Have nothing but good things to say about my stay, starting with the collection from the airport being on time and good driver.
My check in was later then orignially planned, but the staff were very good with advice on where to grab a meal before turning in.
The breakfast arrangements were good with the selection changing daily.
Advice from the front desk staff on what to do, was great with a number of different activities recommended.

1.0 "Worst hotel l have ever stayed in"
Terrible! Bathroom setup was not practical. Rooms small and smells. Shower head was not suitable for use as it sprayed directly at shower door wetting the bedroom floor and not adjustable. There's no self to put your soap and shampoo in the shower stall. Most impractical design l have seen. Only good thing is the friendly front staff. Very dissatisfied.

The shower was next to my bed which was weird. My room did not have a desk, that might’ve been my fault for not checking. Hotel WiFi kept disconnecting which I couldn’t get any work done.

There is a building site right next door, this was active till 11pm one night, then middnight the next with heavy machinery operating on and off till 4am.
The window in our room didnt seal great, and curtains are not very dark. The AC was either freezing or off, not great in december.

Shoddy place.rude staff no at all welcoming. Not a safe place we felt. Front office male individual harassing and tries to ask for money. More of a guest house or an primitive inn.

Stayed in Hanoi for 2 nights before going to Halong bay.
The good thing in this hotel is, that in this area is a lot of night life going on. Also many many of restaurants bussy at night. The rooms are small and there is now proper shower, just an old bath. No windows to the outside, so cant se is it day or night.
You cant eat the breakfast.
4.0 "Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, can walk"
There is construction going on next door which is very noisy but to the managers credit she moved me to a more quieter room. The staff are very friendly and the buffet breakfast is excellent with variety changing every day

We have agreed to have driver to pick me up from airport. There will be a welcome sign with my name on it. Waited at the airport for about 45 min. There was no such sign. Three different taxi drivers offered a ride. No one had a sign with my name and decided not to accept any of those drivers. Due to no contact I took a different ride and arrived about 2 hours to my hotel. If hotel does no follow proposed plan, I don’t think I can use their services.
Well located. Friendly staff. However the hotel facilities are not good. Furthermore, there's a big noisy construction taking place on the side of the hotel. Considering that the window of my room didn't close properly, it was not a pleasant night

When we first arrived the room they put us in had a serious case of black mold. Since the shower is in the main room and the ventilation is not great, the room is constantly a little damp. We were allowed to change room which was good. On the west side of the propriety is a construction site - construction work happens at night, all night long, and is very loud. The housekeepers begin their work at 7.30/8am and they make a lot of noise and talk very loudly outside your door, so don’t expect to sleep in. The spa was ok but cleanliness was not good. The only great thing about this hotel is the location and the breakfast spread was reasonable.
Weekend away. Nice staff. Hotel is old but clean for Vietnam

전체적으로 시설은 괜찬은 편입니다.
체크인은 자정넘어도 되고 직원들 서비스 매우 좋으며 필요 서비스에 대한 설명도 잘해주는 편입니다.
다만 층수에 따라 약간 불편한점들이 있기는합니다. 아침에 닭이라던지 9층은 엘리베이터가 안된다던지.

Hotel is clean, with all the amenities you need. Service was a bit detached, and it was difficult to find out key information at times like when the spa was open. The buffet breakfast was fine - the omelette station was a welcome addition. Overall, clean and fine. Not bad for the money! About $40 US a night. WiFi access was great. Very good location - away from all the noise but close enough to be near the action. Great spot for New Years Eve!
Regular room is too small even for two people. Hot water here runs out relatively quickly. Massages at the spa are mediocre and the girls ask for tips as soon as it is over. However the doorman was very nice and even gave us tips as where to eat!

The cleaning staff was amazing. They always asked me if I needed anything. They provided free water bottles. The front desk was super friendly. I loved it every time I asked for the taxi, the front desk would walk us to the taxi and open the door for us. They were very clear of what they were going to charge me and they took US dollars and credit card too. The room was clean even though it was a little smaller than I had thought. Breakfast was awesome. They served American/Western breakfast and Vietnamese too but you have to ask for Vietnamese food.
Stayed for 3 nights, the staff were polite and helpful

The Hotel and staff were very nice although the neighbourhood was a little rough. My biggest issue was that the beds were hard as a rock and the rooms smelled musty, although they were clean. The breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was fine but the receptionist was more caring and helpful than any 5* resort I have stayed. She not only helped with hotel needs but saved us money by helping book cabs, trip and where to shop and eat. Hanoi is not the greatest place in Vietnam but with her help we saw the best of it and visited places on our next stop that we wouldn’t have known about without her help.
Mysigt hotel i gamla kvarteren av Hanoi. Mysig inredning, trevlig personal.

This hotel is perfectly located to the main tourist spots and the hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They helped us with booking daily excursions, giving travel, shopping and food tips, and even went above and beyond when we recieved unexpected changes to our trip. This hotel is highly recommended for tourists new to the city.
