A very nice resort which is well kept. Breakfast was nice and all amenities very clean. A bit out of the way of other restaurants but knew that before we biked, therefore we hired a bike at reception.

5.0 "A perfect island getaway"
I went with my best friend but we got separate rooms and it was such a perfect trip. This hotel is so beautiful, located on a gorgeous stretch of Long Beach and close enough to the airport to make it an ideal long weekend spot.
The room was huge and beautifully decorated; we were automatically upgraded to the Sun building that isn't in the main tower, so it was closer to the pool and beach and also quieter at night. Still easily walkable to breakfast at The Kitchen restaurant as well.
Breakfast was provided and the spread was delicious; it really set me up well for my day of lounging near the pool or the ocean.
The staff were kind and helpful and were willing to help grant strange requests like asking them to bring a outlet strip to my room so I could plug my Firestick into the TV.
I will definitely come stay here again.
Clean and nice! Staff members were awesome and hardly any bugs! Well maintained place.

5.0 "Great all inclusive stay over Christmas "
Had a really good stay at Sol Beach House over Christmas.
Tried the all inclusive package and was very satisfied. Great food and service in general at the whole hotel.
Extra thanks to the very friendly FB manager who takes his time to check up on his guests to see that everything is under satisfaction.
One thing that could be better informed is what is or isn't included in the all inclusive. This was a very small issue, but could be improved.
Overall the stay a good, nice room and friendly staff. However for being a 4-star resort there are some things lacking. I used the gym each morning of the stay and there was no water, towels, or air conditioning in the gym. Food/drink service at the beach/pool was also inconvenient, even though there is a swim up bar, you have to physically go to the bar to order something, long walk if you're at the beach.

Pretty nice place, a great pool, nice beach, the rooms are quite new and very nice with a walk-in shower, the sea itself isn't that great but that's probably the same thing on all this coast side, if you walk outside you can rent easily a scooter for 150k/day. you're exactly half way from downtown and Sao beach, so overall we had a good stay

5.0 "Lyxigt och lugnt läge"
Väldigt fint ställe, vi hade en liten pool utanför rummet som låg precis bredvid stora poolen. Hotellet ligger precis vid beachen också. Vill man gå ut och äta något annat än hotellets mat så får man ta en taxi, eller deras shuttlebus in till stan. Det tar ca 15 min.

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderbar, geräumige angenehme Zimmer, schöne Gartenanlage, toller Strand, herrlicher Pool,.. Nur die Liegen sind leider durchgelegen, was bei 5 Sternen nicht der Fall sein sollte und die Essenspreise für die Portionen völlig überteuert. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert

Total sett bra. Maten kunne ha vært litt mer variert. Opplevd flere ganger treg og feil servering ved bar selv det ikke var folk. Selv om man har allinclusive må mann kvitere på alle drinkene, irriterende. Personalet var smilende og hjelpsom.

Pent hotell utseende messig. Gjennomgående dårlig service. Dårlig, smakløs mat. Dyrt.
Ansatte ville ikke hjelpe å bære bort tallerken og bestikk til bordene, selv når vi spurte om hjelp. Veldig vanskelig å få kontakt med servitørene. Selv når de har hilst når vi kom, kommer de ikke bort med meny. Deretter tar de ikke bestilling etter vi har fått meny.
Mye søppel rundt bassengkanten. Ingen ansatte som rydder etter gjestene. Alt for mange ødelagte solsenger rundt bassenget. Solsengene var uten madrasser og man kjente metallkanten i ryggen.

The room is large, clean and comfortable. There are amenities provided in the room.
The Kitchen with an international buffet or a-la-carte menu with garden views, Ola Beach Club with seafood Mediterranean-style cuisine and DJ sunset sessions, or Shack offering gourmet snacks and healthy juices.
Staff is very kind and polite. Lovely to take my vacation here.
Heti sisäänkirjautumisesta lähtien saimme lähes moitteetonta palvelua vierailumme ajan.
Siisti ja hyvin hoidettu hotellialue.
Ruoka ihan hyvää, aamupala vähän vaatimaton, erityisesti hedelmien valikoimassa olis parantamisen varaa.
Miinuksena matala uima-allas joka vähän pieni.
Aurinkotuoleja erityisesti varjoisia sellaisia saisi olla lisää.
Kylpyhuone tarvitsisi oven! Olen sitä mieltä, että olisi kiva hoitaa vessahommat yksityisesti, eikä lasioven takana, joka auki sekä ylhäältä että alhaalta ja vain osittain varjostettu.
Huonot lukuvalot, kirjaa täytyy lukea kaikki huoneen valot päällä.

여기는 다 좋은데 숙박시설의 얼굴인 Reception에 있는 직원들이 ㄹㅇ 개차반그자체입니다.
정말 예의없음 그자체와 대화를 하려고하는 마음이 없어보이는 태도를 갖고 있습니다.
하 진짜 후기남기는거 진짜 싫어하는데 최악입니다.

I liked the pool, the staff were friendly and loved the upgrade to the bigger room. This place is like a resort and ideal for families, I was travelling on my own, so was finding the kids and some young drunk adults annoying.

Beautiful hotel in paradise. We loved our stay here. Well worth paying that little extra for all inclusive as it is a 10-15 minute taxi ride to anywhere else!

넓은 수영장과 전용 해변이 장점이나 그 외에는 그리 기대할 것이 없다. 룸컨디션 및 호텔 시설은 양호하지만, 5성급 럭셔리라고 보기는 곤란한 수준. 레스토랑 음식이 다 맛없음. 호텔 밖에 아무 것도 없음. 가성비는 뛰어남.

룸서비스를 시켰는데 스파게티가 상해서 남편과 저 모두 배탈이 난것 같은 느낌으로 비행기를 탔습니다. 그 다음날 실제 배탈이나서 둘다 고생했구요...매니저께 알렸더니 원래 마늘향이 강한 소스고 상한게 아니라고 해서 더이상 말 안했네요 -
다음에는 안갈 생각입니다.

서비스가 별로 좋지 않은 호텔입니다.
수건 한 개 요청했는데 못준다고 했고, 침대 시트도 갈아주지 않고 수건도 새 것으로 갈아 주지 않았습니다.
Beach view가 있고 Sea View가 따로 있습니다. Beach View는 바다가 보이지 않습니다. Sea view를 확인하고 예약해합니다.

2.0 "Poor stay, disappointed"
Well, we want to be honest with this review of this hotel and our visit. This because we want others to know what to expect when they stay here, either you like it or not.
The good things:
Clean room
Restaurant Ola had good staff and good grilled food(horrible noisy party-music during every dinner)
Good wi-fi
The bad things:
Unengaged staff with very poor english understanding. Not that service-minded as you would hope.
Just acceptable breakfast, nothing special.
All sunbeds per-occupied by 06:00 am in the morning. Very hard to find avalible sunbeds at all, especially with umbrella. The sunbeds themselves were worn out and often you were lying on the steelbars.
In +30 degrees heat, you were not able to buy water before 11:00 am. Not in the bars, only in the reception-bar far from any sunbed.
At 11:30, loud music were blasted out over the entire hotel. That’s when the water-exercise started. Everybody had to endure this stressful music, though only 5-10 people participated.
The beach-bar, the Shack, was supposed to be a Vietnamese restaurant. In reality, it was a poor dive, serving fries, burgers and tasteless food.
We didn’t travel with the all-inclusive pass that man other guests did. From what they told us, things like beer, gin and other spirits were out of stock by the end of the day. They could only recieve water, beer and sodas in plastic glasses.
Good to know is that the kids-club is for small kids, more babies.
In all we could not recommend.
Alles was gewoon super mooi zwembad gelijk aan het strand bar in het zwembad gratis shuttel service naar de nachtmarkt en fe luchthaven.

I loved having our own little private pool area attached to the room. Paid extra for the all-inclusive but the food however wasn’t great at all. That was the only disappointment. But the resort was amazing.

전체적으로 만족했고 재방문 의사있습니다.
하지만 샤워실 바닥이 매우 미끄러워서 아기들한테 위험합니다. 이건좀 시급히 개선해야겠습니다.
화장실 쓰레기통 녹슬어서 불쾌했습니다.
그외에 매우 만족입니다.
