It's a combination of bed & breakfast homey friendly attitude and a modern room. Room was not big but design is practical that all of our stuffs can be stored properly and doesn't clutter. Breakfast is a plenty and varied.

Everything was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the chicken sandwich and noodles. Best choice for family with young children!

All the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is small but comfortable to accommodate 4 of us. The beds are cosy and we had good night sleep throughout. We stayed for 3 nights and left our luggages there during our Halong Bay trip. The breakfast was tasty and we love the chicken sandwich. It is strategically located in the heart of old quarter. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Hanoi again.

My girlfriend and I spent 2 nights at the hotel and we loved it. The room was very fresh, perfect wifi connection (if you need to work), super tasty food - their homemade pho soup and spring rolls are amazing - and Sarah is simply the best!
She and her staff helped us with tips about Hanoi and with the rest of the trip organization (train, guided tours and busses)
Last but not least, the location is perfect!
Very recommended! We hope to go back in the future
Extremely professional and courteous receptionist. Gave us a lot of good tips and information about the City.

We enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel. The hotel is in good condition. It has friendly staff who will do anything they can to help you out. The hotel is well located in the old quarter of the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The property overall was very nice, however, one day when we were out, the property left the door to the fire escape open. When we got home hours later, we found two cockroaches in our room. When this happened, we had our computers out in the open and passports tucked away and anyone could have entered the room. I went to lean my backpack with my laptop in it against the door when I realized it was open and thank god that I did because it would have fallen 3 stories to the ground. When we told the on duty manager she laughed and shrugged it off. We were also locked out of our room for about 20 minutes when the keycard wouldn't work. The property is a nice one and very centrally located. If the open fire escape/cockroach situation hadn't happened/if the staff responded a bit better I would be giving this a higher review.
We really like the staffs since they are very warm and courteous. The room is clean and the hotel location is very convenient yet quiet from the busy Old Quarter area.

New hotel in a great location. Staff here are friendly and helpful. I emailed Jessica the sales consultant a number of times and she organised pickup for us and 2 additional nights even though we have to switch rooms as I couldn't book on Expedia.
Location is great. Service was top notch. Love the spacious room too and breakfast was decent.

Bella Rosa is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be in the Old Quater and a short distance to the lake.....get the room with the balcony if you can......the staff is wonderful, especially Jessica,and Doc....the breakfast is made to order, fresh, plentiful and very good ..........

The Rooms are good the only downside is there is no window. The staff are helpful and nice. The breakfast was cooked to order which was nice ad you could order as much as you like until you were full. The location of the hotel is very good right in the heart of the Old Town. Lots of places to eat and drink on your doorstep if you like Vietnamese food. Overall a nice hotel.

Greag experiencs at this hotel. Staff was very helpful and attentive, they made sure that our multiple check ins and check outs were all arranged smoothly and helped us to pack takeaways when we had an early morning tour to catch. Hotel location was also very central to everything, it was between the market the roundabout the night market street and even to the exit to the main road such that we were always the last to be picked up for our tours (yes, more sleep!) And first to be dropped off on our return. Rooms were really clean and new, well equipped and super cosy and comfy. Awesome experience. Highly recommended
Really lovely staff who made our trip really pleasant. They whatsapped me prior to my trip to help us arrange transport if needed and also offered tour services too but we didnt manage to book with them. However, they were still very helpful in making sure we were all ready to set off for our tours and they even packed us breakfast when they found that we were setting off really early. Appreciate the thoughfulness!

Hotel bien placé, nous ne sommes resté qu'une seul nuit (arrivé tard et partie tôt), la chambre avec le petit balcon était sympa! Bonne accueil avec une boisson et des fruit, pas de buffet au petit déjeuné il est servi dans l'assiette. Pour info j'ai perdu la clé de ma chambre et à la sortie 5usd!
