I stayed here one night with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday — we all had separate rooms near each other, and the hotel accommodated our celebration needs brilliantly. I would totally come stay here again on my own sometime.

Loi was prompt and very helpful. He helped us arrange a car and gave useful tips on attractions and things to do. The location of this hotel is perfect! A 10 minute walk to the old town- right by the river.
We were met by very friendly and professional people. It is a period with few tourists, and because of that they even deduct the price further for us on check out, because they did not have any breakfast serving. That I really appreciate.
In difficult times they still seem to keep
the spirit up, and made our stay pleasant. I highly recommend to future guests :)))

As a former tour director, I was impressed upon this hotel/villa after check-in. The pool was super clean. The view of the lake and the air is refreshing. The location is perfect; 3-5 minutes walking distance to old town and night market. Near enough to walk around Hoi An and yet far away from noisy center. I arrived during the covid-19 low season and the rate was inexpensive. I would pay 3x higher base on this villa condition and location.
What a fabulous hotel😁we've stayed in Hoi An for the last 5years in different hotels and this is definitely the best one😁 Everything was perfect and its in a great location over looking the river😁7 minutes walk into town

Nice accommodation on the river , close to old town but quiet . Staff were very accommodating allowing late checkout and room upgrades (it was very empty due to covid) . The breakfast was great . Condition could be improved as first room aircon was leaking , we were upgraded thereafter . Rooms were huge and bed was comfortable .

Excellent place. We have been coming to Hoi An for many years. This was not our first stay at Riverside White House Villa and will not be our last! We stayed 2 nights and we would have happily stayed longer. Lounging by the hotel riverside after breakfast before wandering the ancient town was marvelous ... And then lounging by the riverside with the pool in the afternoon again ... wonderful !

Great location just 10 minutes walk along the river to the old Town, yet quiet enough to be away from the hustle and bustle.
The staff were beyond fantastic and I cannot thank them enough for how welcome they made us feel. Nothing was too much trouble. They even helped us book airport transfers.
Delicious, fresh breakfast. Fresh fruit and pastries, with hot breakfast to order.
The room was on the 4th floor with a river view, just be aware this hotel doesn't have an elevator, however that seems to add to the charm of most places in Hoi An. The room was modern, clean and spacious.
Due to the current health situation, I messaged the hotel via Facebook to double check they were still accepting bookings, they replied almost instantly with a welcoming reply.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, and we look forward to booking with you again in the near future.

Great location on the river and within a five minute walk to the central market in the middle of town. Enormous room with hearty made to order breakfast. Very helpful staff who arranged transfers to Da Nang train station. Free bikes but watch out for the pesky fellow travellers who bagsy their bike by putting a towel in the shopping basket first thing!
Overall, one of the best hotels on our trip with Hoi An being the highlight of the trip to Vietnam.
Do not have anything bad to sagt about this hotel, very fresh and cute likewise good located. Service was amazing as well. Theo helped us a lot. exacly like the pictures.

This was a great place. Breakfast and cleanliness was good. The location is close enough to walk to main tourist areas. Also, the man at the front desk spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The bed was a bit rigid, but that was the only slightly negative thing. I recommend this place.

The staff were so helpful and friendly!!! They booked a coconut boat tour for me and showed me all the tourist spots in the area. I didn’t know that they had rental bicycles for free but it was an amazing experience riding the bike along the river. Would love to visit again!

We've been here mid Februarz 2020. It was a very good hotel, with a big room (btw, the images were quite realistic with regards to our room), river view, quite bright and the furniture as well as the equipment was state-of-the-art. The historic city center was ~5-10 minutes by feet, so it was a very good location. Additionally, the breakfast was good. Only 'issue', from time, the wifi was (very) slow, probabably thanks to the utilization, but that's just a very minor sidenote. So, all-in-all, a very good hotel, we can totally recommend it.
The room were dark,the balcony was dirty and dusty that it put us off to use it.

Hotel was good. Walking distance to old town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to the photographer museum which I highly recommend seeing. Right on river which is nice. We got them to pick us up at the train station and drop us off at the airport which was convenient.

Great location, beautifully presented. the only problem was that the room that I was in was on the 4th floor, no river view, & not as adv ertised. The room was still beautiful & I am a fit person BUT, these things need to be specified.
