1. 체크인 시 호텔패스와 호텔 간 교신 문제로 지급완료된 조식을 추가로 현장에서 지급하고 환급받게 하였으나 이를 손님이랑 해결하겠다고 체크인을 지연시키는등의 행위
2. 잡화점에서 산 음식을 사전에 개봉되어 있었으나 이를 클레임하자 왜 미리 확인하지 않았는지 따짐
3. 잘못된 음식을 팔고 이를 클레임하고 건들지도 않은 음식을 반품하였으나 이에 대한 추가적인 조치 없이 음식값만 지불하고 끝냄
4. 시설, 분위기 등은 좋음

4.0 "약간 아쉬운 후기.."
8월1일부터 3박 4일 머물렀습니다. 태풍으로 해변에서 할수 있는 레저가 금지되어 아쉬웠습니다.
전체적인 시설은 깨끗했고, 조경이 잘되어 있어 좋았습니다.
체크인시 직원 응대는 실망이었습니다.
약간 불친절하였고, 묻는 질문에 응대가 불편하게 했습니다.
조식은 보통 수준..
향후 재방문의사 있습니다.

Breakfast was so poor for a 5-star resort. On the last day, we called a shuttle to go to lobby for checking out (we need to leave at 10) at 9:25. They committed to pick us in 15 minutes but actually no one came until 10. Many cars passed by our villa but no one stopped. At the lobby, we complained about this service and their answer was they had to pick the other guests for their breakfast (?!?!). Even we were very rush, the driver still stopped on the way to serve other guests (when the other staff ignored us). I really don’t know what they were thinking.
Fantastiska rymliga villor med egen pool. Lite livligt och hög ljudnivå vid frukost. Ligger lite avsides men vi har inga problem med det. Lite konstigt upplägg med att man måste lämna en relativt hög deposition (6000 kr) på ett kreditkort för att kunna sätta upp något på rummet. Aldrig varit med om detta tidigare.

Beautiful resort. We were supposed to share our beachfront villa with another couple; but unfortunately they had to cancel due to flight cancellation from coronavirus. We felt that the Property management could have been more understanding by applying their credit towards food and beverages but only $25, but that wasn’t enough. We also had a personal assistant during our stay

The location is great, nice view and beach!!!
Staffs are nice, but they still need improvement. Everything is so slow here and often communication in English is mistaken and frustrating.

Excellent customer service, beautiful beachfront villa. Staff very helpful, family friendly.
Likes: Beautiful landscape, very comfortable and relaxing atmospheres throughout. Nice villa.
Dislikes: too slow check in (4pm villa still not available), insufficient buggies services and staff not well trained.
Superbe vue et belle piscine. Villas spacieuses et modernes. Nous avons séjounés 3 nuits avec deux enfants et avons bien profité de la piscine privée. Manon a fait en sorte que les enfants se sentent spécials et on a apprécié l’endroit en général. On a pris des taxis pour faire des activités à l’extérieur et c’était bien.

창문이 약해서 바람이많이 불어 밤새 삐거덕 소리에 힘들었어요 나머지 전체 사용하기는 너무좋았어요 저녁 디너 뷔페는 랍스타가 반마리씩 줍니다. 너무 넓어서 카트타고 다녀야해요 금방옵니다.

Love the villa on the beach very private. The water sup they are all broken need desperately new ones.
The coffee shop and market should be open longer hour.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and the food was quite good. Being one of the few or only Americans at the resort, we felt completely comfortable asking questions and understanding everything. While we did enjoy the beach only a few steps away from our villa, we spent most of the time enjoying our private pool. The villas and pools are in excellent condition and felt very luxurious. We went to the spa for a message and also had an excellent experience there. I highly recommend this property. The only downfall is that it is far away from the main town so you will need to take a taxi to experience real Vietnamese life.
everything was perfect here… the foods, staffs, environment… have a pleasant stay with my family…

2룸 예약했고 방 1개는 닫혀있었어요.
계단 이용이 힘들어 1,2층 사용했는데 1층방에 곰팡이냄새나요. 나중에 3층으로 바꿔달라고 했는데 여긴 넘 뭐든 넘 느리고 의사소통이 잘안되서 힘들었어요.

가족 단위로 묵기에는 아주 좋은 장소입니다. 단지 단지가 넒어서 매번 번지카를 타고 가기에 불편함이 있네요. 3박4일동안 식당 2곳을 이용했는데..메뉴가 공통된게 많아서 밖으로 나가서 먹고 싶을때가 있는데 메뉴를 비슷하게 말고 완전히 다른 컨셉으로 바꿔주면 좋겠습니다. 맛이 없다가 아니라, 메뉴가 비슷비슷해서.

2.0 "Dangerous road to disappointment"
Where should I start? I guess I should let the people know about the dangerous, 1 lane road leading into the resort. See photos below. This 5 stars resort charges guests over $600 US ( around $14mil in VN dong) a night, but not willing to spend the money to make the necessary & needed improvement of the single lane road leading into the resort. We were scare to dead when big trucks approached uphill as our hired driver were driving us downhill to go into town. The only way for the other truck to pass was for our driver to back his van up against the barrier. One mishap and our van could go down on the embankment. I prayed the entire time for the driver & his assistant to maneuver safety. I saw ppl on the ground using their bare hand & made repairs with red rock. That road needs to be closed & proper repairs need to be done to secure the foundation underneath before someone or an entire family could get hurt. The front desk staff including the manager Vic (I think), was not the most helpful staff that I had seen during my trip. There were 4 staffs seating at their desks doing not much, but only 1 staff could help with check out. The mgr wouldn't allow us to exchange more than $200US a day so we could go into town & spend some money to help the local economy. Where are the tourists supposed to go? If it is your policy, you should post on your website so ppl who choose to stay at your resort know ahead of time to exchange the currency elsewhere or stay elsewhere.
