Personal var toppen. Det gäller all personal. De var mkt mån om oss. Bra läge, bra rym även om vi hade ett mindre rum. Det jag har att anmärka på var att det är lyhört.
Hotel is small boutique, however, the staff are friendly and super nice! Appreicated their arrangement when I left the cell phone in room after checking out. The welcome drink and snacks are tasty, location is perfect to the old town, breakfast also nice.... we were happy to stay 4 days in this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in Hanoi and definitely the best boutique hotel. Terrific food and spa, impeccable, friendly and efficient service. Fabulous part of the old city - everything is nearby. Very good sized rooms and excellent bathroom. When my family and I return to Hanoi, we are definitely staying here.

Amazing- wonderful holiday. We changes hotels due to water issues at another hotel and booked few minutes before we arrived. Staff were wonderful and even upgraded our room for us. We were so happy that we were staying here instead of the other hotel. Breakfast is wonderful buffet or a la cart - both options are great. Don’t hesitate to book here.

What a beautiful boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. Magnificent architecture, brilliant service, wonderful hospitality, stunning rooms and delicious breakfast. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hanoi.
Staff was so nice. Amazing location, awesome room would stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

This hotel was excellent. The room was huge, the bed was cosy (and also huge) and the shower was great by Vietnam standards! The breakfast buffet was really nice, and the cooked to order food was delicious. What I liked most about this hotel was the staff, who were all so friendly and ready to help, especially Stella and the girls at reception who made me feel very welcomed, and the staff at breakfast who were always smiling and seemed to have a good time at work! The hotel was easy enough to find and I would recommend.
The hotel were very accommodating as I only booked them in the morning of my arrival. I checked in at 9:30am, they provided me with a temporary room to shower and relax whilst getting my room ready. The reception staff, in particular Daisy were all very helpful and informative and gave me suggestions throughout my 3 night stay. All the staff have a very good level of English. On my last day I had booked a day trip to Ninh Binh, I returned at 7pm, they gave me a room to shower and relax before leaving for the airport. I was also given some Vietnamese coffee as a parting gift! Exemplary customer service!! The hotel location is excellent, a 10 minute walk from the markets and the lake. 15-20 minutes from the mausoleum. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, albeit a little dark because of the dark wood. The breakfast is satisfactory and the restaurant have a nice menu. A final mention to their taxi driver who drove me to the airport, very safe and personable driver. Overall an excellent stay at this very lovely hotel. Highly recommend it!!

가족여행에 추천합니다 구시내에 있어관광지가 모두 가깝습니다 다만 주변거리가 복잡하고 4박중 하루는 거리소음이 심했습니다 영어소통가능하고 모두 친절합니다 킹사이즈침대에 성인셋도 충분하여 간이침대는 안썼습니다. 아침식사도 좋은편. 동대문소재 깨끗한 큰 모텔정도.:건물은 새것인듯한데 날림공사로 샤워실 물이 바깥으로 새고 창에서도 빗물이 좀 떨어집니다 건기인데 폭우쏟아진 특수한 날.
여러나라를 여행해보았는데 베트남평균수준으론 높은편입니다

택시강도 조심하세요 큰돈은 별도 보관하셔요 큰 돈 든 지갑에서 택시비 꺼내려하면 지갑통째로 채가서 그안에 고액권만 빼서 숨기고... 난리가 아님

What steals the show at the O’Gallery is that high quality of the service. The staff goes above and beyond to personalize your experience and make sure your time there is memorable. I mentioned one morning to a staff member that I really like coffee...next thing you know I was gifted with a Vietnamese coffee maker at check out. Wow! That’s attention to details! (That being said, rooms are very nice and comfortable too!)

직원모두 친절하고 객실도 나갔다 들어오면 깨끗하게 재정비 되어있고 위치도 좋습니다. 특히 조식 식사 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 이건 개인취향이지만 다만 좀 조명이 어둡고 창문이 없어서 답답한 점이 있었습니다.

The customer service is TOP notch I think the staff did an amazing job in making all customers feel at home and they went above and beyond to exceed expectations — sometimes even better than what you would get from a 5 star hotel chain. Breakfast was also really good the only thing I would say is we went to Hanoi during a rather cold period and the rooms weren’t heated or rather the heating wasn’t exactly working in the room and it did make staying in the room a little bit hard, but that aside the property was comfortable and the room was comfortable. Location was also really good with lots of food and attractions close by.
Staff were truly wonderful. They went out of their way to assist you and meet your needs...

Central location and a nice breakfast buffet (banana mango smoothie was excellent!). The room was comfortable but nothing outstanding. The staff were friendly, but both check-in and check-out were lengthy affairs because they were trying so hard to be impressive when all we wanted to do was leave our bags in the room and head out. e both had massages in the spa downstairs—they were fine, nothing great, but it was “spa happy hour” and so they were just $29US each which was great.
What a hidden gem in the old quarters area. Lovely hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was great and staff were super helpful. Love it.

Excellent hotel! This was my second stay here. Staff goes out of their way to help. For example, I had my luggage at another hotel and the staff from this hotel suggested that they will go pick it up for me. I went out for about an hour and by the time I was back, the reception desk informed me that my luggage was now in my room. This is just one example. Overall great hotel that really does a fantastic job to make sure their guests are happy. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Great location, about 10mins walk from the lake and centre. The staff were extremely welcoming and allowed us to check in early after our long flight for a small fee. The room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. I would absolutely stay here again 100%.
The staff also kindly let us store our bags in the hotel a few days after we had checked out whilst passing through Hanoi for the day, and even offered us a room for a shower! Brilliant hotel, cannot recommend enough!
Beautiful hotel located in the old quarter of Hanoi. Very friend, helpful, and attentive staff. I sent laundry to be done in the afternoon and had it back that evening. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was good and breakfast had a nice selection!

Warmly greeted and orientated by hotel manager Mr Chris. Deluxe room was clean but too bad no windows. I must say that the location is excellent, walking distance to famous cathedral church, Hanoi train station, water puppet show, night market, Hoa Lo prison etc.
We stayed at the O'Gallery for three nights in Hanoi. Great central location near the old quarter but not quite in the middle of it. O'Gallery really stood out for the quality of the service -- the staff made a real effort to make sure we were taken care of and knew how to get around Hanoi. And the breakfast was outstanding! Best eggs benedict of my trip! They even gave us a "going away gift" and upgraded our airport transfer. They went above and beyond.
Its a super beautiful hotel, well situated and very good staff but without 24 h room service which when you arrive late after a long trip is not optimal. The wifi and TV was rather randomly working.

Staff were super helpful, especially Daisy and Mary. Breakfast each day was delicious - best we had in Vietnam! Location was perfect. The only thing that could have been improved was the bathroom that could have dome with some more space for storage of toiletries, etc.
