The service can be improved. Our booking got changed from one large family room to two smaller bedrooms without any notice up front. I guess they were busy and needed to rearrange for us, but it definitely felt like a downgrade and we still needed to pay the same price. Also they forgot to clean our room both days and we needed to call the reception to remind them.

Great hotel with river views and our 1 bedroom apartment was large with plenty of room for our 2 young kids. Best location conveniently located next to Saigon Centre with plenty of restaurants. Facilities were great with play areas for the kids. We will be staying there again on our return to Saigon!! Highly recommend

I travelled with my husband and four young children. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had amazing welcome drinks that was lime based with a tinge of lemongrass. The three bedroom apartment at the grand tower was fantastic. The space was huge and the cleanliness was spotless. My children were so wowed by the apartment that they were very hesitant to even leave the apartment to explore the city!
Sedona is also located strategically in front of Saigon Square. There were quite a bit of road works around the hotel which makes access to Ben Thanh market a tad bit tricky. However in time, once the works are finished, the access to Ben Thanh market should be more direct!
The toilets were clean, huge and luxurious. The master toilet had a heated seat! We thoroughly loved our stay here. Will definitely come back!
With a 108.7 square flat big with sitting room and dining room, hotel staff insists that we have booked the suite with 2 persons only and disregard our request for 4 breakfast with 4 persons accommodating the hotel for 3 night stay...
They are very strict and non-customer minded but insisted on the booking with Expedia but not my booking by secret price room arrangement with 5 max ppl.
Not happy to argue with staff due to this non-sense 2 more breakfast arrangement and beinh rejected.
Although hardwares are there, they should learn how customers satisfy and recommend to other travellers.
No resolution by their staff and finally charged us one breakfast... and we finally go out to have breakfast with my 3 friends.
Hope them be considerate. To accommodate customers, not reading papers....
Staff are very kind and hospitality. And it's very convenience because the hotel located right above the Saigon Shopping Center and steps way to access the Saigon Square and night market.

Hotel is attached to the best mall in district 1. Access to a full membership gym makes this hotel have the best gym in Saigon. This location is in the heart of district 1. Best restaurants and bars minutes away.

It was a very good and relaxing stay as we expected it to be. The best part is the easy access to the shopping mall with all the great restaurants. Will definitely plan another trip early next year.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially the concierge at the ground floor lobby, very helpful.
The staff, lobby, security, amenities, room, cleanliness, wifi, washing/drying machine, kitchen were all simply fantastic!!! And the fact that we were above a shopping mall was soooo convenient!! Not to mention and amazing views!!! I have zero complaints from this hotel. I have not traveled to 48 countries and this place will forever be special to me!

Great location - excellent restaurants in the shopping complex. Easy to get taxis. Only downside is lack of flexibility around having to depart early due to HK typhoon and despite having booked 14 room nights that week would not provide 1 night credit.
