Dårlig frokost, ligger rett ovenfor nattklubb. Heter Ibiz Hotel, vanskelig å finne. Ansatte var helt ok, noen dager var de hyggelige andre dager var de sure.
Sengene på hostel var ikke de beste, men hadde ikke forventet bedre. Air Condition stoppet å virke, ga beskjed, men de fikset ikke.

Dortoir propre .
Des bruits de rue et musique cependant !
Un bon rapport qualite/prix .
Pas eu le temps de tester le petit dejeuner pour cause de depart matinal vers l aeroport .
Had a bit of trouble finding the place as the front looks like a bar/restaurant. Was quite hard as I arrived at night time when the street was in full swing with lots of people dining out the front. The name on the front of the hotel reads Ibiz City Hostel so look out for that if you’re in the area, and the reception is directly inside the entrance on your right. The 8 bed mixed dorm was all good and breakfast was decent. Would stay again.
Ottimo Ostello situato nel cuore di Hanoi vicino alla beer street. La reception è la sala colazione sono accoglienti e arredate in maniera dettagliata e moderna. Le stanze sono datate i mobili sono un pò vecchiotti ma accettabili, considerando quel che si paga! Le stanze sono di ampia metratura e dispongono di tutti i comfort: frigorifero, asciugacapelli, Tv e un ottimo sistema di condizionamento! Nel bagno, asciugamani dispencer saponi e spazzolini con dentifricio (asciugamani e spazzolini vengono cambiati ogni giorno) insomma non manca proprio niente! La colazione è al 90%salata, poca scelta ma sempre rimpiazzata e di buona qualità! Servizio alla reception per escursioni, taxi da e per l'aeroporto a circa 10 euro. Quando arriverete all'indirizzo indicato non troverete nessuna insegna con su scritto marriotte hotel, troverete cartelli che pubblicizzano escursioni come se fosse solamente un agenzia di viaggi! Entrate e troverete a destra la reception e davanti a voi la sala colozioni che di sera di trasforma in una sorta di pub! (allego foto dell'ingresso) Sicuramente il miglior posto dove alloggiare nel centro di Hanoi per qualità prezzo! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Bon séjour à l’hôtel Mariette. La chambre était un peu kitch mais grande et assez propre. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver car il y’a un autre nom à la porteLe week-end les rues aux alentours sont noires de monde et nous n’avons pas eu de bruit dans la chambre, car nous étions du côté cour. Le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute dans l’ensemble...
Die Lage ist sehr gut und wenn man für wenig Geld nicht Luxus erwartet ist man dort richtig.

I didn’t stay at the property itself because when I arrived they told me that because of a problem there was no available room. Since it was 10 pm and I was very tired from a Long trip I just went somewhere else.

Hotel was difficult to find it was located in a crowded part of Hanoi in the evening even our taxi driver didnt find this hotel so we have to get out of the taxi and walk looking for the hotel, the name of the hotel is NOT MARRIOTTE as stated, it is Hotel Ibis if Im not mistaken (if you see the front door of the hotel you wont see a sign of MARRIOTTE hotel.
Other than that evrything was ok food places all around easy to communicate with the staff we have been upgraded to family room then transfered to the room we booked the following day, the evening guy is very helpful.
TO EXPEDIA I sent you an emaiul and I demand an explanation regarding your staffs problem solving abilities over the phone and email.
Too many stairs
No elevator.
Had to leave early and they would not give me my money back...

Breakfast buffet was really tasty and unique for Hanoi. Reception and rooms were modern-looking, and the dorm beds had lights, functioning power ports, dark curtains and shelf space. Big lockers with lock provided. Staff were good, nothing amazing to note specifically.

4.0 "A Budget hotel that’s worth trying in Old Quarters"
For this type of price did not expect too much. However, the Family room we selected was fantastic with 4 clean beds and can see the sheets are clean. Everything works including heater, 4 towels, 4 toothbrushes etc. Breakfast for 4 was also included. It’s situatated in the middle of the old quarters so Super convenient to experience it. For the price, it has exceeded my expectations. No complains from my family members as well :) don’t expect too much and you won’t be disappointed, worth a try.
