Our family stayed here for 8 nights and we absolutely loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for. In a secluded area, nice pool area for kids as well, and a beach right infront with easy access.
The only thing for us was the low water pressure in the showers, service from staff could be better in the restaurants although it wasn't bad and the food was magnificent but this is understandable.

Breakfast was average. Variety was there but mostly tasteless. Music was very loud until midnight even though there were many families with young children. Swimming pool was very nice. And the beach was so murky and trashy.

Hotel location is great, beautiful hotel in general and super great and friendly staff.
However, we opted for all inclusive and it is not all inclusive. One of the restaurants is open only certain days and times except for when it’s booked for private events.
Food in general was not very good. Meat was sometimes not cooked (I.e. chicken and pork) and might have been the cause of one of us having stomach issues (other one does not eat meat).
There are not much else than swimming pool and beach they don’t really have small activities like pool table or the likes, this is more a recommendation as it is called a resort.
That said the staff especially and condition of the hotel is the reason it got the score. Cannot stress how great the staff was.
정말 만족해서 리뷰합니다 그냥 가성비좋다 하는 말은 그다지 좋아하지 않는데 여기는 그말을 안할 수가 없어요 수영장이 역대 최고인데 이런 가격이라니 조식이 종류가 이렇게 많은데 이 가격 실화냐 이런 말이 나와요
룸도 적당하게 좋고 다 만족스럽지만 아까말한대로 수영장이 최곱니다
넓을 뿐만아니라 썬베드외에도 해먹도 있고 매트가 방처럼 꾸며진 곳도 있어 편하고요 풀 가운데에는 바가 있어서 수영장 한가운데서 맥주나 칵테일을 마시며 놀았어요
리조트수영장에서 시간보내는 걸 좋아하시는 분들께는 완전 강추합니다

4.0 "Relaxing place with amazing friendliness"
In general, our stay at Sol Beach House in Phu Quoc, was a really great experience!! Amazing pool with Bali beds, fine private beach with space for all guests and cosy rooms - far away from town noise! Let me emphasize, where they did it best and where they have room for improvement: Our greatest experience was an amazing friendly attitude from the staff :-) Big smiles and a serviceminded attitude from the administration, dining and taxi-service team might be expected on a high level - and they had a high level attitude!
But that each and every member of the garden and the cleaning staff sent you a smile and a friendly hallo EVERY time you met them on your way, made us really feel 'at home'.
Improvement possibilities are clearly to be found on the area of logistics in the dining areas. Examples: When bowls for corn flakes are missing every morning in 10 out of 12 days, you know that on going optimizations are possible. Especially the nice staff in the beach bar were running around themselves for our first 4 days making wrong delieveries, but after that it got better.
But surely, I will recommend this place for families and couples :-)
They're kind.
I liked the swimming pool and the beach.
I liked the room.
But the beach restaurant was a little expensive.

This hotel is a beautiful resort nestled on a private beach, and only a few kms from the airport. The pool is huge with lots of seats...although you need to be there super early to save a good one! We had a ground floor room that had pool access...however it didn’t attach to the main pool, and there were tiny little bugs on the steps always that kept me from sitting there with my feet in the water. This hotel offers an all-inclusive option which is expensive, but if you plan on eating/drinking a lot on the property it’s worth it (because the food/drinks are expensive there also) otherwise it would be much cheaper to eat outside. The other strange thing is that, for a 5 star hotel, there was no waitstaff at the pool to bring/offer drinks. I had to bring coffee from my room one day and I left my mug at the pool. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us for the mug! Luckily they didn’t after we protested for a bit. There are 3 restaurants but the vegetarian selections are limited. We pretty much ate the same things every day which got a little boring. They have a shuttle bus that will take you to certain areas (ie the night market) but only at certain times, and you need to book your seat in advance. To rent a motorbike from the hotel, you need an international drivers license...across the street you only need cash! One of the concierge girls, Stella, was exceptional and even gave us advice for our next destination. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it!
This hotel was like a paradise to check in to after many days of intense travelling. The staff was lovely, always smiling and very service oriented and helpful. The Sol Beach House is great if you want to take it easy, enjoy a wonderful pool and beach, many hammocks and fantastic food in the restaurant. There are also wonderful yoga, thai chi and aqua fitness classes that I would highly recommend. There is free shuttle service to the city centre in the evenings and free airport transfer. The location of the hotel is off as there is basically nothing to to outside the hotel area. But since the hotel is so nice, I was perfectly fine staying in the hotel most of my time. I had a wonderful time at the Sol Beach House and already look forward to going back!
It was quite cheap for 4stars hotel and it was very odd that staffs working in 4 stars hotel cant really speak english for proper communication. But all of them were very friendly and smiley.

Fint hotell med gode fasiliteter. Maten er helt OK og som forvente på et all inclusive-hotell. Rommene er store og fine. Dersom du havner i en av sidebygningene (ikke hotellets hovedbygning) må du forvente vanvittig mange firfisler i tak og på vegger i korridorene. Det dukket også opp firfisler på rommet. Dersom du synes dette er ubehagelig, bør du be om et rom i hovedbygningen - det vil trolig hjelpe noe.

시설도 깨끗하고 해변이 바로 코앞이라 좋긴한데, 도보로 이동해서 갈만한 식당, 마트 등의 부대시설이 전무합니다. 호텔만 하나 띡 있죠. 기본적으로 택시로 15분쯤을 이동해야하는데 그게 은근 압박입니다. 호캉스를 즐기러 가시는 분께는 제격이고요, 들어가기 전에 이것저것 사가시기 바랍니다.

It was the best discovery for us. From the very beginning to the check out (sadly), we felt like at home (even better). The room is the nicest room we ever stayed in, with a huge confortable double bed. The pool area is really great, with a nice ambiance. The beach, located just a few steps away from the pool is really clean. All facilities in the hotel are very modern. The staff, reception, grooms, housekeeping and f&b are very nice and helpful. We also loved the spa. Special mention to Ms Thao at reservation department and Mr. Fernandez from guest experience who were very personable. We'll be back for sure!
High end hotel in Phu Quoc, surely the best option if you want to relax. New hotel, clean, large rooms with balcony very comfortable. The location is great, a few meters from a clean beach (lovely for sunsets). Great swimming pool with nice atmosphere. Good breakfast buffet with large choices. The staff is great and helpful. I couldn't be any happier, and I look forward to my next stay here!

Hotel muy bonito con playa y piscina, todo muy atento y curado, buena comida y personal muy atento! La cálidad de Meliá se nota. El señor Álvaro ha sido muy cordial con nosotros y siempre listo para cualquier cosa que hemos podido necesitar.

The check in process and the staff at the reception desk made the experience terrible. The pool & beach was very nice but the guest experience with the reception desk was teeeibke, They were slow, made things very complicated, charges me for things I have no knowledge of, etc. Reception desk was very inefficient. I will never stay here again due to my experience.

The staff was top notch! Everybody was really friendly, from the reception desk to the room service staff. The reception and guest house made everything they could to makw sure all my needs were met and I was taken good care of. Im definitely giving 5stars just for the customer service here. Although wifi didnt work for me as good as it could, I stay very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Phu Quoc. We had a big beach house room and it was clean and very spacious. You could watch the sunset from the balcony facing to the ocean. The pool was nice and breakfast was good. Everything was great here and the private beach made it perfect!
Just the amazing stay from the beginning to end! Bright room with sea view, delicious breakfast and wonderful personnel!

A great beach club atmosphere, rooms were spacious although when I booked the beach house I was expecting to be on the beach, but room was not and a little dark, I think the hotel rooms looked nicer with large balconies, but it was a nice modern spacious room, very clean. The Manager Lance ensured we were looked after and once we had mentioned we had 1 bad meal, it did not happen again as food was lovely. I enjoyed the night markets and it was good that they did a night bus free to go into the town, as its a little way out around 10 Mins drive, but spectacular views and sunsets. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks to all.
Great facilities, the sunset yoga was amazing. Only improvement would be more local foods on the menus at the restaurants. Breakfast buffet was amazing too!

El mejor Hotel de la isla sin duda alguna, en calidad de servicios, instalaciones, playa privada, limpieza,,comidas excelentes con una gran variedad ,esta a unos kilometros de la ciudad y al aeropuerto pero ofrecen bus gratis variad veces al dia ..a destacar en personal el Manager Sr Alvaro ( Español) una persona siempre al servicio de los clientes ayudando en todo lo posible para disfrutar al maximo de la isla..
Recomiendo el Todo Incluido...grupo 8 Amigos España.

Beautiful hotel very clean , upgraded to all inclusive when we arrived only downfall and a bit silly you cant take bottled water when you have finished your meal or any other drink , don’t have milk in room to have with tea or coffee. Staff very friendly especially Thamt Ham bar lady she was lovely

The staff is not professional and not friendly. I have booked hotels in Phu Quoc in 3 days. I contacted the hotel to change the room for 2 bed for 3 people. When changing, they did not announce the cost, but when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me to pay half of total cost more.

The hotel is really nicely secluded away from other hotels on the beach. The exterior of the hotel (I.e. the gardens, pool, beach) is beautiful but the interior needs much improvement. The room wasn’t facing directly in front of the beach and was quite dusty, and there was a momentary blackout and water stoppage during our 3night stay. There wasn’t much international channels to watch on TV. The hotel food is not only very expensive but tasted bland or salty (we ate room service and the shack 2 nights in a row), and the hotel morning buffet wasn’t any good either and the menu seems to be the same. the spa was also expensive and secluded in one corner of the hotel.
Would be great to come here for nice sunsets and relaxing as that’s all the hotel would have to offer.
This hotel was a 5 star experience the only thing is that food and alcohol is pretty expensive for Vietnam. I highly recommend anyone looking for safe, cleanliness and great staff! I would definitely come back and stay here.
It is very private you don’t get the creepy Vietnamese ppl looking at you.
