Belle chambre mais malheureusement très humide moisissure sur les murs. Mais côté service Plus que parfait 👍
Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, il nous on changé de chambre,
Premier matin problème avec les déjeuner, froid , arrive pas à l’heure demandé et reçois pas se qu’on commande et doit manger dans notre chambre car il n’y a pas de place
Il nous on amener en taxi tout les matin dans un autre hôtel avec buffets.
A chaque fois il fesait tout pour nous satisfaire.
Bien situé et calme, on gardé nos valises
Très humide, champignons sur les murs, quartier avec beaucoup d’odeurs nauséabondes, personnel très serviable, ils font leur possible pour nous rendre service, salle à manger en rénovation donc il a fallu aller déjeuner dans un autre hôtel tous les matins à 8 minutes de marche... hôtel mal situé, trop près du vieux quartier dans une ruelle où les véhicules ne se rendent pas.

The service here is excellent! They help me schedule my airport transfers and a trip to her long bay. They gave me great recommendations about where to go to eat and shop. The breakfast is delicious. We were very comfortable in our room. This is a great location, we could walk to the lake and to the women’s museum and other interesting sites.

Breakfast was at another hotel which was a short walk away. Otherwise would have given them a 5. One of us was not well and they brought us some breakfast to our room.

Comfortable rooms, great location, attentive and helpful staff, and free breakfast make the Skyline Hotel a good choice when staying in Hanoi. Overall I'd say it's the staff that make the hotel experience most memorable. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and they always attended to our queries quickly and graciously.

체크아웃할때까지 배려해 주셔서 정말 편히 쉬었어요
밤에도 조용하고 아주 좋았습니다.
엄청 친절한 직원, 깨끗한 방, 샤워수압도 좋고 따뜻한 물 잘 나옵니다! 조식도 존맛~~ 쌀국수,오믈렛 만들어주고 센스있게 고수도 빼줍니다. 요거트도 넘 맛있움~~!
다만, 조식 먹을땐 이호텔이 아니라 본셀라코지 호텔로 가야 했어요. 한 3분정도 걸어야하는데 직원이 다 안내해주고 조식 먹는곳이 고층이고 창문있어서 전망도 좋음.
호텔 위치가 골목 안에 있어서 찾기가 약간 힘들수 있고, 골목에서 이상한 냄새남ㅋㅋㅋ
그래도 호안끼엠 근처라 걸어갈 수 있어 좋고 야시장 거리도 가까워요. 포쑤옹 쌀국수가 바로 옆집이라 맛있게 먹었어요
웰컴드링크는 맛이 없음. 묽은 수박주스 같은걸 줌.
전반적으로 가격대비 나쁘지 않았고 지인이 하노이 간다고 하면 추천할 거 같네요

ハロン湾１泊ツアーの前日とツアー帰りの宿泊ホテルとして予約しました。予約直後にホテルからメッセージが届き送迎サービス（トータル36USD）を申込みましましたが、これが大正解! ハノイでは、タクシーがらみのトラブル（道がわからない、時間通りに来ないなど）が多いそうです。スカイラインホテルは口コミどおり驚くような路地に存在しますが、スタッフは皆親切です。室内はきれいに掃除されていて、とても静かでよく眠れます。朝食は同系列のボナセラコジーホテルで提供されるらしく、スカイラインホテルのスタッフが同行してくれました。ハノイの旧市街は迷路のようで、超方向音痴の私が１人でホテルまで戻れるか心配でしたが、今度はボナセラのスタッフが同行してくれて大感激です。ハロン湾からスカイラインホテルに戻ったら、エアコンが故障しているということで、前述のボナセラコジーホテルに追加料金なしで宿泊することになりました。今まで色々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、両ホテルのスタッフは本当に素晴らしいです。ナイトマーケット、コンサート、レストランなどの情報や滞在中の注意事項など詳しく教えてくれました。大手ホテルにないホスピタリティーがここにはあります。ハノイへの一人旅や節約旅行を計画している貴方、ぜひスカイラインホテル・ボナセラコジーホテルをお選びください。You will never regret it!
Construction right next to us was very loud had to change rooms, safe didn’t work and a/c did not blow cold in original room. New room was fine, location is excellent, breakfast is good.

The hotel location is good - away from the noisy main road but is very close ( walking distant ) to night market , food and beer street .Only disappointment is the coffee cup is too small and there is no drinking glass . And I was not given the small towel for 3 days

Nous sommes restés en tout 3 nuits dans cet hôtel (entrecoupé par des séjours dans les villes alentour) et c’était parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner complet et copieux, les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles et l’emplacement est vraiment idéal. Je recommande pour un séjour sur Hanoi !
4.0 "Charming Old Town Location with Friendly Staff"
A fantastic renovated hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, Skyline may not be the glitziest option but makes up for it with comfortable rooms and an extremely friendly staff. The lobby, elevator, and hallways are all rather cramped, which made us slightly worried for our room size, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious bed and plenty of storage space. Our A/C was not working initially, but the front desk immediately sent a technician up to promptly fix it. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff continuously impressed us - they gave great recommendations, offered to box up extra food, provided helpful explanations, and even allowed us to check out late.
I want to give a special acknowledgment to Vivienne, who really went above and beyond. After leaving the hotel I realized I'd left my keys in the safe, and wanted to see if it'd be at all possible to have them mailed to me in the US. Vivienne gave me her personal WhatsApp and kept me updated as she went to ship the keys on her own offtime. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and a real life saver. We're very glad we stayed here!
It's in a street that looked more like an ally way to an American like me, but I really loved this place. Clean, quiet, close to all good foods. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a room without window, but unlike other hotel, neither humidity nor bad odor, which was nice. Good breakfast, good bed, good Wi-Fi, and very nice people!

베트남시설이 다 거기서 거기라 5성급 가실꺼 아니면 여기좋아요
단 아침일찍 개짓는소리랑 8층 꼭대기층이라서 그런지 새들 앉았다날랐다하는소리 땜에 아침에 깹니다

Bed was really comfy, breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. There was tons of fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, hot dishes and you get a cooked to order entree. I had the French toast and it was delicious. Location was great because it's on a side street that's close to everything but also provided some quiet at night. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was nice and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent.
We had booked a day trip through the hotel to Halong Bay. It was an amazing day and was picked up and dropped back to the hotel.

This was the second time staying at the Skyline as we flew into and out of Hanoi. Fabulous staff and great room. Very convenient location but quiet. Hope we can go back next year!

stayed in a deluxe twin room on 16-17 november 2018.
PROS:
- location is near to almost everything in hanoi old quarter :)
-staff allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel even before we were supposed to begin our stay (we were going for a halong bay cruise before staying at the hotel)
- staff speak almost PERFECT english and are really really helpful- they even helped me post a postcard which meant that they had to make a trip over to the post office. (they charged me 4USD which is abit much but i was in a rush so i paid for it)
- helped fill our bottles with mineral water for free
- location of the hotel is tucked in a small (safe!!!) alleyway, away from the bustling and noisy streets of hanoi
- cars won't be able to drop you at the doorstep of the hotel but the alleyway is flat so you can roll your luggage to the hotel
- they have an elevator! :)
- rooms are super clean, beds are soft yet firm enough to be comfortable.
- staff even gave us a farewell gift (keychains) when we left!!! :)
- airport transfer was 300k VND for a 5-seater car which is comparable to a grab
CONS:
-breakfast has limited selection BUT it was delicious still (we are budget travellers so we don't expect much) - try the french toast! it is really soft and fluffy :)
-rooms are a little small but understandably so because it is in the middle of hanoi old quarter
- rooms don't really have a view as it is blocked by other buildings (so you can't really see the skyline)
TIPS:
- don't stay in the 8t
The property was lovely tucked away on a lane off a busier road. Quiet but Easy to walk to restaurants. The staff are superb, very welcoming and they were great in booking us bus and train tickets. We are going back the end of our trip before flying home. Highly recommend!

호텔이 오래되었는지 가구나 용품들이 청결한편은 아니었지만 직원분들 모두 친절하고 조식맛있었습니다. 호안끼엠 호수와 맥주거리,
맛집이 가까워 위치도 좋았습니다. 다만 마지막날 친절하게도 공항가는 택시를 불러주셔서 타고가는중 기사가 갑자기 차를 세우더니 이유도 얘기해주지 않고 다른차로 바꿔타라고 했습니다. 영어도 통하지 않는분이라 당황스러웠고 불쾌했고, 이상한데로 데려갈까봐 불안했습니다. 어쨋든 공항에 잘 도착하긴했지만 호텔측에서는 샌딩회사를 잘 알아보셔야할것 같습니다. 마지막 그 사건 빼고는 전반적으로 만족하였습니다.

Perfect location in the heart of the Old French Quarter. We liked the breakfast and overall the hotel is a good value for the money. I recommend to upgrade to a premium room otherwise you might not have a window.

Beliggenhed er helt unik, lige i hjertet af den gamle bydel i Hanoi. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme og serviceminded. Faciliteterne er helt i top, så vi kan kun give Skyline Hotel vores bedste anbefalinger.

The location is inside a little side alley way which can be a bit confusing when you are looking for it for the first time but when we got in the Hotel in the middle of the night, it was the most welcoming greet ever! He helped us with what we could grab for a quick feed and whether anything was open at 11pm since we were starving from out flight. Overall the stay was insanely amazing, they cleaned our room every day when we went out and every-time we came back to the Hotel, it felt like we were coming back to a cozy home. They would always ask us what we ended up doing for the day and a few times they also helped us buy some fruits from the fruit lady outside as we look like a tourist, she helped us get a good bargain and not get ripped off by them which was insanely amazing!!!!
I could not recommend this place enough. The breakfast is a good starter for the day and the A/C is on POINT! On the day that we left, they even had a cute little going away gift for us to remember them and Hanoi. It was the CUTEST thing ever! I cant rave the staff and just the whole experience enough. The best place ever! Don't miss out!
