They did not give you the room that I signed up for. It’s a bait to get you to there but when check in, it’s a different room. I asked them, they said it was a mistakes on the system and won’t be able to change it. I signed up for king bed, presidential suite with city view. They gave me the queen bed regular room with no city view. Very unprofessional.

체크인 후 1박은 다소 어의 없는...새벽 1시에 체크인을 해서인지 직원이 비몽사몽??? 내가 지정한 방이 아닌 듯한...다음 날 얘기했더니 바로 변경해주셨습니다. 방의 컨디션 완전 달라져서 냄새도 안나고 좋았습니다. 식기구가 있긴 하지만 다소 부족합니다. 더위 많이 타시는 분은 에어컨이 그리 시원하지 않아 종일 틀어놔야 할 듯!!! 그래도 화장실이나 기타 편의사항 만족스럽습니다. 위치는 매우 좋습니다.
가격대비 만족스럽습니다. 허나 처음 배정 받은 방에 계속 있었다면 그리 칭찬할 것 같지는 않습니다.

There are lots of irregularities with this property:
- very difficult to get in touch with
- very poor communication
- despite requesting several times sent a small car to pick up 4 persons with luggage at the airport
- checked in with no paper work
- no security of rooms, as in middle of night different people get into the room. Terrible
- cheated for negotiates taxi fare - took the payment of $90.00 USD and at the airport the taxi driver forced us to pay again $100.00 USD.
- on contacting hotel from the airport, it was told that we need to make the payment to taxi as the other payment was for the room. The payment for two rooms were made online through Expedia.
- Reported to EXPEDIA but yet to get any response from a manager.
-very disappointed
Every thing is out of order with rude staffs.
i missed my time around 3 hours for complain.
1. Different guest checked in by my reservation. And they just said i can't find your reservation. But actually different person checked in by my name. Over more, i checked to them directly by their computer.
2. I got the different room, but the room condition is not same as my reservation.
3. Air condition is not working, more over i can't lock my door. But no reply from them. Just "Wait" with rude attitude. I'm waiting around 3 hours without dinner.
4. I complained too many time, but no one helps me. They just focused on new guest for check-in.
