Beautiful hotel. Well located. Modern bright rooms. Lovely staff.
Stayed two nights, Only issue was they never cleaned our room and would only give us one key for some reason.
Other than than that. Lovely stay and would recommend.

5.0 "A real treat staying here"
Stayed in the corner room with big windows spanning two full walls. Really fantastic views, and the room was super comfortable. One thing to note is that as the swimming pool is indoors, when I stayed in January, the water was too cold to go swimming.
We only had 1 night but managed to visit the Citadel and take a boat ride to the Pagoda. Great coffee roasting shop near by and local food places. The staff and assistant manager were very helpful and arranged a private car to drive us to Hoian and stooped at great locations on the way which was fabulous! Thank you for the lovely gift!

Some confusion over check-in time. Next to a building site, and half the hotel seems to be under construction too. Awkward area with limited dining options, and a bit of a hike to the Imperial Palace. Nice views from the top-floor restaurant, but breakfast was only so-so. Think there are probably better places to stay in Hue.

4.0 "Good hotel with fantastic staff."
Every staff member was helpful and went out of their way to help us and our young baby. From receptionists to upgrading our room, to staff at breakfast taking her so we could eat in peace, they were all fantastic. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and with good amenities. The rooms are of a large size, with big bath, huge bed and all perfectly clean.
Centrally situated, within easy walking distance of the Citadel and many great restaurants and bars, but far enough away to be quiet at night.
Breakfast felt a little limited, but was tasty. (Spag Bol at breakfast was a little weird though!) The pool was a little small and not as clean as others recently stayed in.
현지인이 더 많이오며 베트남식이긴한데 작고 넘 오래되었어요. 가족 4명이 머무는 곳이 생각보다 많이 작아요.

About a 20 minute or so walk to Citadel and a little further to tourist restaurants etc. That being said we enjoyed the walks and sights along the way. Service was adequate but not as friendly staff as we’ve had in others places. Seemed to always be wanting to sell you a tour. Breakfast had many many choices.

4.0 "Nice but out of the way spot"
The hotel is being renovated but it didn't disturb our stay and they compensated us by giving a discount to their on-site spa. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the main walking area of Hue but an easy car ride. The morning buffet breakfast is exceptional and there is a small indoor pool if you are feeling overheated.

I chose this hotel because it was a walking distance from the bridges (a local hangout) and the royal palace. But it ended up being better than I thought. It is currently under renovation, so everything is new and modern! You have very good internet access, lots of electrical access (and a good electrical supply) and huge space! None of the dingy, confined space that other hotels have. the service staff is great! And when we forwent the breakfast, they made take out breakfast for us! Bonus!!!
This hotel is recommended!!!
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour les raisons suivantes :
Cafard : nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir un cafard mort sous l’un de nos oreillers.
Eau chaude : nous avons eu que rarement de l’eau chaude même après le passage du technicien de l’hôtel.
Bruit : attendez vous à être réveillé à partir de 5:30 du matin par les clients de l’hôtel qui ont sans doute cru que le couloir était un marché ou pire le personnel de ménage qui n’hésite pas à crier dès l’aube devant votre porte sans interruption. Aucune isolation phonique.
Location de scooter : nous avons loué auprès de l’hôtel un scooter, en mauvais état, mais cela ne les a pas empêché de nous le proposer au prix fort. Finalement nous sommes tombés en panne à l’extérieur de la ville ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires, du stress et une perte de temps.
Une compensation pour tout ça ? Un remboursement d’une partie de la location du scooter et deux bouteilles d’eau...
En résumé, c’était de loin la pire expérience lors de notre séjour vietnamien. Passez votre chemin !
Lujoso hotel con una atención excepcional. Habitación muy espaciosa y cuidando todos los detalles.
Nos hicieron un regalo de bienvenida y además nos dejaron entrar a la habitación mucho antes de la hora establecida.
Desayuno muy abundante y variado.

Really nice hotel in a decent location, 15-20 minutes walk from main centre. Unfortunately hotel lobby was being renovated - lots of noise until midnight then again from 07:00. Will be lovely when completed.

Reception staff, Mr.Ron, is very helpful and friendly to us while we staying at the hotel. The room is big and clean. We are really enjoy the breakfast at the hotel very much.

That was one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. The best was huge and soft, the floors were clean, and the location was awesome. There were at least 5 coffee shops within a three minute walk of the hotel, as well as some really great simple restaurants. The hotel has some renovations going on, but it is still very nice and comfortable. The pool is unheated, though, so it was quite brisk when we visited in January.
Nice affordable hotel, just newly renovated. Huge rooms with nice bathroom. Good breakfast.
Massage way too expensive!

Dejligt stort værelse med mulighed for 2 sammenhængende værelser - fedt så vi kunne være sammen alle 5 i familien. Lækre karbade i begge rum. Fantastisk morgenbuffet: kæmpe udvalg og rigelige mængder, man kan endda få lavet omelet efter eget ønske.

idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre historique. Chambre propre, spacieuse, calme, parfaitement équipée avec douche et baignoire séparées.... Petit-déjeuner varié et copieux.

5.0 "Rigtig godt hotel"
Rigtig flot hotel som hjalp deres gæster rigtig meget. Jeg var gravid da vi boede der og vinduet ville ikke lukke helt, samt telefonledningen var skåret over(mindre problem) vi fik skiftet værelse, da jeg prøve og forhindre at blive stukket af zikamyg. Der var fuld forståelse fra hotellet.
Det eneste man kan sætte en finger på, er at hotellet er under stor renovering hvilket larmer meget. Ved bestilling af hotellet stod der intet om dette.
Værelset var meget stort og så nyrenoveret ud. Vi havde familiesuite med forbindelsesdør. Meget svært at regulere aircondition. Morgenmad er en stor buffet med primært asiatisk mad. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra det primære centrum med restauranter og seværdigheder

The staff, especially the front desk people are so nice and helpful. We were able to check in earlier because the room happens to be ready...some hotels you still have to wait for the check in time...
