Hotellet er ganske pænt og relativt nyt. værelserne er pæne og rene med daglig rengørring. Vi var der i perioden omkring det kinesiske nytår, hvor stort set alt i byen var lukket. der er kun basis service på hotellet og personalet taler kun vietnamesisk.

遇上正在開發，空氣很差，但櫃檯服務員很熱心，名字叫Ngugen Thi Van 非常熱心幫忙，因在那訂了車子要去河內，结果用小車，無法搭去，幸有櫃台服務員大名叫Ngugen Thi Van熱心幫忙叫車，可讓我們順利去诃內，真的很謝謝他，很感恩值得加獎

Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’endroit...et c’est le seul point négatif.
J’ai mangé une fois sur place et ce n’était pas terrible non plus...
Pour le reste c’était assez parfait !!!

Great Hotel and perfect view over the bay. Very friendly staff and they helped always.
But there were a view things they could improve. The breakfast sortiment wasn't made for european tourists and there was no coffee, that should be standard. Also, we stayed on the 6th floor and there wasn't enough hot water pressure for having a shower, but after telling them at the reception they fixed this issue at the same day. So great service!
This is a brand new hotel and i think the staff just needs a bit more practice.
Good hotel and nice big rooms! Worth of the money.

Property is brand new and clean but it's not currently offering the amenities advertised. Although staff was curteous, they appeared to have no hotel or tourism training at all. Hotel advertised welcome drink. When we asked about it they look puzzled. I showed them the writing on the counter and they scrambled around to figure out what it was. They then brought us 2 short glasses of room-temperature water in a non-sir conditioned lobby. Not what we were expecting! Not even tea in a country that serves it everywhere. The choice of breakfast was also not available. We wanted a Vietnamese breakfast and got 2 sunny side eggs with white toast. With some training and English translations it should be fine.
