Slept well, great breakfast, lovely pool. Steam room takes 4-5 minutes to get going, indoor jacuzzi is lukewarm. High water pressure in the bathroom. If you choose a room with bathtub, you'll need to be nimble to get in & out. I'd stay again.

Het hotel zit in een rustige buurt. Maar met een kwartiertje lopen zit je in de backpackerswijk.
Wij hebben helaas niet zoveel kunnen doen in de buurt i.v.m. het carona virus.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location in the French Quarter. I stayed in a Deluxe suite and my room was wonderful with a city view. It was a short walk to all the attractions but didn't sit in the hubbub that is the lake area so it's a nice reprieve from the chaos. The staff was always super helpful, cheerful and courteous. The rooftop pool is awesome with a skyline view. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

가운 하나랑 수건 하나가 세탁이 덜 깨끗해서 별점 하나 뺍니다.
그외에 관광지와의 거리도 그렇게 멀지 않았고 바로 옆에 환전소, 건너편에 니향응온이라는 맛집도 있고 편의시설은 괜찮았습니다. 다음 방문시에도 재숙박 의사 있습니다 ~

Staff are extremely welcoming and it was definitely a great experience. Breakfast was great (you can either get Western or eastern options and both are great).
We left for a cruise in Halong Bay and we return and they kept our luggage safe. They even offered us to take a shower!

Great hotel in a nice part of Hanoi. We stayed one night in the old quarter, went on a junk cruise then two nights here it was a bit more relaxing than the old quarter and still in walking distance from most things. Staff were friendly and super helpful, rooms were clean, comfy beds and a cool roof top pool (although a tad chilly). We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall would recommend the hotel.
연인이나 아이가 없는 여행에는 나쁘지 않아요. 하지만 아이랑 같이 가게 된다면 많이 불편합니다.
방도 좁고 샤워실도 좁고, 호안키엠 호수랑 좀 떨어져 있어서 아이를 데리고 택시를 타기도 걷기에도 조금 불편한 위치였습니다. 그러나 호텔직원들은 친절하고 청결상태도 나쁘진 않아요.

Nice and clean. Sauna and small but modern. Jacuzzi not heated, rooftop pool 1.5m deep and overlooks city. Also restaurant on site, secure.

Englanninkielen taitoista erittäin ystävällistä ja asiakasmyöteistä henkilökuntaa. Hotelli rauhallisella paikalla mutta silti lyhyen kävelyn päässä vanhasta kaupungista. Ravintoloita ja baareja lähellä, mutta ei varsinaista bilekatua, joka häiritsisi yöllä. Uima-allas katolla pienehkö, mutta mainio paikka rentoutua päivän jälkeen. Tarjoilu hoituu alakerran baarista. Hotelli järjesti Halongin Lahden risteilyn. Yhteistyökumppani Genesis aluksellaan oli täydellinen luxus kokemus jossa ei jäänyt toivomisen varaa. Hinta oli varsin kohtuullinen ( n400 eur kaikki kulut paitsi alkoholi). Hotelli hienoa marmoria julkisivuiltaan ja huoneiden sisältä. Hotellin ravintola kohtalaisen hyvä. Suosittelen hotellia lämpimästi.
