiny breakfast area. Staff were warm and helpful. No reception area to meet friends. No lift. Overall - clean, friendly but a severe lack of space.

La Vision hotel in Hanoi was fantastic, it is located within 15 minutes walking distance to many tourist attractions and the customer service is amazing. Thui, the front desk receptionist could not have been more helpful, he was quick and very knowledgeable about Hanoi and places to buy specific items that we needed, and always greeted us with a smile. He even cooked us breakfast in the morning! Thui was also very helpful in booking tours to different areas of Vietnam, and always had great recommendations. The room was clean, yet simple, and had everything you could need. Thank god for the air conditioning. Also, La Vision is located near to many, many, delicious restaurants, you can’t go wrong.

Es handelt sich um ein kleines Hotel, dass direkt in der Altstadt gelegen ist. Man hat viele Cafés, Restaurants und Garküchen direkt vor der Tür. Dadurch hört man aber auch den Lärm auf der Straße im Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer sehr schön, nur das Bad leider nicht soo sauber. Der Service war top

Do not leave valubles in room or locked in safe ! We Booked hotel based on good reviews
After making booking my wife had read a review of theft from room . Based on this , on our First night we took all our money , passports and valuables out with us. Second day , we Left some loose change in a bag which we locked in safe . We Returned later to find loose change , approx £6 had been taken from our bag which was locked inside the room safe !! Everyday we took ALL money , valuables and passports out with us and never trusted again leaving stuff in room even locked in safe ! The hotel offered to keep our bags whilst on a trips to Tam Coc and Ha Long Bay , we politely refused and took all our belongings with us. Trips were booked through hotel so we continued with our stay until our last night in Hanoi and booked into another hotel which cost the same and was far better ! I notified the young manager after we left and said he suspected the house keeper and would report to his boss ,
, Do Not Leave Valuables , even locked in safe ! There are Better hotels in Hanoi for the same cost !
The young manager was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and assisted with our tours and plans.
굉장히 좋았습니다. 직원 분들이 대단히 친절하고 또 재미있었고, 오더를 받아 직접 만들어주는 조식 또한 만족스러웠습니다. 가격을 생각하면 청결도나 시설 또한 좋았습니다. 구시가지에 있는 만큼 밤에 조금 시끄러울까 걱정이었지만 잘 시간 즈음이면 소음도 생각보다 적었습니다. 첫인상이 막 좋다기보다는 머물며 점점 맘에 들고 좋아지는 곳이어서, 여행지에서의 좋은 추억에도 도움이 될 곳입니다. 추천할 만합니다!

I had initially booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 9 nights! There is so much to be said about this wonderful hotel.
Firstly, the service was impeccable! I immediately felt welcomed and safe. The staff speak fluent English, were absolutely accommodating and it felt like staying at a friend’s place.
The room was very clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The WiFi is steady. The bed was super comfy. AC was strong and despite the city view room, I hardly heard any noises.
I booked my Ha Long Bay trip through the hotel. They worked with my budget and the entire tour was seamlessly run. An incredible experience! If you book an overnight tour through them they transfer your night(s) at the hotel which was a great deal.
My booking came with free breakfast which I took advantage of and enjoyed.
The hotel location is perfect! Right in the middle of Old Quarter and within walking distance to many attractions.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Go ahead and make your booking :)
I had booked a double room with a city view but when I got the room it had a window facing a wall. The lady at the reception apologised and said they didn't have any rooms with a view available but she offered to deduct the price difference between the room I had booked and the one they gave me. I declined and she offered to find out if their 'sister' hotel had available rooms with views. They did and they called and paid for a taxi to take me 5 minutes away to the other hotel. A bit of a hassle but they handled all very satisfactorily.
The service was so good, very friendly and nice. The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam :) hotelroom was quiet, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much :)
O hotel é simples, porém, com uma ótima localização e os funcionários são prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar em qualquer assunto! O café da manhã tem opções locais e internacionais e muito saboroso, o espaço do café da manhã não é grande, mas atende as necessidades. O quarto é básico mas é o suficiente para um bom descanso. Em frente ao hotel tem um restaurante com ótimas opções de comidas e bebidas, próximo ao hotel também existem outras opções de restaurantes. O hotel também oferece pacotes de turismo com excelentes valores. Também me hospedei no Hotel La Vision Premier que é da mesma rede e foi uma excelente estadia! Uma ótima relação custo-benefício, tanto que decidi extender a hospedagem por mais 2 dias.
