Stayed here for five nights at the tail end of a SE Asia trip. Hotel location is convenient for walking to the lake, around the Old/French Quarters and other historical sites (Temple of Literature, etc). Staff is very friendly and helpful and always looking to make sure that you’re enjoying your stay. Hotel has a boutique feel, nice rooms, very clean and a tasty breakfast. Enjoyed everything about the stay and if returning to Hanoi would look to stay here again.
Service was great. We are the gold members of hotels.com, so when we check in , we got upgrade. Its nice that they provide fruit in the room. Staff are friendly and breakfast was great . The hotel also offer to transfer our luggage to other hotels. That has to give u a thumb up.

창문이 없는 방에 투숙했는데 조명이 어두워서 답답했습니다.
호텔 전체의 조명이 어두운 것 같습니다.
엘리베이터 내부는 거의 정전 상태에 가까운..
조명도 어두운데 TV까지 고장난 상태라 안 나와서 룸에 머무르기 답답해 계속 밖에 돌아다녔습니다.
조명이 어두우니 깨끗한지 더러운지 제대로 알 수도 없었습니다.
직원들 응대는 친절합니다.
밝은 조명이 필요한듯 합니다.

Service was excellent. Special mention to Chris the attentive manager there that makes our stay there a very pleasant one. Breakfast selective is good too with buffet and a la carte menu. Thanks to all at O'galley premier hotel.
Staff were all friendly and spoke perfect English. Room is spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is perfect as its located right in the middle of the Old Quarters. Breakfast spread was not as big but it was good. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm in Hanoi!

The location of the hotel as well as the structure is mesmerising and I was treated like someone special with right attitude and sincere affection in terms of service and I will definitely go and there for all my stay in my trips to Hanoi

We booked this hotel strictly based on reviews. I can’t say enough about the customer service. They are very attentive and care about each customer to ensure all customers are enjoying their stay at their hotel and stayed in Hanoi. We traveled with our son, and something he ate on the street, he got really sick and unable to eat day and half. I spoke to hotel manager to see if they can arrange congee (rice porridge), they were more than happy to provide and making sure he had enough to drink while we were out. I can’t thank enough for whole staffs. Starting from bell boy, front desk, and dining staffs. Thank you all. By the way if you decide to stay at this hotel make sure to visit spa. Vietnamese massage was one of the best!!!

들었던 호평에 비해 만족스럽진 않았음. 전반적으로 친절하지만 몇몇 직원은 거만했음. 노크도 없이 마스터키로 문을 염. 즉시 사과했지만 기본을 지키지 않는 모습에 실망했음. 층간소음 및 벽간소음이 심함. 그래도 조식은 먹을만하고 가격대비 묵을만한 숙소임.

I stayed here one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel is located in the old quarter, making it perfect to for exploring the city and the staff was really attentive and friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant and that was also excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I have been traveling for business for over 30 years. This hotel and more specifically it's staff exceeded my expectations. They were over the top attentive to our needs, very quick in making arrangements for anything we needed, and even surprised us with a touching birthday with for my daughter who was with me. They knew everything about us and I have no idea how they anticipated and catered to our needs.. The breakfast was very good.. nice touches and the most friendly staff works there and throughout the hotel... Definitely my hotel of choice when in Hanoi.
We had a wonderful stay at the O'Gallery Premier in Hanoi. This hotel had exceptionally good service from start to finish - they will schedule an airport pickup (recommended) and helped us schedule a day tour to the Nihn Bihn Provence prior to our arrival with an excellent company. They were very responsive to my questions.
The hotel room was small but very comfortable (we had only a basic room on the interior of the hotel - so no outside windows) but it was still very nice, and even with the streets of Hanoi you couldn't hear a sound, so maybe that's the best if you are a light sleeper. We chose the smaller room knowing we would be out and about the entire stay.
We mentioned we were visiting for our wedding anniversary and they went over and above, leaving us a nice dessert in our room after a day of siteseeing. From the O'Gallery, we were able to walk to a number of places- Hoan Kiem Lake and Hoa Lo - walking was a lot of the fun and charm of Hanoi. The daily breakfast was well appointed, we loved the coffee and the breakfast pho.
Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and would not hesitate to stay again at the hotel.
Location was fantastic for city center and breakfast was really good.

it is a great hotel, nice rooms, great location (old qrtr of Hanoi), excelent SPA
What really makes it steand out was the service which is unbelievable .
Once you get in thyou will have a welcome drink with detaild review about the city to attraction, including guidness of 'how to cros the raod' (dont miss it! as this task is VERY complexed at Hanoi)
Any answer is given with grace and happily ... great great service!
