Loved my stay at the Scarlett Botique Hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of down town. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. Will definitely stay again if I find myself in Hue.

Both myself and Girlfriend Stay here for a few nights and I have to say it was probably the best place we stayed whilst in Vietnam.
The service form the staff was excellent form the reception to the all the breakfast staff.
On arrival the receptionist gave us excellent information on the surrounding location and where was worth seeing and wrote everything down on a map, which really helped with our sightseeing tour place whilst there.
This same receptionist later that evening borrowed us 500,000 dong until we could get to the back the next day so that we could get the best exchange rate possible. very nice touch indeed.
The hotel was very well presented and clean throughout.
Breakfast was enough to keep us happy and offered a decent range form cereal, omelettes to Asian style.
The Scarlett is a small hotel and is very welcoming. The reception staff are excellent in offering tips and suggestions. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

Our stay was brief but very enjoyable. We were treated like royalty. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. The room was small but tasteful and immaculately clean. The breakfast offered many options. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Hue.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! The staff was all amazing! Rooms fantastic! Buffet breakfast with ordering a la cart was great! I just can’t say enough! Thank you all again at the Scarlet boutique hotel and spa in Hue! Even had a Birthday 🎂 cake for me on my 60 th.

Only a two night stop on our honeymoon trip, the Scarlet Boutique did not fail to exceed our expectations. The hotel is down an alley, which actually creates a quiet serene entrance and buffer zone around the hotel. The staff (starting with Pepper), were courteous, kind and went out of their way. After a day of illness kept us from arriving on time, the hotel even offered to let us extend our stay as a courtesy. The morning buffet was tasty and fresh. They arranged rides around the local area for us. The room was beautiful, quiet and clean. The well-stocked bathroom was spacious and extremely usable.
When we return to Hue, the Scarlet Boutique can expect to see us again!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The manager's advice on attractions and places to eat was spot on.

The staff was amazing including James who picked us up from the airport in DaNang. On the way to the hotel, he gave us info about the area and let us stop and take pictures. He was the best. The breeakfast at the hotel was great and the awesome staff also helped us arrange a taxi to Hoi An and a boat trip in Hue. Would stay again

The Scarlett Boutique Hotel is a real find! Great location near Pho Di Bo (the walking streets with great restaurants for visitors). The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and appropriately attentive. The room, lobby and breakfast area were very clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We'd stay here again!

Great location, tucked away on a small side street so quiet but also very convenient to the attractions in town.
Minor quibbles with the quality of the breakfast on offer, but that doesn't factor too significantly into my overall score. Wifi worked well and pretty good massage at the spa, too.

Great 2 night stay at this hotel. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful with things to see around the area and places to eat. Room was small but comfortable with good WiFi, nice bathroom and the most comfortable bed we’ve had in Vietnam. Breakfast was good with enough options in the buffet and cook to order eggs. The location is also great with tons of bars and restaurants right around the corner.

We stayed only one night. The hotel is located next to the street with restaurants and bars. The lady at check in gave us a lot of information on the things to do in Hue. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were initially taken aback by the access to the hotel through a little alley but the service and room quality made up for it. The room was well maintained and clean. Although on the small side, it was well designed and felt quite cosy with a good aircon. The shower pressure was on the weak side but the wifi was excellent. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods and fruits. We used the spa and had a good massage which was reasonably priced. Reception was very helpful in giving advice on torus and her local food restaurant recommendation was excellent!
The property is in a good location, the staff are excellent .The rooms are very nice, very good value for money .No swimming pool but you can wander down the road and pay $10 to spend the day by another hotel pool

Close to restaurants (which are noisy from loud music) yet in a very quiet location. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Very comfortable. Does have a lift/elevator. Bed quite comfy. Aircon works well but only 1x keycard supplied so we cannot leave aircon on while we go out for a little while. However the aircon cools room down quite quickly. Breakfast good, nice to have some friendly service at breakfast!

We had a very enjoyable 2 days in Hue despite rather poor weather. The hotel was excellent, close to the town centre with restaurants and bars yet it was an oasis of calm off of the main streets, the entrance is down quiet alley. On arrival the reception was great. The moment our car pulled up bell boys were there to help with luggage. Check in was easy and the receptionist provided lots of information and suggestions about what to do the following day and where to go for a drink and a meal that evening. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Altogether brilliant value and would definitely recommend.
Reception staff extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. Arranged tours (and cancelled one due to unforeseen circumstance at no charge). Confirmed our transfer with agent to next destination on our behalf.
Staff made local recommendations which was very helpful.
Great hotel in unexpectedly quiet location, although very central.

We have been traveling for 5.5 months and gotta say Scarlett was the best place we stayed at. They had our hearts when they offered us breakfast at the time of checking in at 9:30 AM. Very friendly, helpful staff - everyone greets you with a smile every single time. Nice, clean rooms and delicious breakfast spread. Will definitely stay again!

Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. The staff are wonderful and the rooms comfortable and spotless. A short walk to the Citadel and market and many eating and drinking options only a couple of minutes away on foot.

Amazingly friendly staff in the heart of Hue. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived and was guided through recommendations of the local area. The hotel arranged train tickets and scooters for us which was a great help. The room was small but had all needed amenities.

Slightly set back from the main road via a small alleyway is a perfect location- easy walk to the main city center but quiet from the loud blaring noises of the main bars and traffic. Room was bigger than expected. Service was really good from the welcome fruit to the helpful information on the local area.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, The rooms are spacious, looks new and quiet. The location is tuck away behind another building so access is through an alley way. It is close to the streets with the restaurants within a couple blocks. We enjoyed the daily fresh fruits in our room. The breakfast was plentiful with good selections. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Do not hesitate to stay at this hotel.
