Definitely a superb experience in this hotel. Enjoyed a free upgrade from superior double room to triple family room.
Room is exactly like the photo, spacious, clean & a modern design. The staffs are very friendly & helpful, especially the receptionist, Ms Lily, who helped us to checked in for the room. Borrowed us an adapter for usage and offered us to packed breakfast for us the next day morning as we need to leave early to Sapa.
Too bad as I only stay a night at this wonderful hotel. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Hanoi!!!
The hotel is nice and is on walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything. The breakfast is fine.

깨끗하고 편안하게 묵었습니다. 물론 4~5성급 호텔에 비교하면 안되지만, 호안끼엠 호수 주변의 다른 모든 곳에 비해서는 가장 좋은 곳이라고 할 수 있습니다.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. I regard it as cozy, convenient for food or going around the Old Quarter and the staff are nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stays here.

Is a new build hotel with clean and comfortable bed.
Price per night is reasonable.
Locate near old quarter surrounded with good foods. Beside has BBQ which can give a try.
Friendly and helpful staff. With their help able to get a cab to airport during peak period.
Hotel breakfast is good, nothing much to complaint with.
Plus point - early check in 10am after come back from sapa town.
Definitely will stay again in this hotel for next Hanoi trip.
내부시설이도 깨끗하고 침구류가 뽀송하고 좋았어요 호텔입구가 검정색이라 첨에 찾기 엄청 힘들었습니다 택시기사나 주변사람들도 잘 모르더라구여 조식은 주문식이고 모든 서비스는 대체적으로 만족했으나 호텔 마사지는 절대 받지마세요 발맛사지 받았는데 가격은 길가의 샵에 비해 세배정도 비쌌는데 완전 초보자인지 아프다고 했는데도 한부위만 집중적이고 세네가지 동작만 한시간동안 반복할 뿐이였습니다 팁을줬는데 더달라고 요구까지 했습니다 그 마사지사가 호텔이미지 다 깍아먹었네요

Comfortable bed and great breakfast! The staff were so lovely- I accidentally booked in the night before I was supposed to check in and the hotel emailed checking I was ok since I didn’t arrive when I said I would early morning after an overnight train from
Sapa! Very sweet. Location is central and walkable to everywhere

They had great service staff who were always very helpful and spoke good English. Complimentary mango juice at check in. Complementary water and fresh fruit in the room everyday. The breakfast was really good and had good variety. The location was very good too. The stair case was a little narrow and had to goto 2nd floor for the elevator to room. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Hanoi.

the hotel is new it is nice small 3 star boutique hotel the rooms are large with sunlight two small windows sufficient. The staff is very polite courteous, a few problems they have to rectify the doors closures mounted on door which closes with a big bang sound disturbs when sound comes from other rooms more from the night. They have to give a little larger soap to put in hand. I will rate this a value for money will recommend to anyone
Shining Boutique Hotel and Spa is a delightful place to stay. From the check-in to the spa services to the arrangements for check-out and departure, all were handled courteously and efficiently. Everyone, from the bellhop to the housekeepers to the front desk staff was friendly and engaging.
Although we made the reservation just 24 hours before arrival, our well laid out room as exactly as requested, with city views and queen bed. All the fixtures and furnishings are fresh and up to date.
We were provided with a very helpful map of nearby things to do and restaurant suggestions, which were very good.
During our stay, my husband and I used several spa treatments and we were very pleased. I highly recommend the collagen facial (my husband says I look 5 years younger), the 75 minute foot treatment, and the massage with hot stones. These were all very reasonably priced as well as effective.
Breakfasts featured a wide assortment of Eastern and Western dishes on the buffet, as well as made to order eggs and omelettes. Fresh juices, coffees, teas and pastries are also available. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Shining Boutique and Spa is a tremendous value in the heart of vibrant Hanoi. I highly recommend it!

호텔 객실이랑 로비 모두 깔끔하고 위치도 여기저기 걸어다니기 너무 좋았어요!
지도와함께 길안내도 친절히 잘 해주셔서 저희는 처음으로 로밍안하고 핸드폰 안들고 다녔는데도 무리가 없었구요
늦은시간비행이라 호텔로비에서 대기했는데 간식도 챙겨주시고 친절하셔서 너무 감사했습니다
다음에 하노이를 온다면 또 여기서 묵을것 같아요ㅎㅎ 추천드려요^^!

Brand new hotel which is opened for a month.
Every thing about this hotel was excellent . The room was nicely decorated, the most comfortable bed I’ve had by far in Vietnam, bathroom was an ok size but really good shower and water pressure was excellent. The buffet breakfast outdid itself with choice of pastries, fresh fruit, eggs... whatever you could think of really. All very well-prepared and delicious
Every one of the staff that i encountered was extremely pleasant and helpful from the housekeepers to the restaurant staff to the front desk and bell staff. They make Shining Boutique so much difference from others among the Old Quarter
I would highly recommend the hotel and definitely come back again !
The hotel location is very good and within walking distance to places. The room is clean and comfort. The hotel staffs, to be honest ALL of them are amazingly great,polite and helpful. Thanks to Rose for helping about the reservation and Anna at front desk is beyond being of service. What we've experience is called hospitality.
