It was great. The balcony was great to enjoy the sunset every day. I stayed there 3 nights and 3 more at Dusit Princess. In comparison, Sol beach house has better breakfast and the beach there is more relaxing. both rooms are sea view, but I feel the sol beach house room layout better. Just a bit of distance to the town area at night, but taxis are available and cheap. The rooms are lovely and they staffs are all full of smiles. Housekeeping does a great job too.
The pool era was poorly maintained need a lot of work

Hotellin alue oli hieno ja huoneet olivat viihtyisät, huone siivottiin päivittäin, mutta parvekettamme ei siivottu melkein 2 viikkoon jonka vuoksi sillä oli paljon muurahaisia ja niitä tuli myös sisälle. Respassa ja taksin tilauspisteellä oli ihana henkilökunta, mutta hotellin rantaravintoloissa, varsinkin shacissa henkilökunta oli erittäin tympeää, huokailivat jos jotain yritti kysyä tai hakea sieltä.
Hotelli oli melko kaukana keskustasta mutta taksilla sinne pääsi helposti ja sen sai suoraan hotellilta tilattua.
Aamiainen oli kattava ja hyvä!
Bedroom was tastefully decorated and spacious with nice balcony but the shower cubicle could do with a good steam clean.

Beautiful, clean beach. Spacious clean rooms. Food is way too overly expensive. Also we bought their “vouchers” to use at the hotel. The lady at the spa said that we could use our voucher purchased from reception at the spa so we did a 3-hour appointment. The next day checking out reception said that we couldn’t do that and we were charged an additional $100 (USD) for the spa treatment which also meant we had a remaining $1.2M (VND) in voucher credits that we could’ve used for dining but were unable to because we had to check out to catch our flight. The staff need to know and communicate better with each other when it comes to their voucher policies so other people aren’t ripped off and waste money. And no, there wasn’t a language miscommunication between me and the staff as I had asked the girl at the spa in Vietnamese if we were able to use the voucher credits purchased from reception and she said that I could.
I like everything about this hotel. Highly recommended

4.0 "Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday"
We enjoyed our stay in Sol Beach house. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to the town, it has nice private beach and spacious pool area. The only minus is that people reserve the places (beach chairs) early in the morning but never show up - so one needs to be quick in order to get place from the pool area.

The property is beautiful, the grounds well kept and clean. The hotel is very clean , although we did have to ask housecleaning to come up first day for touch ups.
Staff were friendly with good English , however not consistent in their service. I won't comment on which area but what I will say your treatment at times depended on your tip you gave them.
We spent five days there and did all-inclusive for two of those five. It was definatly worth it .. I would recommend the hotel serve better quality of wine. They had one brand and it was terrible.
My question to the hotel is , what are you doing to help ansupport the enviorement ? Plastic straws are not enough.
Dull’hotel e i servizi tutto perfetto , purtroppo il mare davanti alla struttura non è davvero un gran che. L’isola è davvero molto molto sporca , non hanno nessuna cultura ambientale di trattamento dei rifiuti , ciò che non viene bruciato , anche la plastica viene buttato in mare. Stanno costtuendo tantissimo ma la prima cosa da fare sarebbe sensibilizzarli verso questo enorme problema

깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 넓은 수영장. 발코니에서 보이는 멋진 뷰. 휴양하기엔 좋은 위치이나 시내와 멀고 셔틀버스는 예약제라 금방 정원이 차서 이용하기 힘듭니다. 대부분 택시 이용.
체크인 시 한 직원의 응대가 만족스럽지 않은 것 빼고는 전반적으로는 괜찮았습니다.

The hotel was amazing and beautiful. Breakfast selection was good. The reception staff was very helpful. They provide free transfer to the airport which is 10min away. I accidentally left my wallet at The Shack restaurant and returned to the spot the next morning to look for it. So glad the team found it and highly appreciate their honesty. Beautiful sunset by the beach. Highly recommended hotel.

An amazing stay. The resort had everything you need to relax. The food was delicious and had so many choices from western to Asian. Highly recommend the resort.

Great hotel. We did an upgraded room to a Junior Suite so I’m sure that helped. Wonderful warm pool, clean beach, warm sea. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of selection. Service sometimes lacked with no coffee cups or plates but the staff all seemed to be working hard and smiling which helps. Patience.

5.0 "I would go back to stay again"
We spend two nights at this hotel, Love the hotel atmosphere, the breakfast buffet is great, the room is clean, there is night entertainment until midnight which is great. We also bought the all day unlimited food & drinks which we don't need to worry about what we order or eat when we chill at the swimming pool. However, the hotel is a bit old, some area is rusted which need to be better conditioned.

5.0 "A perfect resort to recharge"
We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Sol Beach House in Phu Quoc. Everything was perfect from the staff to the rooms to the facilities. The pool is super nice and has a swim up bar along with plenty of lounge space. The beach is also really nice and features some of the best sunsets. The breakfast was really nice and you can also purchase a full board package to complete your stay. The food at the Shack was only ok and very expensive so I definitely think the all-inclusive package is worth it. We even got an upgrade and the room was so spacious and perfect to relax in for a good amount of time. Highly recommend staying here to just relax and recharge.
Beach was great. Rooms were good. Food at dinner and lunch was mediocre at best. Bland and seemed like the same every night. Breakfasts were good - fruit was great when available. Before we went on all inclusive paying for water when it’s recommended not to drink the tap water was a bit of a stretch. And use of towel cards seems a bit antiquated.

Schöne Anlage und große Zimmer. Preis Leistung stimmt, wir haben etwa 110,- Euro Incl. Frühstück bezahlt. Eher eine 4 Sterne als eine 5 Sterne Anlage. Service schwach aber bemüht. Frühstück zweitklassig. Shuttle zum Airport und zum Nachtmarkt. Jeden Abend laute und zweitklassige Liveband am Pool, besser ein Zimmer im Haupthaus nehmen.
This was beautiful resort with the most beautiful pool area and beach! It was perfect place to spend last days in Vietnam. Thank you for hreat stay! The receptionists were gold!

We were very pleased with the overall standard of this hotel in terms of the cost.
We chose to stay at this hotel for three occasions during our holiday. First stay: we had a very nice room in the main building but the aircondition was difficult to regulate. The second stay: larger room in the side building, this room was also nice, but we were bothered by a sewage smell. We complained several times and they sent the cleaning staff in to fix it. What they did was spray good odor to cover the bad smell. Although they took this seriously every time we said, the optimum would be to just give us another room.
At our third stay, we were given an equally large room in the main building, which was still very nice. Cleaning staff often forgot to give us new towles and refill toiletpaper. The shower tiles should have been better cleaned.
Nice lobby - relaxing music and atmosphere.
Free shuttlebus to and from the city / night market every night.
Too loud musical performance at the one of the restaurant every night.
Good sunbeds and clean beach by the hotel. The hotel should practice the rule of releasing the "sun bungalows" when not used within an hour.
The breakfast was generally good, including fruit, eggs and bacon, salad, asian dishes, breads, pancakes and pastries (a little dry). The hotel has two attached restaurants, but we were not impressed with the food, so we recommend eating outside the hotel.
The service is very good and the reception staff are good in English.
가성비 좋은 리조트에요. 가격대비 방도 넓고 깨끗하게 관리되어 있습니다. 수영장도 괜찮은 편이고요. 하지만 선베드가 좀 부족하고 조식은 별로....조식당도 너무 좁아서 밥먹을때 좀 정신이 없어요. 리조트 주변에 아무것도 없어서 택시를 많이 타야하기도 하고요. 그래도 편안하게 휴식 즐기기에는 좋은 편이에요. 비치바에서 매일 밤에 하는 공연도 재밌어요ㅎ

Allas-alue ja hotellin ranta aivan huikeat. Sijainti hieman kaukana actionista, mutta hotellilta ilmaiset kuljetukset kun on ajoissa liikkeellä, taksikin maksoi n.3-6€/suunta.

Hotel ist abseits von allem! Daher schön ruhig. Wenn es ums Essen geht, ist es sehr problematisch. Die drei Hotelrestaurant bieten nichts für Vegetarier auf der Menükarte und das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel! Das Essen ist überteuert für die Qualität die man erhält. Total frustrierend! Das Hotel bietet einen Shuttlebus dreimal am Tag an, welcher in die Stadt fährt und wieder zurück. Meistens sind alle Sitzplätze ausgebucht. In der Stadt hat es kaum wa für Vegetarier.
Die Sonnenstühle am Pool werden mit Badetüchern reserviet, sodass man kaum Platzfindet und die Personen welche die Sonnenstühle reserviert haben, kommen evtl. kurz für paar Minuten! Es sollte Verboten sein die Sonnenstühle zu reservieren! Ausserdem sind diese Sonnenstühle umbequem, da sie zwei Stangen auf Rückenhöhe haben die man spürt und viele Stühle bereits ausgelegen sind. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel sind die Sonnenstühle schlecht, umbequem und inakzeptabel!
Die Zimmer werden unterschiedlich geputzt. Mal vergessen sie Sachen aufzufüllen.
Für Vegetarier und Personen die bequem auf Sonnenstühlen entspannen wollen, ist das Hotel nicht geeignet.
