We received a very good service from the hotel crew from the moment we first arrived till we checked out. They were very attentive and helpful. Especially Lisa, in the reception, which was very patient, intelligent and had a very good English so she could and help us connect some very good activities in the area.

친절한 안내, 청결함. 맛있는 조식.성당이 보이고 종소리가 들리는 풍광.. 호안끼엠과 시장에서 가까움. 가성비 좋아요.
단, S Centeral 의 S글자를 잘 알아보지 못해 골목길에서 지나쳐버림. 한 건물은 엘리베이터가 없어 6층까지 걸어서 ~~. 무거운 짐이없어 다행~~

It’s located in Hoan Kiem so everything is small. The room come with two double beds, which is perfect for two adults and two kids. However, they will charge you for the fourth kid. Kids under 18 have to stay with parents do not apply here. Free breakfast was serve in a tiny space in the reception area, I didn’t eat it so don’t even know the food but just the service area and the food display wasn’t appetizer at all. Bathroom was also tiny and not too clean also. The only good thing was the two beds and the sleeping area, clean and roomy, just like the picture I saw online. I won’t come back here though. But I think most of the hotels nearby are the same since it’s in this area and the price was pretty cheap. We only stay one night so I didn’t care.
Our first stop on our Vietnam vacation was Hanoi. I did a quick search for a hotel on my phone as we were boarding the plane. This hotel popped up as recommended and I am so thankful it did. The staff was amazing and friendly, and so giving. From the minute we walked in the door we were treated like VIP and family.
Chris, Hai, Dong, and Phuong were the ones we mostly communicated with and they were so helpful. Not only was the hotel clean and comfortable with large rooms, but they also helped us plan our trip to Bai Tu Long Bay and got us a really great deal with an amazing room!
This is the perfect location (Old Quarter) for travelers looking to experience the shopping, markets, and local food. You’re close to EVERYTHING!
On our way out of Vietnam we stopped in Hanoi for an hour to do some quick shopping. We arrived at S Central to ask for a favor. They were more than willing to hold our bags for us and get us a ride to the airport. They made sure our belongings were safe and helped us get out of Hanoi right on time. Hai also gave us a very thoughtful parting gift and welcomed us back anytime.
If you’re looking for a hotel for a great rate, great care, and in a great location you will not be disappointed with S Central! We will be back again for sure!
Great location in the center of old town. The staff was very helpful with recommendations on things to do, places to eat, sites to see, transportation, and everything else I needed. The free breakfast was perfect to start the day.

The staff is very attentive to whatever you need and their efficiency and kindness made a three star hotel seem like a five star and the location was perfect for us to walk almost everywhere we went.

친절히 맞아주시는 스탭분들이 계셔서 최악은 면했습니다. 3층에 숙박했는데 나를 반기는 모기떼 때문에 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 모기를 11마리 잡았습니다. 모기 퇴치제를 꼭 구비하셔야 될듯합니다.

Geat location, near St. Joseph Cathedral, wonderful place to explore Old Quarter. In a small alley so it's quieter. The staff was always very helpful and accomodating.

Nous avons ete voles du montant du taxi pour l aeroport , que nous avons payé ( le double du montant ordinaire ) et le taxi n est jamais venu , nous n avons pas ete rembourses et obliges de se debrouiller seul dans les petites ruelles tres tot le matin pour trouver un taxi et evidemment le payer une nouvelle fois

Receptionists at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, very prompt to answer our questions and requests. The location was great, just close enough to Hoan Kiem lake, but not as noisy as the surrounding hotels. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, albeit small for taller people.

I arrived hotel very late and I was surprised to see the hotel’s location and neighborhood. But I realized that that’s very common in Hanoi. I was treated with kindness and smiles. The staff were very professional and helpful. Especially, Dong and Rachel were always there with helping hands. Breakfast was delicious. My room was newly renovated and clean.

Hotel is in a good location. Everything's is ok but the house keeping certainly needs improvement.
On day 1. Was toothbrush was thrown away by the house keeper. On day 2 I used the ones provided by the hotel and its was thrown away as well. I dont really care if they throw the free ones away. But if they are not clear of who's it is. They should have kept it there.

We had a nice stay at the S central hotel. The best thing about the hotel is the service, we were treated by Dong that was super helpful and so nice. Where we were a bit disappointed is the size of the double room. It is really tiny, less space than what it seems on the picture, whereas the 4people room were really big, according to the picture. Otherwise we were genuinely happy with the hotel.

7명의 친구들이 2개의 방에 2박을 했다. 처음부터 끝까지 직원들이 매우 친절했다. 룸도 넓고 사용하기에 어려움이 없었다. 위치 또한 성요셉성당 주변 중심 관광과 맛집이 포진되어 매우 좋았다. 아침식사도 매우 훌륭했으며 사파출발하는 날은 샌드위치 도시락과 과일까지 포장해주었다.

The hotel was conveniently located in the old French quarter of Hanoi, right next to the Cathedral and walking distance to the lake. Plenty of shops and good restaurants/cafes nearby as well. The staff is also very friendly and hospitable. They assisted us with everything we requested from show tickets to day trips. Great place to stay and highly recommended for families.

Nice hotel in the heart of the old town. Staff are lovely and really attentive. Room itself was nice. The bed has the plastic undersheet in which seems to be the norm in Asia but this did make sleep uncomfortable however you will probably get this in most hotels.
About 20seconds to walk to the cathedral and then andother minute or so to the lake.
Great location, great staff. Good hotel.

Loved it here, staff really cares, they do a great job and if you’re in Hanoi, around St Joseph’s Cathedral is the best place to be IMO.
