Everything was overall decent. Despite for 1 incident with the car parking issue & I was disappointed on how the situation was handled. No pre-notice on booking or check-in then by 11pm when we got back the staff notified that no car parking was available & they shall took no responsibility if we parked overnight. Instead of giving support what we heard was they already notified this on their brand site & did not know how it stated on OTAs. Ended up 25mins drove round but no car park opened due to holiday.

What a beautiful boutique hotel! Very comfortable to stay relax and enjoy private time in the center of Saigon. It's just amazing to be here. The staffs are all professional and so kind to arrange all of my requests in proper order. Greatly satisfied to staying this place.

This is a lovely hotel with a helpful staff. It is in an area of District 1 which is safe and fun. I would return.
Service in the restaurant and bar was very poor was invisible almost in the bar.
Spar bath looked like it had not been cleaned for a week.

바로 옆에 큰빌딩 공사중임. 시끄러움 수영장에 펜스 설치되어있음. 뷰 하나도 없음. 베란다 욕조 배수구에 물때가 장난아님. 손님없다고 서비스 시간 과 직원 다 줄임.가족 이라 방 붙여 달랬더니 안해줌. 다시는 안갈것 같음.

The room condition was really good. But there are a few things that I didn't like.
First, after I checked in the hotel at 2pm and went to the roof top swimming pool, I felt like it was not well-managed. Garbage and used towel here and there. Dirty table.
Second, the number of guests are smaller than usual these days, the breakfast was really bad and they offered limited options. another restaurant was not opened.
But the worst thing is that even though I didn't order anything at the bar, they mistakenly tried to charge me the bill.
So I was so upset.
Next time, I won't visit there again.
I liked the unique style of the hotel, each room has a different feel to it, I had 3 different rooms during my stay. The location is great truly in the center of it all. The issue I had with having to move rooms three days in a row for service or maintenance (leaky ceiling during heavy rain) put me off to staying there again on future visits.

5.0 "5 star service. A unique beautiful hotel"
The staff here really set this hotel apart from the other 5 stars in the area. They are simply superb and give you that warm cozy welcome feeling that very few , if any other hotels in Saigon can achieve.
The Saigon suite is very comfortable, lovely , warm and colourful. I loved the use of wood , coloured glass and botanicals. It's a winning combination and I congratulate them on this tasteful setup. It really sets this hotel apart.
The food was fantastic.
Location is the best.
This is a safe , luxurious option for those wanting to experience a stay in Saigon D1.
This hotel is not a 5 star hotel as it claims. Service was super poor, like the staff just didn't care and the breakfast buffet was more like what you would expect in a 2 or 3 star hotel- to the extent we went out for breakfast. Location is good but i could have got a much better experience at the same price elsewhere

The hotel is beautiful, we checked in at 10pm and love our stay until the morning, the construction site next door started and it was noisy. That explained the attractive room rate for this period.

Great value for your buck, fantastic customer service from all the team. Breakfast can be improved, beds and pillows are good, I was on the 6th floor and soundproofing was awesome, good sleep.

Awesome hotel in downtown Saigon.. close to great shopping, Saigon Square and Saigon Central only 10 minutes walk.
Staff were amazing... Food & Bev good too, afternoon tea is a must !

Very cozy, clean and stylish hotel in a very good location.
Dette er uten tvil et av de mest unike og kule hotellene jeg noen gang har bodd på. Hotellet ligger sentralt og fint til i Ho Chi Minh, med et supermarked, Caféer, restauranter og taxistopp rett utenfor.
Vi ble møtt ved ankomst av flere ansatte som bar ut bagasjen vår, ba oss om å sette oss i en sittegruppe for å ta hele innsjekkingen med en ansatt der mens vi fikk hver vår velkomstdrink og litt frukt. Videre fikk vi rommet som lå innerst i en gang som var laget som en hyggelig bakgate. Rommet var kjempestilig med god plass, kule klassiske møbler og et jacuzzi på en delvis skjermet balkong. Kjempestilig!
Hotellets restaurant ligger på toppen av hotellet og er moderne og lys. Der kan du velge om du skal sitte inne eller ute mens et overraskende stort antall ansatte gjør sitt beste for at alt skal være perfekt. Over restauranten ligger hotellets basseng og bar. Et pent og deilig område hvor man kan ligge ved bassenget og nyte dagen i en slags oase blant pene trær og blomster.
Det eneste med hotellet er at slik service og sånne fasiliteter koster. Mat og drikke på hotellet koster veldig mye mer enn andre steder i byen, og for eksempel en Cola koster nesten 11 ganger så mye som på supermarkedet på andre siden av veien.
I tillegg bygges det et nytt bygg ved siden av som forstyrrer idyllen en del om man sitter ute på restauranten eller ligger ved bassenget. Rommet er derimot veldig lydisolert, så der merker man lite til byggingen.
Kommer gjerne tilbake!
We had a lovely stay here! Our room was upgraded and was beautiful. The staff were so friendly. Great location right in the centre but an oasis of calm. We used the pool to watch the sunset after exploring the city during the day.

5.0 " Great rooftop pool, clean comfortable room"
We stayed here for a night as a couples staycation. The rooftop pool/bar is beautiful and comfortable. We lounged up here for hours before going out for dinner. There are many nice bars and restaurants in the area to choose from. The room was spacious clean and well equipped. Excellent rain shower and Japanese style toilet seat. The balcony spa bath was a treat, the only thing that let this room down was that the spa function on the bath didn’t work. The bed was so comfortable we slept late. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend. There was some noise during the day from nearby construction but the room was fairly soundproof and they provided earplugs as well to reduce the noise.
One of a kind experience. Modern Indochine style designed by a renowned interior designer. Service is exceptional. The best part is that it is a foodie’s delight.
The new Hilton is being next door, so it can be a bit noisy. And some of the spectacular views may be obstructed.

I like the room layout, nice bed and feeling cosy.
Unfortunately my room view was facing the constructions which is in progress and the jet pool was slightly under poor maintenance.
Overall i am happy and enjoying staying for the 2nd time for 3 nights at Myst Dong Khoi.
