Stayed in apartment for two nights with a family of four, apartment is on the 12th floor of a tower block, there are four lifts. Apartment clean beds made up, towels provided, useful to have two bathrooms. We had a water leak in one bathroom when we messaged manager was told it was from air conditioning unit. Manager corresponded via WhatsApp - quick response. Large fridge freezer, washing machine & kettle, two electric rings on hob & rice maker (no microwave or oven). Air conditioning units in both bedrooms & lounge. Taxi rank outside apartment which are metered cheep fare to get to restaurants, shops nearby. Swimming closed during our stay, went to one in other apartment block but closed from 11.00 till 15.00. Would recommend for short stay
Nice and modern. Bathrobe were available. Fresh markets were very close, and we could buy a lots of fresh seafood. We only stayed 3 nights, so it is OK without daily room service.
Great view Bacolny, Nice decoration, near by restaurants and close to Sunworld

We had some problems during check-in, but once we got our room we were very happy. The apartment is very big and has a nice view, everything looks like the pictures show. The host and staff is also very friendly and easy to get in touch with. They speak quite good English and helped us book a cruise to see the bay. We could absolutely stay here again.

Was great but not much to do or shop near the area
Very clean and comfortable. All beds were very new and fresh. Living area was so cozy and very spacious. Wonderful views of the bay and so many options for dining and shopping. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Owner very helpful and available to any questions or concerns.

We had a great stay at Tuti Halong. Vinh (the owner) was very good at getting in contact with us and even helping us find a transfer from Hanoi airport to Ha Long bay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed this stay and would definitely return to stay here.
The apartment basically looks like the photos so I won't upload any. Apartment really does have a great view! I would recommend taking a taxi to busier areas as it is about 2-3 km away from all of the hustle and bustle (but there are plenty of taxis there).
If you need help with planning your trip, Vinh is the man! We went on a cruise and forgot something at the apartment. They were very quick to go to the apartment to pick this up and had returned it to us before the cruise even left the dock. Really great people!
