Very helpful staff and beautiful pool. If you stay you should stay in the newer section away from the street noise.

We got offered an upgrade to a garden room, which was lovely. The restaurant and grounds are pleasant. It is about a 15 minute walk to the old town or 50,000vnd for a taxi. They also gave us a free 15 minute foot massage .
Location was perfect, staff extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Phu Thinh Boutique Resort & Spa. The service was sensational, very accomodating, good English and very considerate. Our room was very spacious and tidy. Restaurant and Bar are great, plenty on the menu and happy hour cocktails are lovely.
The buffet breakfast in the morning has plenty to choose from. It’s a nice and quiet location still near the hot spots of Hoi An.
Special mention to Music, who was very helpful in organising a day trip up to Sun World in Ba Na Hills.
We took a morning cooking class with Lime, she was friendly and informative in teaching us some traditional Vietnamese dishes. Overall a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend.

Mye støy fra bryllup som ofte blir arrangert på området. Målt opp mot 87 desibel ved basseng under disse arrangementene. Etter romrengjøring og bytte av håndklær var sengelaken skittent og med tydelige flekker, dette gjaldt også håndkærne. Servant, blandebatteri osv ble ikke vasket, men mest horribelt av alt... Brukte håndkær i "skittenkurven" ved bassenget tok ansatte disse bare opp etter en stund og brettet de og la de klare til bruk igjen. Rett og slett kvalmt og ubehagelig. Vi observerte dette ved flere anledninger så vi kjøpte våre egene håndklær. Vi klarer ikke forstå hvordan dette hotellet tidligere har fått gode anmeldelser mtp våre observasjoner. Tips: Styr unna og finn et annet hotell.
Huippuhotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huone ja sen varustelut ihanat ja hyväkuntoiset, ystävällinen palvelu ja todella hyvä jalkahieronta. Aamiaisella pitäisi olla enemmän kasvisvaihtoehtoja. Ehdottomasti tähän hotelliin uudelleen :)

주변이 시끄럽다는 이야기가 있어서 숙박을 고민했었지만, 가격이 너무 괜찮아서 여행중 2박을 했는데, 너무 좋았어요. 날씨까지 좋아서 숙소에서 머무는 2일동안 가족들은 수영을 하고 오후시간을 나름 여유있게 보냈답니다.룸컨디션도 좋았고,요구하는 대부분의 서비스에 대해서도 잘 응대해주셔서 있는동안 편안히 지낼수가 있었어요.

Fantastic grounds. Immaculately well kept pool. Lovely staff.
I’m going to hate having to say his but it’s true - the rooms are tired, grouting over the bath had layer after patched up layer, all cracked and black. Toiletries were in small ceramic pump containers and after getting in bath on arrival nothing came out - it was empty And the next day there was 2 teaspoons worth of refill for 2 people. Metal bars on lamp shades really rusty, rusty stains on shades and smelly fousty wardrobes. Bed was comfy though. In fairness we didn’t pay a fortune to stay there and breakfast was good. Pity rooms are so dated and basic.
Everything was good about this property!Clean,comfortable, room spacious, buffet breakfast excellent, friendly helpful staff,shuttle if needed, the list goes on, and the gift of foot massages was a nice touch!Recommend this place to all who visit Hoi An!👍

The hotel is in an easy 15 min walking distance to Hoi An centre, which we enjoyed. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, set in a nice garden setting. Idesl for couples or with children.The breakfast was good, only toaster did not work properly. There was plenty of continental and vietnamese food offered. The only down side was renovation work in the afternoon, but stopped when we called reception. This was annoying, as they did totally ignore it.

새벽에 도착해 자고 있던 직원들을 깨웠는데 친절하게 안내해주네요. 가족들과 함께한 여행이라 연결 가능한 룸으로 결정했는데 정말 마음에 들었어요. 2층 테라스에서 내려다 보는 전경이 참 편안함을 주네요. 나무사이로 풀장이.. 식당과 카페 그리고 맛사지 샵이 한눈에 보입니다. 정말 힐링하기 좋은 곳입니다. 호이안을 또 간다면 구경다니지 않고 그 안에서 할 수 있는 것들을 해야겠어요. 일정때문에 풀장도 못들어 갔는데.. 아들만 아침마다 수영할 수 있어 좋았다고 합니다. 자전거도 무상 대여 해주는데 엄마를 모시고 간터라 20분정도 걸어서 구시가지에 갔답니다.

시설 많이 낙후되었습니다. 하지만 정말 조식 최악입니다. 볶음밥 죽 베이컨 토마토 소시지 끝!!! 메인요리 긑. 나머지는 파리 날리는 과일!! 그리고 후라이하고 쌀국수 해주는 직원 1명. 이게 다입니다. 조식 조금 드실분은 가세요.. 또한 인포 영어 안됩니다. 청소도 엉망이고 스파직원과 인포 내용은 다르고.. 여행중 호이안 숙소가 젤 아쉬웠다는..

As it's not that close to old Town or the beach, I feel the shuttle should be much more frequent, plus they emphasize that you need to book at least half an hour ahead, we ended up taking taxis all the time.
I took the 2 hour spa package, the body massage was great, But scrub was done after massage n left on for half hour whilst facial was done, most most uncomfortable experience!

Excellent resort only a ten minute walk to historic town and fifteen minute bicycle ride to cua dai beach or you can use the free shuttle the resort offers at various times during the day.Rooms are spacious and clean,breakfast has a variety of western and Vietnamese food try the soup as a starter delicious.Resort also has the Jasmine spa which you must visit managed by Ai Hoang speak to her and she can offer discount for massage or anything else you need.special thanks to Evellen,Hai,Music at reception they are very helpful and make sure you are comfortable as are all the staff at Phu Thinh resort from the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff.Stayed here in October for ten days and returned in early November and was upgraded to executive suite for a further seven nights rate this resort 10/10 and recomend highly.

Nice hotel ten minute walk to town and fifteen minute bicycle ride to beach friendly staff good breakfast mix nice clean rooms and ask for upgrade in low season I was upgraded from deluxe to a suite for no charge.

Es un buen hotel, con buenas instalaciones, desayuno, personal, ubicación, con bicicletas para recorrer el centro de Hoi an, aparcamiento de motos...
La único malo a destacar es que en algunas habitaciones se oye el ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado y se hacia molesto al dormir, pero nos cambiaron a otra sin problemas.

4.0 "Pleasant Hotel!"
The hotel is conveniently located mid-way between the Ancient town district and the beach. It is a very pretty hotel but the rooms are a bit dated especially the bathrooms. For anyone booking a cooking class through the hotel, please check minimum number of people required (not stated on brochure) as the hotel staff told us on the morning of the class that they didn't have a minimum of 2 people and wanted to charge us 1.5 times the cost. We chose another class to attend. We only stayed one night but overall the staff are attentive and friendly.
Staff were friendly and helpful... we had a bus to catch at 5.30 pm and they were happy to let us stay and use the pool and other facilities after we had checked out... the breakfast was great with options to suit any taste.. the free shuttle service to the beach and city were well worth using although the city was also walking distance
전반적으로 편안한 휴식이였음. 1박만 해서 못보고 넘어간점도 있겠지만 수압이 약하고 아침에 온수가 나오지 않았다는점 빼고 만족스러웠음. 조식은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 호이안 올드시티와 거리는 더운날 도보로 이용하기에는 힘들 수 있습니다.

Wij verbleven in het nieuwe gedeelte. Heel mooie moderne ruime kamers en badkamers.
Overlast van dronken buren werd opgelost na enkele telefoontjes naar de receptie. Daarna kwam manager elke morgen informeren hoe het ging en kregen ook massage in de Spa aangeboden. Goede service dus. Wij waren er in een weekend en kennelijk worden er veel feesten gegeven. Zwembad was een halve dag niet toegankelijk vanwege feest. Ook heel harde karaoke muziek maar gelukkig maar tot 23 uur. Locatie vrij ver van oude centrum. Erheen lopen kan maar lastig omdat stoep regelmatig is geblokkeerd. Shuttle hotel is maar 4x per dag en ‘s avonds niet. Je kunt beter een taxi nemen (kost rond een euro naar het centrum).
화장실 휴지통이 비워지지 않고 샤워커튼이 더러웠으며 예약했던 방과는 다른 방을 주고는 같은 방이라고 우기는 바람에 조금 얼굴을 붉혔네요 그리고 주말에는 결혼식으로 시끄럽고 수영장도 작은데 베트남 사람들이 많아서 놀수가 없어요

4인 이용으로 예약했는데 처음 예약한 방이 좁을거라며 업그레이드를 권해서 업그레이드를 했음에도 불구하고 침대도 3개 칫솔도 가운도 3개... 1층이라 수영장 사용이 용이했고 수영장도 깔끔했으나 방이 전체적으로 습해서 처음 입실했을때 습한 꿉꿉한 냄새가 확 풍겼음. 조식은 개선이 필요해보였음. 셔틀버스 횟수가 좀 늘었으면 하고 비치로 가는 셔틀이 추가되었으면 함. 올드타운도 그리 멀지 않았지만 걸어다닐 수는 없었음.
