Unable to travel and stay here due to Covid and would not issue a refund. The only place out of our entire honeymoon (tours and all) that would not issue a refund. A year long extension to stay there within 12 months is not acceptable.

Even though there is a world wide travel ban due to the COVID-19 pandemic this hotel would not issue a refund.
Every other establishment that we have had to deal with did without hesitation but Noble swan will not.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town so it is very convenient to visit the attractions, especially only takes 2 minutes to the Cathedral or Hoan Kiem Lake, also very close to the famous snack places in Hanoi. The room is very tidy and cozy & always cleaned up whenever we return at the end of the day.

I love Noble Swan Hotel. I love Hanoi. The view was incredible! I can see the city from my room. It was stunning by night. Service was outstanding too

Lovely boutique hotel in the Hoan Kiem area close to the Cathedral. Walking distance to all the streets and lanes of the Old City. The bohemian Loading T Café and the famous Pho 10 beef noodle soup eatery are located just next door on the same lane.
Staff was lovely and courteous; they contacted me before arrival in order to arrange transfer from the airport for 25USD. All my requests concerning the room had been taken into consideration.
Room/Bathroom were clean and well maintained. Liked the zooming mirror in the bath. During night some water drops from the ceiling hit my head, but no big deal. Reported the incident but they couldn’t fix anything in the short term.
Breakfast buffet changed daily and offered fresh and tasty local products and even delicious cooked food dishes. The beef noodle soup (pho) was great although it contained flavor enhancers. Nice and helpful breakfast staff.
I do recommend this house!
The hotel's location was great. I really enjoyed my stay here as the staff was always smiling & asking how my day was. They cared about my experience very much. Thanks you all!

Booked this one because of high rated reviews and we are not disappointed at all. Room is good size for two people with street view. Bathroom is a stun with beautiful layout. Wifi worked well, smart TV worked well, they provide Nextflix account. Breakfast is on first floor with many choice of Asian and Western dishes

We enjoyed our stay at the Noble Swan. The staff, in particular the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. The front desk staff, less so. The hotel is located in the Old Quarters within easy walking distance of many attractions.

First off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The shower was amazing. It's in a great location in Old Quarter with a lot of things to see in walking distance. I would stay here again for sure.

En plein centre de la vieille ville tout en étant dans une rue calme. Service exceptionnel, un merci particulier à William qui a toujours su nous aider et trouver réponses à nos problèmes. Ensemble du personnel attentionné. Apres un premier sejour de 2 jours, ils ont gardé nos bagages pour nos 3 jours à Sapa. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Indeed, value for money, we paid less than 50us for our room and its fantastic. The wifi
worked well, bed is soft and we had a lot of pillows. Free water, fresh tea, dried fruits
daily. Loved the staff most!

We booked and paid for Delux room with City view.The room we got had a small window facing a wall to the next building.Room is large but quite old, most of the power point in the room is so old that we had difficulties plug in our equipments.
Breakfast was very basic. There was almost no service in the restaurant , the waiter works there appeared to be the only one and he was constantly busy going in and out of the kitchen.
This hotel is located in a central area however it is also in a street that is quiet at night. The service wasn't great as we were given no information when we checked in. This meant that I kept going to reception to ask things until I was rudely told to go to my own reception which I then replied that I wasn't told there was a second reception! We were also located on the 10th floor where as the lifts only go up to the 9th floor so it is a hassle if you have suitcases or can't walk up the stairs.

The pictures online are not of the hotel room i booked. Booked a room with a balcony but didn't get one. Female manager told me that the pictures online were not of the rooms but for sales purposes. Room was dirty and over all very disappointing.
The staff were friendly except for the manager we met on arrival.
We didn't have the breakfast.

スイートバルコニールームを取りましたが、外へ出られるバルコニーではありませんでした。
その代わりなのか？
窓向きひとり掛けの快適なソファが置いてありました。
スイートバルコニーのある部屋は、ホテルフロントのある建物と違う棟にあり、数件隣なのですぐにたどり着けます。
1階はカフェになっていて、スタッフが扉を開け、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれます。
美味しいラテを入れてくれます(^-^)

The room a bit too small. They dont do thorough ckeaning so you can see mark from old guest. All need to do is give the wall a good wipe not just the bathroom floor. Everything is there in the room but lack cleanliness. The are very strict on checking in time. We arrive around 9 am and they let us wait until afternoon before we xoukd get in toom. Sone gotel tend tp let you in as not all room are occupied and even if they do . .some guest leave very early. The location however was goid staff was friendly and kind.
