The Victoria Hotel was a calm and relaxing place for my family to get away from the city for a few days/nights.

Great location on the beach . Just few minutes drive ( shuttle) from hoi an city.
Large rooms a bit dated in term of decoration but hotel is spotless and service outstanding with friendly and attentive employee whether reception, restaurant, bar, spa , beach ....etc
Great breakfast too.
Don t miss the side car tour to discover hoi an surroundings differently .
Will definitively come back here

The resort is set in beautiful gardens right next to the sea with its own beach. The rooms are spacious, the pool overlooking the sea is so relaxing and mainly the employees are incredible. Nothing is too much for them to try to help, they all speak great English and are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this place and will definitely return.

Very relaxing place . Maybe should add in free happy hour and tea snack for Suite people like Novetel hotel in Da Nang city. Shuttle bus should be every hour to Hoi An would be nice .

Not much to do when it's rainy, cloudy all the time, but still a very good hotel to stay. The Sunday brunch is a must!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and a feast for the eye not to mention the stomach. The pool was a real highlight, visually it almost became one with the ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Die direkte Strandlage sowie der Pool waren sehr gut. Die Liegen wurden nach Bedarf aufgestellt. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr aufmerksam.
Der Shuttle Service nach Hoi An war bequem und pünktlich, jedoch fehlte am frühen Nachmittag und späten Abend die Fahrgelegenheit.
Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag ordentlich gereinigt.
Der Aufenthalt am Pool wurde gelegentlich mit freien Getränken und Obst versüßt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Es gab sowohl kontinentale als auch einheimische Speisen. Es gab jedoch innerhalb von 6 Tagen keine Abwechslung. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Preise dafür sind auf dem europäischen Niveau.
Der Shuttle Service von/zum Flughafen war zuverlässig und sehr bequem, jedoch mehr als doppelt so teuer wie er im Ort angeboten wird.

비비크림 새거 가져감ㅋ카운터갓더니 자기넨 아니라고 빡빡우김 지네아니면 누구임 ? 심지어 친구 과자 박스 까논거에서 낱개 1봉지도 없어졌어요.... 진짜 말이됨이겤ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Most staff were friendly.
But Some of them stole my cosmetics and snacks in morning cleaning time. We just stayed pool. I was at a total loss for words.

Hotel de haut stabding, grabde piscine, très bon petit petit déjeuner.
Par contre, les services sont très chers. Par exemple, transfert à l'aéroport pour 30 euros alors qu'en passant directement auprès d'un taxi, cela est deux fois moins cher

We paid to upgrade our room to a suite which was fabulous. Staff incredible, remembered our names & were always smiling and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast . Nice touch when sitting by pool they came round offering fruit kebabs. Dinner in restaurant was top notch although not many guests eating.

아기랑 함께 갔던 리조트입니다 리조트고를때정말 고민많았어요 가격대비 평도 좋아서 골랐고 한국인 1명있어서 대화가 편했구요 도마뱀한마리 잠깐봤는데 개미같은건없어서 괜찮았도 아기침대도 지원해줘서 좋았어요 물도 잘갈아주고 서비스 굳굳, 부모님과 가기에도 딱인듯합니다

1.0 "Dont trust the Victoria"
If you think tbey offer an airport ahuttle, they do not. Even if it comes with the green tick under amenities on the Hotels.com website. They do not. For a.hotel that is over 30 mins from the nearesr airport (and about 15 mins drive from the shopping mall of tourist tat that is downtown Hoi An - please don't believe the 'old town' naming that suggests history and culture as it is anything but) this is a major failing. Their attitude was dismissive and rude. Not what you would hope for at the premium rates they charge.
The service is poor (eg. can you come down to collect your room service drinks as we are too busy to bring them to you ... When we had already waited 15 mins and there was no other guests around). The management invisible. The pool over-crowded. The cocktails watered down. The pork spring rolls made from shrimp (as we ran out of pork ... but chose not to tell you). The local tours crazily over priced.
The thing with almost every hotel and excursion in Vietnam is that they over promise and under deliver. You could say they lie to lure you in. They probably call it marketing. it isn't. it is deception.
And the Victoria showed absolutely no interest in addressing our concerns or ensuring our satisfaction. There are lots of other hotels in the area.it's your choice but i would not stay in the Victoria again.
3박 지냈습니다 자연친화적 환경이 너무 좋고 프라이빗비치도 좋고 택시도 불러주고 조식도 맛있고 베트남 스럽고 다 좋았지만 체크아웃시에 먹지 않은 미니바 체크가 되어있어 불쾌했습니다 미니바 체크인시에 꼭 하세요 마무리가 아쉬웠습니다

Nestled on the coast, with easy access by boat or by road to near by Hoi An, the hotel is comfortable, clean and has good facilities. Staff are charming and helpful - and organized a lovely candle lit dinner for my husband and me - really very special.

Large rooms. Staff is friendly, helped us with all trips into the city & allowed us to eat breakfast even when we arrived one minute prior to closing. Pool area is excellent, definitely the best pool/bar we experienced in Vietnam. “King bed” was just two doubles pushed together, which is common in Vietnam, but fairly uncomfortable.

Absolutely fabulous! Would highly recommend this hotel - located on the beach, very reasonably priced, excellent staff. Have lived in Asia for 30 years and would rate it as one of my best holidays. Try the Spa - amazing facial. Will definitely be back.

일단 리조트 너무 이쁘구요.
조식도 맛있었어요. 서비스도 좋았구
건물은 오래됐지만 관리가 굉장히 잘되어있었어요.
풀장이 너무 땡볕이라 힘들었던것만 빼면 매우 만족이요.

My mum and I stayed for a long weekend and loved it so much we came back the weekend after. The resort is beautiful, the pool and beach are lovely and the staff are excellent. They are so friendly and helpful it really made the trip special. I will definitely be coming back to stay here.

The staff are exceptional- so friendly and helpful. The location right on the waters edge is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor shower was an added bonus. Food and drinks are delicious. Fantastic breakfast.

Spent 4 days with our adult children. Something for everyone. Two never left the pool. Free shuttle into old Hoi An gave us plenty of time to explore. Rooms overlooked ocean with outdoor shower and covered porch. Drinks served at the pool bar were not great but great view made up for it. Kayaking with a guide to the early morning fish market was extraordinary. Be aware that walls between rooms is super thin.

Avslappende sted. Kjekt med tilgang til privat strand. Vi var tre venner på tur og trengte ekstra sengen, den var veldig hard
