Found the resort a bit of a drive from Saigon but well worth the it.
The resort itself was very well maintained. Staff was for the most part friendly. In my opinion their food was a bit expensive but worth it to eat at the property.
We had a great room overlooking the ocean.

This is a great resort at a reasonable price. The service is excellent. The landscaping is gorgeous, the staff is always meticulously maintaining the charm of the gardens. For such a windy area, I hardly saw any leaves littering the grounds. The hotel upgraded us when room rates suddenly dropped due to lack of travel demand at this time. We had a non-refundable rate so it was a very nice gesture for them to do so. I saw some negative reviews about the food prices of the resort restaurants but honestly it’s very reasonable for a resort of this caliber and the food is generally good. The free breakfast buffet is excellent and we will surely miss this every morning. I’ve been to beach resorts like this all over the Caribbean, Central America, etc. and there the food is much more expensive than Pandanus. If there is any improvement to recommend to the hotel - it would be to revise the drop off location of the shuttle service to have more stops along Ham Tien strip, we found ourselves walking very far to reach more local restaurants, then running back to catch the only shuttle bus going back. Another general comment is specifically about the seafood preparation in this town, there’s a ton of fresh seafood being caught every morning, but the restaurants here do not maximize it by grilling it with flavor. Went to several restaurants, including the resort’s: there’s just not enough salt, not enough flame, grill seafood should have char marks. Please learn from Portugal.
Staff was incredibly nice. Great pools. Amazing room with super view . Beach was perfect.

A beautiful resort with great facilities. The location is quite far from the main Mui Ne strip, but the stunning beach makes up for this. Make sure you visit the white sand dunes and also the free walking trip arranged by the property while there. It is worth getting up early for. We would definitely stay again.

Room is 3.5 stars only. Landscape n pool are good 4 stars . No hot water for 2 days. A/c not cold upon checked in. Repair done immediately. Ceramic shampoo jar inside shower, should be plastic due to safety. Wife accidentally push n broken jar to floor. Report to hotel w explanation. Still have to Paid 87000 dong vn. Jar worth no more 15000 vn dong. Consider no a/c n hot water should not charge the 87000 vn dong to please customer. Will not recommend others to come here due to the bed n in room not a 4 stars quality.
Vast resort within walking distance of the red sand dunes. Beautiful garden, pool and seaside. Spacious rooms and pretty good food at the restaurant. A good option.

Ein toller Ort zum entschleunigen.
Hier und da gab es leider ein paar Dinge die uns nicht zugesagt haben, wie z.B. keine richtige Abdunklung des Schlafbereiches möglich, die Preise an den internen Bars/ Restaurante sind unserer Meinung nach zu hoch für Vietnam, dauerhaftes Quitschen der Gerätschaften beim Frühstück an den Säften, die Entfernungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten z.B. rote und weisse Sanddünen passen nicht, es wäre auch wünschenswert gewesen Hinweise zu den möglichen Polizeikontrollen der Touris auf geliehenen Rollern im Voraus zu erhalten.
I had no idea how incredible this place would be when I booked it for our honeymoon. It was magical. If you can upgrade to the beachfront bungalows definitely do it. They open right up to the beach and are so beautiful. The pool, food, amenities are great, and the staff are incredibly friendly. You definitely have to take a car (or their free shuttle) to town , so it isn't exactly walkable, but that wasn't what we were looking for. It is definitlely a getaway oasis. Highly recommend.

petit dejeuner super bon et tres varie amabilite du personnel plage très propre et meme un service de shuttle gratuit que demander de plus
et surtout pas d'insecte dans les chambres etant allergiques aux moustiques c'etait une des raisons dexmon choix
c'est la 3 eme fois que ns y allons et il y aura une 4eme fois

음식이 진짜 맛있고, 과일도 신선하고 수영장도 늦게까지 운영해서 재밌게 놀았어요 또 가운데 바에서 저녁마다 라이브공연도하고 포켓볼도 칠수있어서 좋았어요

전반적으로는 규모도 괜찮고 편리했음. 아침조식이나 시설내 음식은 개익적으로는 비추임. 투숙객들은 메뉴가격의 25% 할인해줌 . 리조트내에서 있으니 먹지 굳이 찾아가서 먹을정도는 아닌듯. 제가 있을때만 그런지는 모르지만 투숙객들 대부분이 중국인들이고 그들도 호텔내 시설보다는 호텔 길건너 맞은편에 중국식당으로 가는걸 보았음. 조식먹을때는 중국인들이 85%정도되더라구요. 우스게 소리로 중국 판다그룹 직원들이 휴가를 단체로 온줄알았음.^^. 리조트 내에 신축공사를하고 있어서 해변가가 보이는 일부 방갈로 스타일 숙소를 뻬고 뷰가 막일수도 있음. 사용 후기를 보니 직원드리 불친절하다는 의견들이있던데 제가 보기에는 프런트 직원들이 잘 웃지않고 사무직으로 일을 해서 그런거아닌가나는 의견임. 베트남 타지역 리조트나 호텔에 보면 너무 과하게 친절한거같은 데 여기는 직원들이 서비스보다는 사무적으로 일을 처리하는 듯. 음식빼고 전체적으로 만족함. 제가 이 리조트를 고른 이유는 딱하나 레드샌드 듄이 옆이어서 걸서 5분정도면 이용가능.

한적하고 조용한 숙소입니다.
호텔 바로 앞 가게에서 오토바이를 대여해 구석구석 돌아다니다 저녁에 수영장에서 한잔하며 쉬기 좋은 곳입니다.
호텔앞 밥집도 가격 및 맛이 좋습니다.
무이네 4박 나트랑 3박 일정으로 있엇는데
무이네가 더 즐거웠습니다.
꼭 다시 가고싶네요.^^
Pool area was beautiful as well as gardens. Breakfast was great lots of choices. We got a voucher for dinner for two nights due to pool being out of action but we're still able to use pool next door at sister resort. Staff were excellent Hong in main restaurant always gave us great service and Amy and Vinh from front desk. Great to relax for a few days.

호텔이 보케거리와 상당히 멀리떨어져 있어 시내로 나갈때 택시를 이용해야 함 약 13만동 정도 나옴
