Die ersten 2 von 4 Nächten unseres Aufenthalt sind wir in einem Zimmer untergebracht wurden, welches überhaupt nicht mit der Beschreibung auf Hotels.com übereingestimmt hat. Die 3. und 4. Nacht haben wir ein Bungalow erhalten, welches mit den Beschreibungen übereingestimmt hat. Dieser Bungalow war sehr schön. Pool schön. Anlage super. Tolles Meer.

We had a very good stay at Thanh Kieu. Especially nice was the location and the pool area. Nice at the beach also. On the negatove side that are worth mentioning is that it was quite alot of mosqutios, among some lizards. The bathroom on the outside was charming on daytime, a little bit less Nice later on when the animals came.

Endroit paradisiaque! Personnel très accueillant. Une des plus belle plage privée de la côte ouest! Piscine magnifique. Tout à côté (restaurants,épicerie...) bonnes prestations,location de scooter sur place,spa...ils nous ont offert le taxi pour repartir à l’aeroport :)

Jättefin strand och pool, bra pool/beachbar. Mysiga och fräscha bungalows, dock lite halvdåliga duschar med dåligt /ojämnt tryck. Även värmen var varierande i duschen. Bra men liten frukost.

Location is good (however, most likely need to hire a scooter or get a taxi to most restaurants). Beach is pretty, pool is nice and breakfast was substantial. Service was average, beds are hard and mosquitoes prevalent at night (repellent is a must). No tv or phone in the room, this did not affect our stay but may be of interest to you. Be aware hot water is intermittent secondary to solar systems. Overall, a few areas for improvement, however reasonable value for money
Super hyggeligt hotel som ligger et stykke fra alt så der er meget fredeligt. Vi blev skuffet over at strandrestauranten var under renovering indtil 1. Oktober og det havde vi ikke fået noget af vide om. Der udover var restauranten stort set tom hver aften og vi spiste derfor ude - det var ikke specielt hyggeligt.
Personalet var meget flinke og behjælpelige.
Vi ville komme igen, men når strandrestauranten var åben.

It is a beautiful resort and the location is amazing to view the sunset. The facilities, rooms and amenities is well maintained. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

We loved that the property was very relaxed and absolute beachfront, barefoot bar/restaurant on the beach, plenty of sun lounges, great pool, good breakfast included and plenty of other bar/dining options a short distance along the beach in either direction.
Negatives were: extremely hard and uncomfortable bed, shower was virtually useless due to lack of water pressure. Mosquitoes had easy access to the room via the loosely fitting sliding door to the external bathroom. The other big negative was the plastic waste in the water and along the beach, nothing to do with the hotel of course but the floating debris in the ocean is disgusting and certainly lessens the enjoyment of swimming at the beach.
Thanh Kieu Beach Resort is a beautiful relaxing place surrounded by magnificent gardens and situated next to a super sandy beach. The swimming pool is appealing, clean and modern. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. The facilities and the variety and standard of food is good. We had a lovely relaxing stay.

Das Resort liegt direkt am Strand welcher sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Die Bungalows sind schön angeordnet, man merkt kaum wie viele es sind - die Anlage ist sehr ruhig.
Es gibt genügend Liegen für alle (Strand und Pool) und das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Personnel très chaleureux, serviable et accueillant.
Les bungalow sont très bien équipés et d’une grande propreté.
La piscine a débordement donne sur la plage ce qui est vraiment reposant. (Le personnel fournit même les serviettes de piscine / plage). La matin vous disposez d’un petit déjeuner buffet, tout est délicieux ! Enfin, l’hotel est bien situé, non loin du marché de nuit dans un secteur calme entouré de toute les commodités (supérettes, restaurants) . Je recommande vraiment n’hesitez pas ! :)
Service helt i top. Rigtigt flinke og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad kunne godt bruge en lille upgrade, samt der kunne bruges lidt flere solsenge på strand/pool. Men udover dette et super lækkert sted!

Fantastisk idyllisk Resort på stranden. Ligger i de smukkeste omgivelser lige på stranden. Haven er fantastisk smuk og velholdt og bungalowen var rigtig fin. Personalet var vildt søde og imødekommende.
Der er dog to minusser:
1. Pga. Åbent badeværelse og haven er der enormt mange myg. Så forbered dig med myggebalsam! Det er desværre ulideligt at sidde ude på terrassen ved daggry, solnedgang og deromkring pga myg. Man kan ikke være andre steder end i sengen hvor der er myggenet for. Det er desværre et sort minus.
2. Der er ikke noget tv og wifi er rigtig dårligt i selve bungalowen. Når man ikke kan sidde udendørs pga myg. Og man ikke kan streme eller surfe på nettet er der ikke meget at lave om aftenen hvis ikke man er ude og drikke eller spise.
MEN hvis du elsker at læse eller er meget ude om aftenen er det et fantastisk dejligt sted! Jeg var vild med det på trods af myggene, så vil anbefale at booke det hvis man kan se bort fra myg og manglende underholdning i bungalowen!

Gorgeous, quiet setting right on the ocean with lovely bungalows amd extremely friendly staff. Easy wandering distance to shops and restaurants.

Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht, wie schön dieses Resort ist. In einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand. Vom Straßenverkehr ist nichts zu hören und trotzdem nicht ab vom Schuß. Die zwei Sterne liegen nur an der Ausstattung (kein Fön, kein Fernseher). Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, mit kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Strand Resort
Sehr schöne, saubere Bungalows mit Klimaanlage und Moskitonetzen – ja, es gib ein paar Mücken. Der Privatstrand liegt direkt an der Anlage, es gibt Liegen, Sonnenschirme und ausreichend Badehandtücher. Außerdem gibt es einen tollen Pool. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist OK, aber das haben wir in Vietnam auch schon viel besser angetroffen. Die Mitarbeiter des Resorts sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben direkt vom Hotel einen Scooter gemietet und haben damit ein wenig Phu Quoc erkundet. Leider wird dort viel zu viel gebaut – im Resort haben wir davon aber nichts mitbekommen.

Auf der gesamten Insel wird wie verrückt gebaut. Jede 5 Meter ist eine Baustelle.
Wir hatten sehr viel Glück mit unserem Resort, da keine Baustellen in der Nähe waren und wir uns schön entspannen konnten.
Kommen wir zum Resort.
Wir haben uns mehrere Hotels und Resorts am Strand angesehen. Unsere Resort war ohne zu untertreiben das Beste auf der gesamten Insel.
- sehr sauber
- sehr komfortabel
- wunderschön
- Privatsphäre
- perfekte Lage (nur 10 Minuten entspanntes spazieren bis zum Nachtmarkt)
- super leckeres Frühstück mit viel Auswahl
- sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal
Alles in allem war es sehr sehr gut. Falls wir nochmal nach Phu Quoc Reisen sollten, werden wir definitiv wieder hier Einchecken!
Beautiful small scale resort tucked away from the main road straight on the beach. Each room is located in its own separate bungalow not connected tho another. The garden is beautiful and neatly maintained. The new infinite pool is a great additional and looks stunning. Beautiful sunsets in the beach restaurant. Restaurant itself is ok (not great). Overall defentily recommended and great value.

We had a very nice stay here. The beach was in good condition and plenty of chairs, towels, etc. Beautiful new pool. Friendly and helpful staff with a gracious manager named Kien. Our room was nice with very comfortable beds. Ceiling fan was not working, but the AC was adequate. I do wish to make one note about the outdoor style bathrooms. They are lovely but mosquito-filled. None of us could go in there without being swarmed. Additionally, the mosquitos would draft into the bedrooms before you could close the door after use. There were mosquito nettings over the beds, but we had to clear them of mosquitos every night. You have to get them all, which is met with limited success. For the outdoor bathroom reason ALONE we cannot return. If they could figure out a way to keep mosquitos out of there then we would be back to this otherwise nice resort.
The resort is amazing! Great private beach, among the best we have seen on the whole Long beach. The bungalows are surrounded by a nice garden, which is very well maintained. The whole resort is very peaceful. There is great infinity pool with warm water and jakuzzi right behind the beach with a view to the sea and the sunset. Staff is very kind. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby which serve delicious food. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay at this place and would certainly come back.
Wunderbares kleines Resort mit kleinen Bungalows, die im üppigen Garten locker verteilt sind. Direkter Zugang zum wunderschönen Strand mit Liegen unter Palmen oder Strandschirmen. Alternativ kann man es sich am Infinity Pool mit Blick auf Palmen und Meer gemütlich machen. Frühstücksbüffet in Ordnung, Getränke ausbaubar, FruchtPancakes auf Bestellung sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Bungalows mit Bad im Freien sowie der neue Pool sind ein Highlight. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Very nice resort on the beach. The beach is besutuful.
This hotel is in a fantastic location with a great beach for swimming or just going for a walk.
A new pool was just being finished but not yet open.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the room air con wasn`t working but the staff arranged for a new unit to be installed on day 2.
I stayed at the end of off season and the beachside bar & restaurant was closed which was a pity as the weather was great. This meant that I had most meals and all drinks at other locations of which there are plenty.
The room had a comfortable bed, bar fridge and an old safe but not much else. No TV, intermittent WiFi and no kettle (get hot water thermos from restaurant).
The bathrooms are outside which was interesting (keep door closed to keep mozzies out & cool air in.
This hotel has great potential but is let down slightly by the room amenity. If you only use the room for sleeping then I would recommend.

I stayed for 4 days in a superior garden room, big, clean and vero Close to the beach. Breakfast was good especially banana pancakes and eggs with cheese and bacon . The staff was very kind and friendly . The garden was marvellous and The beach is beautiful and private for The hotel guests. I recommand this hotel.
