This hotel has everything you need. It's clean, good beds, great location, good breakfast and the staff is the best! So helpful! They make us feel safe and taking good care of us. You could ask them about everything.They had great Tours to Ninh Binh and Sapa. I'll recommand this hotel to everyone and for sure I'll want to come back to this hotel next time I'm in Hanoi.

This was the third hotel I used in Hanoi and by far my favorite. The staff was very helpful and smiling.
The neighborhood has that great informal Old Quarter vibe with lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by.
The room was also very attractive and comfortable.

One of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed at! The reception was so lovley- polite and welcoming. Room so perfect. Reception was always so helpful! Great location just off the main street but away from the tragfic. Close to laundry and convenience store. LOVED it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged all of our activities upon request and coordinated with the outside parties. The activities were enjoyable. The massage place they recommended was wonderful and the food tour as well. The room was clean although small but this was expected based on what we booked. The location was good.

My stay here was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and kind and their hospitality went above and beyond what I would have normally expected. Room was nice and came with complimentary water/coffee/tea and basic bathroom necessities. AC is also available in the room.The hotel itself is centrally located to many touristy area and can be easily accessible by foot (~10 min walk) or by grab (~5 mins). I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They helped us with maps and booking the bus to Sapa. The breakfast was great. The location was very good for exploring Hanoi. Overall noise was not so bad considering the location in the city. The room was a little small, but maybe this is normal for Hanoi.

Great location, great staff they were friendly and helpful. However there is a mouldy smell in the rooms, mouldy air conditioner in one room and damp, and rooms at the from have to listen to late night karaoke in the street, rooms in the bank and very damp and smell bad.Some rooms had soft beds but one room had hard beds. Hanoi is humid so maybe other hotels are damp and mould also.
The staff made fresh hot ginger tea and brought it to our room.

시설이 오래되었긴 했지만.. 나머지는 모두 훌륭합니다

Golden Art Hotel stays right in the center of Hanoi Old quarters and is very easy to move around. The staffs were very friendly and welcoming right from the start and was available all day for our queries and requests. They also suggested us good day trip options based on our time lines and helped us book the trip with ease. We booked an honey moon room and it was very neatly arranged and smelled very good which was pretty impressive. Overall I would rate them excellent and highly recommend this for any family or couples.
Very well placed, near the lake and the shopping are. The people and the service at the hotel is marvelous. They are very kind and make you feel welcome.

This my 2nd time staying here, having traveled to Hanoi for the last 20 years I found Golden Art last May and just had a great 5 day stay. The hotel is tucked away between 2 streets, the noise that adds to the charm of the Old City is not to be heard here. The bed is to die for, I wish I had those pillows on my own bed. The hotel is squeaky clean. I want to say a big thank you to all the staff from the front desk to the house cleaners, a very big thank you to Mr Hung and Mr Nam. I had to stay an extra day and despite the hotel being sold out they were able to secure me a room. Breakfast is great, but I try to eat the bare minimum and save space for the amazing street food. So, again, a big thank you to all the staff at The Golden Art, until next time.
Hung was one of the the nicest hotel staff members I met in Hanoi. He was informative without trying to sell me anything. I stayed at 5 different hotels over the course of 5 nights in Hanoi all between $25-$35. This one was the cleanest and was not noisy. Make sure you book a room with a window. Other hotels were noisy from staff and did not have windows. This one had great breakfast, nice beds, and a staff that had perfect English. Will be coming back here on my last couple days in Hanoi.

Zimmer sind schon abgewohnt, Bett quitscht und die Klimaanlage richt, gehört desinfeziert. Eher laut, dafür direkt in der Altstadt.

Definitely a great location to stay at when in old quarter Hanoi. Great walking distance to everything and staff were really helpful. The breakfast was also very tasty which was surprising since I don’t have high expectation for hotel food. Only downside was the elevator was kind of small hahaha and bed could have been firmer. I would stay here again overall!

The hotel benefits from a fantastic location with all the main tourist attractions within a 10-15 minute walk. Plus there’s a wide range of restaurants and bars within a similar distance.
The amenities are first class, but by far the hotel’s greatest asset are the staff who could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Sam and Hung were especially superb helping me throughout my stay, which as I was travelling alone was hugely appreciated.
If I return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay at the Golden Art Hotel again.
The staff were amazing! Went out of their way to help in anyway they could. The rooms were very clean, location was great and breakfast offered a large spread

We had a geeat experience at the Golden Art hotel. Located centrally to everything we wanted to see in old quarter Hanoi, the hotel was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The staff gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful, including with providing a map, directions and recommendations and booking us a car to the airport. The room was quiet and cool, the shower was perfect. Highly recommended!

It was my first solo trip and I found this hotel through random googling and decided to book it after reading through the reviews and it was a best decision for this trip. The hotel is conveniently located without being too noisy, walkable distance to the night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, popular food places etc.
The staff were especially helpful to tell you where to go, what to eat, advise you to be wary of your valuables at the night market etc. I checked out of the hotel to go for a 2D1N tour at Halong Bay and went back to the same hotel again and they gave me the same room so I would feel familiar and comfortable.
I would highly recommend this hotel as their service is highly personable and the amenities are in good condition (AC is cold and shower tap is hot, if you get what I mean because some hotels have both vice versa).

Le personnel est super sympathique, serviable et souriant. Ils ont a cœur le bien être de leurs clients et s’intéresse à nous (ils nous appelle par nos prénoms, s’intéressent sur notre journée, nos excursions). Ils nous ont organisé nos excursions vers SaPa et Ninh Bihn ainsi que le car pour nous récupérer de l’aéroport et nous y ramener.
Sinon, les chambres sont biens. Des bouteilles d’eau et fruits sont offerts. Le petit déjeuner est également servi tous les matins. Les choix sont également très bien. Leur café est même très bon !
À ce prix, c’est vraiment une petite merveille que je recommande fortement!
