This is our second time staying at this hotel--great design and feel, fantastic staff, reasonable price, good location, good breakfast buffet, nice pool, lovely gardens.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable- beds a little hard for me - but that’s a personal choice. Breakfast very good- but coffee could be better. The hotel has a free bus that takes you to the beach and old town several Rome’s per day. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Lotus Hoi An. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse inégalée. Ils sont toujours prêts à exaucer le moindre de nos désirs. Le buffet déjeuner est varié avec un choix de mets occidentaux et asiatiques. La navette gratuite pour la plage ou la vieille ville est très commode. Il y a un bon choix de restos aux alentours. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans restriction.

Stayed at the hotel before. Enjoyed it, quite comfortable, good value, good location. Service sometimes is a bit off, mostly language barrier but sometimes common sense caused frustration.

A fabulous oasis in the middle of a somwhat chaotic small city. One can relax away from all the noise and traffic. Wonderful and friendly caring staff!

they staff is very friendly and helpful. it's not mainly in downtown but the local area is quite nice and you find something to eat. the pool is a bit hot.
the stay was great there. the most we appreciated the free shuttle to down town and to the beach - awesome service! (beach shuttle could maybe drive a bit longer in the evening (: )

저렴한 가격, 식사, 조그만 풀장 모든게 맘에 들었다. 하지만 후기에 나와있는 닭울음 소리는 정말 싫었다. 닭울음소리만 없다면 다음에 또 갈것 같다.
옆집 식당들 좋았고, 바레 재래시장안에 김치도 파네요. 호이안 외곽이지만 불편하지 않네요. 안방비치 호이안까지 셔틀있어서 1번 타보았네요.
조용한 현지 모습 느끼기에는 딱인것 같아요.

This is an older property, but still quite nice. The staff are outstanding and will help in any way. The pool is nice but could do with a clean, but still ok to swim in. The property offers a scheduled free bus service to both the town centre and the beach at various times of the day.

The hotel was comfortable and staff were very helpful. We used the hotel free shuttle to visit Hoi An Town and the hotel’s beach. It all worked well. The Restaurant Manager, Nina, and all the staff were friendly and usually smiled.
The only thing we did not like was the hotel’s location was 2.5 km from Hoi An Town. We like to walk and this location challenged our usual approach of walking places. The hotel shuttle was helpful but the schedule did not always meet our needs.
Hôtel confortable, propre, personnel très agréable; le seul point nord est la présence de coqs au alentour nous réveillant bien avant l aube!!! Dommage pour un hôtel 3 étoiles...

유럽이나 미주권 관광객이 많아서 조식이 맛있었어요. 단 한가지 단점이라면 닭소리! 밤부터 새벽까지 울어서 힘들었어요 ㅠㅠ 시설이나 서비스 식사 위치는 좋았어요!!

This hotel was great for what we were looking for, half way between the beach and the historic old town and a shuttle to both. The service was outstanding, the grounds were kept immaculately and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was really over the top, great cut fresh fruit, several hot items including made to order eggs, sweet pastries, etc. We were impressed. The pool area was well maintained but maybe not suitable for little children as there was no shallow end, but great for adults. We stayed about a week and would have loved to stay longer.

Super hyggeligt hotel med meget venligt personale, der er interesserer sig for at du får en godt ophold. Ligger i cykelafstand til både den gamle bydel af Hoi An og til stranden, og hvis man ikke ønsker at cykle på de gratis cykler, så kan man tage hotellets shuttle bus, der kører både til byen og stranden.

Good hotel, great breakfast, easy to walk into town 10min or take cheap taxi, avoid massage place opposite not good. Its not very close to town, but in a good area that's more local.
Viet restaurant next door good, Dingo Deli café nearby very nice.

Design of the resort is unique and it is pretty. Service is good and staff is very nice and helpful. They are always willing to help. Room is big although the air-con is not strong enough. Swimming pool is beautiful. It is great to have the subtle bus provided by the resort to the beach and the old city. Feel relaxing to stay here!

Really nice hotel. We had two connecting rooms which was perfect for our family of 4. The staff were excellent, pool was really nice and the breakfast was good. Free bike hire was a bonus which we used regularly. They also provide a shuttle to the old town and beach, which they have a private area with free sun beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff! We had some problems with the WiFi being slow, but when we addressed the problem, the staff was quick to fix it. Nice pool area - however, quite small pool. Did not matter to us though.

Trevligt hotell med bra service. Personal som är serviceinriktade och hjälper till med bokningar av guider mm. Ok frukostbuffé - praktiskt med buffé på hotellet när man ska iväg tidigt på utflykter och annat. Billigt med taxi in till gamla stan så avståndet inget problem.
