We had an overall nice stay. The people working at the hotel were very friendly, and there was a beautiful rooftop view of the city. My boyfriend and I wanted to take a couple-day trip to the Mekong Delta area (specifically Can Tho), and the hotel concierge helped us arrange travel by bus (our preferred method of transportation).
The only aspect of our stay that made us rate this less-than-5-stars was some sort of issue that we were encountering with the toilet. It would frequently make some strange gargling sound and the toilet would start bubbling (imagine when a pot of water starts boiling). This would happen even when we were using the toilet (which you can imagine isn't super pleasant and sort of concerning). Nothing ultimately went wrong, but we were sort of on our toes the whole time, wondering whether the toilet would start flooding or something. We even put our suitcases on the desk just in case...
One other thing to consider is that if you stay in the room on the first floor with a view of the street, it will be loud until late hours of the night / early am hours. Not a huge concern if you are one of the people who is not in your hotel room at these hours, but might be a concern if you want to sleep before the early am hours.
Det var et super fint hotel, men grundet placeringen fik vi først sovet kl. 4 om natten, da der var så høj en larm ude fra gaden. Vi vidste godt at det lå på en larmende gade, men mente at så slemt kunne det ikke være, men det var det godt nok. Tror heller ikke det gjorde det bedre at vores værelse lå helt ude til gaden. Men hotellet var fint til prisen og personalet var søde og venlige.

Friendly staff in the day time.
In the evening they electricity goes off, meaning you have no air con or power to charge phones. Ours went at 11pm we enquired about it and was told it goes off most evening's and will return about 6am by an evening staff member.
Our phones went dead due to no power meaning we had no alarms for the next day.
The noise is unbearable. It feels like a dj is in your room until til 3 / 4 am.
Breakfast was disgusting, I ordered an omelette it was riddled with grease and half cooked.
1.0 "Bad hotel, might aswell sleep in a nightclub"
Staff are the only ok thing about this hotel. Rooms are dingy, curtains stained. Room is a decent size and bed okay comfort however you will not be able to sleep due to extremely loud music being played from many bars/clubs outside. On check in we were told ‘if it’s too loud we can offer a white noise speaker to help’ therefore staff are aware it’s impossible to sleep. We used the speaker but even with this and earplugs we were still able to hear the music that goes on until 4am. Do not stay if you value sleep at all. If you are planning on staying out drinking until 4am every night this is the hotel for you.

방은 사진에 나온대로였고 프론트의 직원분들이 매우 친절하셔서 기분이 좋아지는 호텔이었습니다. ㅎㅎ 부이비엔 거리 중앙에 위치해있어서 호치민 시내를 구경하고 다시 돌아오는 등 이동할 때에는 매우 편리했지만 제가 묵은 방은 밤에 거리의 소음이 잘 들리는 편이었어요. 민감하신 분이라면 참고하시면 될거같아요. 호텔은 전반적으로 모든 면에서 만족스러웠고 특히 루프탑 조식을 먹으며 본 전망이 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ
