숙소의 분위기가 너무 만족했습니다. 가든뷰도 넘나 멋졌고 조용해서 힐링이 되는 숙소였습니다. 조식은 종류는 많지않아 조금 아쉬웠지만 쓰어다 커피는 정말 최고!! 계속 가져다 마셨습니다. 다시 온다면 재방문의사 있습니다!^^ 같이 온 엄마도 넘 만족하셨고 수영장과 야자수, 숙소의 인테리어도 너무 예뻐 사진에 담기 정신 없었습니다. 베트남 최고의 숙소♡

The private beach is not crowded and the beach beds are comfortable and well maintained. All the staffs are helpful and very kind. An bang beach is 5-10mins distance from this resort by taxi but personally I prefer the private beach. There are shuttle buses to Hoi an old town which is useful. Overall, it was very pleasant stay.

l'endroit est exceptionnel, piscine sur la mer, plage de sable, jardins splendides, chambres face à la mer, une taille d’hôtel idéale.
C'est un très bel endroit pour se reposer et faire du tourisme.
Seul bémol, le spa n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l'établissement.

Extremely loud and irritating music — 90s rock with irregular, haphazard beats and traditional Vietnamese drum performances also with irregular beats — played at the pool on most nights. It permeated my room such that I was unable to read or sleep. Although it stopped by 10pm, it was very irritating and not an ideal calm environment, particularly if jet lagged. I highly recommend to the hotel that they rethink their poolside entertainment to include calmer, quieter music.

너무 좋습니다
일단 호텔 수영장에 사람도 많지 않고 끄어다이 비치 바로 앞이라 뷰가 좋아요
또 프라이빗 비치도 한산해서
물놀이 하고 사진찍기도 좋았어요
방도 나름 깨끗한 편이고 청소도 잘해주십니다
조식도 두번 다 맛있게 먹었어요!
다음에 호이안 오면 또 가고 싶네요

Lovely resort 15 minutes from town. Excellent and friendly staff. Nice location with pool and private beach. Very good breakfast buffet with wide variety of options. They have a free shuttle bus going to and from town centre. Would stay at this resort again.

Utmerket hotell med utmerket mat og god service. Shuttlebuss inn til Hoi An. Vi benyttet taxi. Hadde junior suite med ocean view som var beliggende bare ett par meter fra havet.

A beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing Resort. Our rooms faced the ocean, and there is a small private beach mere minutes from our room. The staff was sweet and accommodating, and the location was great.

Its location - Its right on the ocean! The view reminds me of Hawaii! The pool is very large and looks out over the ocean. They also have a private beach area for guests.
We enjoyed the delicious food, poolside, evening, and the breakfast buffet is out of this world.
Finally, the staff will go above and beyond to help you with tours etc...

When we arrived at Victoria Hoi An we were met by lovely staff . We were taken to our room which was an ocean room. It was in a lovely position but when we went in it smelt musty & in need of updating. The bathroom was very nice though. We had been travelling for 2 weeks so looked forward to totally unpacking but although there was wardrobe space, no drawers, no shelves & no bedside tables. We were disappointed. We were taken to see other rooms but with no storage we felt we would rather go elsewhere.
The hotel just was not for us. The staff were all very good & we did get a reply from the manager to our email.
super Lage am Strand, sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, kostenloser Shuttle Service ins

In feite een prachtig complex, dat redelijk onderhouden is, maar tegelijkertijd nogal gedateerd is. Mooi zwembad, en een ok privé strand(je), waar wel een weg achterloopt. Prima buffet ontbijt en restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel. Met taxi binnen 10 minuten in centrum Hoi An.

5.0 "A+++++ stay at Victoria Hoi An "
My stay at Victoria Hoi An was great. The breakfast buffet was impressive and the rooms were spacious. The property has a beautiful pool and an exclusive beachfront with easy access. The resort also has a free round trip shuttle going many hours of the day to Hoi An old quarter. My only complaint is specifically against Hotels.com. I booked my reservation 3 days in advance of my trip and it was confirmed reserved + payment in full. When I got to the hotel, they had no record of my confirmation nor was my Hotels.com confirmation number valid in their system. This was really frustrating given I was traveling oversees with no international cellular phone plan so could not call the US toll free customer service line. Victoria Hoi An in good faith put me in a hotel room anyway while their reservations team worked on contacting Hotels.com. This would have been a disaster if the hotel was fully booked and my confirmation was not processed.
