We were warm welcome by the reception with a timely welcome drink. Staff can communicate well in English. Well furnished room, stylish while being cozy. Breakfast was delightful, with food cooked on order and from buffet bar. Excellent location. Value for money, and exceptional at this level

I can’t say a bad thing about this hotel ! It was our home away from home during our trip in Hanoi. The staff were all super friendly to both us and the room are lovely and extremely clean. Breakfast had a good selection of western and Vietnamese food. An amazing hotel in Hanoi! We will definitely be back next time we are here !

Il personale è molto disponibile. Camera decorata per il nostro viaggio di nozze ma... la finestra era praticamente finta.. si affacciava su un muro che rendeva la camera completamente buia. Meglio scrivere che la finestra non è presente.

They will provide the best service they have, the most important thing if you stay in Hanoi is that the hotel staff must be able to speak English well and here almost all staff can speak English very well and this place is actually close to going anywhere on foot

L'hotel est très bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied.
Le personnel est accueillant et disponible, ils nous ont aidé à reserver une croisière dans la Baie d'Along qui s'est très bien passée.

I loved this property and would happily return again. The receptionist Annie was delightful from the time I arrived when she sat me down with free drink and fruit to explain Hanoi and give recommendations to her assistance with various things throughout my stay. I was so happy with all the other staff too who work very hard and long hours to give such fantastic service and always with a smile. I felt appreciated as a guest and this was shown when I returned from a tour to find my room had been upgraded for free. The room itself was perfect, although be aware the basic (superior?) room has no windows to the outside world this didn't bother me and the location is perfect. Free breakfast included which was delicious and made to order. 100/100 thank you all for a lovely stay

This was our first hotel after a long flight to Hanoi and it was a great place to cool down and relax and see the city from the central location in the old town centre. The staff helped us really well with the bookings like a trip to sapa and bai tu long and we communicated with the hotel trough WhatsApp prior to the stay. The breakfast was nice and for our long trips we could leave our large backpacks at the hotel. Also we got a nice upgrade on arrival because we booked multiple nights. Go for it !
A very nice hotel, well situated in the Old Quarter. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Assisted me with trips and onward travel. My single room was spacious with a comfortable double bed, clean, quiet, hot shower and good WiFi. The breakfast was very good and starts early. I returned for a further stay after a trip to Halong Bay and will definitely recommend this hotel.

My stay at the New Vision Palace Hotel, was exceptional. The room was very clean and adequately sized, and the bathroom was modern, with a nice hot shower. I had a balcony suite, whereby I could look out and experience the activity of the street below. The location was reasonably central, with easy access to shops, bars, night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake, was just a short stroll away. There was some noise, from the street, but that has to be expected, and the noise quitened down after about 10pm every night.
The best part of my stay, was the service and friendliness of the staff. From the front reception, to the kitchen staff, and the room cleaners, everyone was kind and friendly.
A special mention to Kylie, along with Justin, Henry, Tony, and Daniel, who all made my stay very pleasant.
I would highly recommend the New Palace Vision Hotel as a great place to stay when visiting Hanoi, and exploring the surrounding region.
