백패커스라 기본적으로 영어 어느정도 하는줄 알았는데 체크인하는데 좀 오래 걸렸고 12시쯤 들어갔는데 문을 닫아버렸더라고요.
방 상태는 무난했었고 가격대비 가성비는 좋은 것 같습니다. 위치도 괜찮습니다.

I was booked here for just a few nights in March when the Covid-19 pandemic was just starting. The hostel took EXCELLENT precautions, taking down itineraries and taking temperatures every morning. Since my tours got cancelled I holed myself up here and had the absolute loveliest time. My room was GORGEOUS and the free breat every morning was delicious. Very happy with Daniel ( Dzung) and all his service. All the staff were excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hostel. Would stay longer but the journey must continue... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten, sondern ein Zimmer ohne Fenster! Erst für die zweite Nacht erhielten wir das korrekte Zimmer. Wir haben somit viel zu viel bezahlt für ein schlechtes Zimmer.

I had an excellent stay at the Luxury Backpacker’s hotel. I booked a double room which had plenty of space, comfy bed, and air conditioning which was perfect after a day walking in Hanoi. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly - free breakfast is good too! Perfect location in Hanoi and very well-priced. Definitely recommend!

Die Lage ist perfekt um Hanoi zu Fuss zu erkunden. Nahe am Hoan Kiem See gelegen. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um die Küche Vietnams zu genießen, ebenso wie das tolle Café Angebot.

How friendly the staff were to me in helping me out on booking things for me.
Comfortable place with extremely friendly staff, the facilities are great and beer is cheap. It is near many great food and attractions. Will come again!

제일 윗층 2층 침대를 썼는데 비가 많이 오니 비 소리가 너무 크게 들려서 불편했습니다 아무래도 옥상이 시멘트가 아닌가봅니다 대체적으로 깔끔하고 편했습니다 조식도 훌륭했습니다

It was great for the price, beds were clean, service was great, breakfast was good (compared to many backpackers hostels where it's just toast and eggs). Location was great as well. I was staying at their dorm and was quite satisified with it. The quality of this place is just as advertised.

I stayed for three nights in a private room. It was as shown in the photos - clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Hanoi.

Hele fijne locatie in het centrum van Hanoi. De kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een hele fijne douche!
The place is clean and neat. I stayed in a dorm and was very good...
I booked a ha long overnight boat tour from the reception.
I wanted to book ** tour that costed $95. However, the guy at the reception tricked me into booking a tour that costed 105$ saying there is a tax of $10 and portrayed to me that I was been given a free upgrade to ***. I later checked that all the prices are including taxes...even the invoice given to me did not show tax component.
He thought he fooled me but I didn't was to spoil my mood on the second day of my tour...
The location is great. Nice street food and attractions within walking distances. Staff are friendly and attentive. Bed is comfy and shared bathroom is ok. Clean towel is available everyday and a locker for your belonging below the bed.

i have traveled a lot. Stayed in lots of hostels. Why I like this one so much is because of the Staff. Very kind and helpful. Plus there is plenty of room where we sleep. It’s clean and there’s a good breakfast. It’s a great location and they are really helpful with getting you where and when yo want ti go. Topshelf.

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Super service, rask innsjekk, bra beliggenhet, fint rom, deilig seng, god frokost med flere valgmuligheter, vaskeservice, oppbevaringsmuligheter for bagasje osv. Liker godt at det er forheng ved sengene slik at man får privatliv. To minus: Wifi fungerte ikke så veldig bra. Dusj og toalett på samme sted gjør at doen blir våt, og at det til en hver tid er vått på gulvet når man skal på do.

Considering the price, location, facilities, equipments and staff members, this hostel is highly recommended. If assigned to a room in high level with heavy luggage, might be hard to walk up the staircase.

Decent place only stayed fir 9 hours. Came in late and left early. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff except they asked at 1130 for us to go to bed so they could close. The bed was a bit hard.

방자체가 나쁘지 않았고, 주변에 관광지나 음식점, 투어 예약하는곳이 가까워서 편했습니다. 직원분들도 친절하셨고, 특히 제가 영어가 서툼에도 응대하려 노력해주시는 모습에 감동받았습니다. 그리고 제 착각이었지만, 방에 수도가 고장났다하니 바로와서 살펴주셨습니다. 제가 조작을 못한 것 이었지만요..ㅋㅋ 특히 정말 감사드리고 싶은것이 제가 여권을 호텔에 두고왔는데 신속하게 택시편으로 보내주셔서 무사히 귀국할 수 있었네요..아침으로 제공되는 식사는 식당도 겸하는곳이어서 맛이 괜찮습니다. 저는 쌀국수가 제일 입맛에 맞았네요. 3일동안 잘지내고 왔습니다:D★★★★★
아, 그리고 혹시 배낭여행을 생각하시는 분은 돌미토리도 추천합니다. 저는 가족여행이라 방에묵었는데, 어쩌다 기회가 되어 들어가보았는데요 침대마다 커튼으로 나눠져있고, 돌미토리 공용욕실도 깨끗하더라구요. 참고하시라고 적습니다:D

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Der Schlafsaal war mit AC ausgestattet und die Betten boten absolute Privatsphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Hanoi ist dieses Hostel meine erste Wah, da es sich u.a an einer perfekten Lage befindetl!
