Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die gute Touren und Sehenswürdigkeiten empfehlen. Viele Touren kann man auch direkt bei der Unterkunft buchen, die öfter auch billiger sind als bei Reisebüros. Man kann hier auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen und es wird auch jeden morgen gutes Frühstück angeboten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem kommt man leicht in die Altstadt mit (Fahrrad/Bus/Taxi). Die Zimmer sind sauber und abends ist es nett auf der Terasse zu sitzen, sonst kann man auch einen entspannten Abend mit Netflix verbringen. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und man bekommt für den geringen Preis viel geboten.
Proximité avec le centre ville en Grab ou en bus (plus compliqué à pieds je n'ai donc pas testé), chambre spacieuse, bon accueil du personnel.
Attention cependant, les excursions proposées sont plus chères que dans les agence dans le centre ville

오토바이 와 자전거만 건널수 있다
시설은 열악하고 화장실 물도 안나왔다.

This property is one of the best homestays. Across the river from hanoi old quarters . They provide breakfast as well.
We took a 1day tour of ha long bay. With vegetarian food. It was well manager. The pick up was managed by them very close to the place of stay.
They coordinated well with the staff and we did not face any trouble during the whole tour of 6 hrs excluding the commutation time from hanoi to halong and back.
Will surely recommend that if you want to stay in a calm place a little away from the city noises and wilh a view of the river and long bein Bridge then this is the best place we have come across yet.
Jimmy is the best host you could ever ask for if you are new to the city.Super friendly,Super helpful. Helped us book our halong bay and sapa experiance and was all round welcoming.
The hotel is slightly away from the Center but quite and grabs are super cheap 35k .It is only 5-10 drive to the Old Quarter and has a spectacular view of Long Bien Bridge and with it being so chaotic this for us was a good location.
Rooms are very big and stunning, they have a rooftop which has great views and very chilled to relax at.
The breakfast Washington delicious and we enjoyed Netflix on tv.
It was a pleasure to have stayed with Jimmy and his family and would reccomend to anyone
룸이 아주 넓고 좋았어요. 근처에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 편했어요.
일반 주거지 속에 있어서 골목 안으로 들어가기가 처음에는 불변할 수 있으나 현지인과 함께 할 수 있는 식당들이 있어서 오히려 좋았어요.

This is a nice property, however it is far away from the main Hanoi sights and very hard for taxi drivers/grab drivers to find.

I like the quiet of the hotel and the hotel is clean and staff is helpful. And the breakfast is good as well that provide four options to customers.

Attention attention !!!
L'hôtel pourrait être super si il était entretenu !!! Quel dommage, il y a tous les ingrédients pour en faire un endroit cosy (vélo à disposition, petit rooftop, scooter pas cher...) malheureusement l'endroit est à l'abandon (Piscine verte inutilisable, draps tachés,...) le lieu du coup devient vraiment étrange, on se sent mal à l'aise et Jimmy le propriétaire vous ordonne de vous asseoir à côté de lui pour vous forcer à rédiger un avis excellent !!!
C'est vraiment malheureux car la famille est quand même plutôt sympa hormis ce gros défaut...
Located off the beaten track, great to submerse yourself in less tourism. Very large rooms. Grande bathrooms. Traditional decor.

After travelling and staying in hostels for the past month, my friend and I were looking forward to staying in the suite with our own large beds. When we arrived, we were quite disappointed to find that the room we were shown clearly was not the one we had booked. The woman at the desk tried to convince us that we had been charged the wrong rate on Expedia and that the room we had been shown was the correct one for the price we paid. Since it was not at all what we were looking for, we asked if we could potentially get a refund so that we could book somewhere else that more suited our needs. The manager of the hotel came to speak with us and explained that the suite we had booked was currently occupied as the guests who had booked it earlier were unable to check out on time. This meant that the woman who had tried to check us in had actually lied about the room and had tried to rip us off by convincing us that we had paid the incorrect price for the room we thought we had booked and tried to have us stay in a lower tier room. The manager said that he would provide us with a refund but just needed to contact Expedia first. He was helpful in paying for our cab to another hotel but I have yet to receive a refund despite sending him a follow-up email. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel.
Hotel bonito y tranquilo, se encargan de todo y la atencion es excelente.
El dueño, Jimmy es muy atento y te ayuda en todo.
Sin duda una opcion excelente .
Los tous para Sapa y la bahia Halong desde aqui los puedes contratar y son muy buenos.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und zumindest er spricht ein gutes englisch. Er hat uns auch geholfen eine Tour in die Halong Bucht zu buchen. Dabei hat er uns einen kleinen Rabatt raus gehandelt.
Wenn man ins old quater will, Muss man ein bisschen laufen (30 Min) Aber man kann im Hotel auch Fahrräder ausleihen.
Einziges Kontra ist der Pool, welcher nicht der aller sauberste war aber schon ok

Alors, la chambre est très correct , le petit déjeuner aussi, l’emplacement moyen car il y a le pont long bien à traverser pour rejoindre la ville mais ils prêtent des vélos ce qui est un vrai plus. Par contre nous partons avec une déception car nous avons réserver la croisière de la baie d’ha long avec cet hôtel et ce fut décevant, le programme n’était pas respecter, a déconseiller donc sur ce point. Vendre un programme et en faire un autre sur place sans explication c’est Dommage car tout aurez pu être super.
