We booked a room with Bay view. That was the reason to choose this hotel.
We got a non standard room with a side view of the Bay. I think many rooms have a side view of the Bay.

Nice clean modern hotel in Halong. My wife and I were very comfortable during our stay. The food was excellent as well.

Bra och fräscht hotell. Personal som gärna hjälpte till om man bad de. Perfekt hotell att bo på om man vill bo inne i Ha long Bay. Upplevde dessvärre att det inte fanns så mycket att se i staden, utan den stora upplevelsen var att åka båt längs kusten. Dagstripp eller kryssning längs kusten är att rekommendera!

3.0 "Not too bad a stay."
Check in was a bit fraught as they wanted 3 million deposit which would be retuned in 2 weeks, when I said no , they then wanted cash !! The hotel itself was fine, breakfast , there was a very good variety to choose from and the staff excellent. The only downside was I got electrocuted one afternoon by holding the handle of the kettle, got such a big shock from it. Rang down to reception and they came straightaway. They tested the kettle which was live. They apologised and brought us a plate of fruit! Good job I wasn't wet or had a pacemaker in or I perhaps wouldn't be here.management should be informed of this and everything checked.
Good experience. Room was clean and quiet. Just the TV that was not working correctly. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent

We spent two nights here while we did a day trip to Halong Bay. The room is comfy and clean with a distant but nice view of the bay. The pool area is good, shame there is the construction work across the road from them. My only issue would be the food available at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is okay, more eastern options than western but still nice. The dinner buffet is overpriced and not worth the money at all. The a la carte menu is good but you will be paying western prices. I would recommend going into town for meals. Also the dining area is understaffed, so you wait some time to be attended to. Cannot fault the staff that were serving run off their feet.
Det var rigtig godt, vi var meget tilfredse. Det koster men det er pengene værd. De var meget søde og smilende. Der var altid rent og pænt. Morgenmaden købt vi efter vi havde checket ind. Det var lidt dyrt for 3 dage, men ellers spillede det hele:)

4.0 "Great hotel - pity about the food poisoning "
Beautiful hotel with modern and very clean rooms. Only real downside was the food poisoning 3 of our group got after eating at the hotel. We were very sick and the hotel refused to accept that it had anything to do with it. This was our only meal in Vietnam (outside of a pack of pringles and bottled water) so we’re confident it was the hotel food which made us sick (3 hours after our meal). A disappointing end to what would otherwise have been a lovely stay. One final thing - there really isn’t anything to do in halong bay if you’re not doing a cruise.
Hotel too expensive for food and drink, almost London prices and not enough variety in the local area to escape it either. Feel like we are 2 years too early, half the area is a building site.
Hotel itself is clean and staff very friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The hotel was really nice. Great pool and excellent breakfast. We booked a twin room as it looked like the beds were quite big on the photos but they weren’t much bigger than single beds. Which was ok for 3 nights but would probably stay somewhere with 2 queen beds if we were staying longer. There is a lot of building work in front of the hotel but it didn’t bother us. They do happy hour on drinks between 4-7pm, the mojitos were the best in Vietnam. Would stay here again

Such a quality place to stay for the price. I would stay there again. The area, however, was still a heavily construction zone which made pollution a concern. Not a lot of quality places to eat around the area as well. Perhaps in 5 years when construction is done with the European malls, the area will be a better place to visit. When visiting Ha Long, please do your part to keep the place clean and minimalize the use of plastic.

위치는 항구와 떨어져 있어서 부두로 갈때마다 택시비가 듭니다. 호텔 앞에 음식점 풋마사지 샵들이 있어서한저녁 시간이 조용하진 않으며 성인2+아이2 숙박 가능한 슈피리어 룸에 싱글 침대 두개를 배치해놔서 성인2인에게 적당합니다.
체크인 데스크는 지친 숙박객을 계산적으로 응대해서 심적으로 긴장되게 합니다.

Perfectly located hotel with excellent facilities. Room was the nicest we have stayed in Vietnam. We were really taken care of, man who did our laundry was lovely and when we got ripped off by a taxi driver the hotel reimbursed us - can’t fault our stay. Also would highly recommend seafood buffet

We booked a room with a view, assuming it was of the bay. Upon checkin we were advised it was a view of a construction site. To get the room with a Bay view we were told we would have to upgrade our package to include the breakfast option.
