Although it was relatively cheap compared to other hotels that I have stayed so far, I have received the best service I could ever receive in my life! I am definitely going to recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Hanoi. I could really feel how much they cared about each customer. Best staff ever!

Nice little boutique hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Unfortunately we experienced a bit of noise from staff and other guests that kept us up and woke us up on some occasions. Service was really good other than this, and there was a note at the end saying they were improving the hotel which perhaps explained some of the noise, but would have been nice to know in advance. Most facilities were very good, but the internet dropped out a few times. Good location, very clean.
This hotel is simply awesome! Good breakfast, room is very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the great hospitality provided by the staff, they are so warm and attain to all our needs. Some little surprise from them which really brighten up our day! We will definitely come back again!

This hotel will go beyond your expectations to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Good location and amazing staff always willing to help. As an example, our pickup to go to halong bay was late and they called the cruise to make sure everything was fine and to have an updated pickup time. Great to have this kind of service when you don't speak the local language.

The true highlight is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that guests are taken care of. The property itself is a bit older but our room was quite nice and the breakfast was great. The location is very central. We would happily return.

Petit hôtel typique des immeubles de Hanoï. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes et il n'y a pas de fenêtre. En revanche, elles sont très confortables et très propres. L'accueil est remarquable, tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. Très bon séjour.

I recently stayed at Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel, and I couldn't have been happier. The location was ideal -- central to amazing restaurants and sites but still tranquil -- and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was tasty and varied -- both local foods and Western foods, if that's your preference.
But the main thing that made it such a wonderful stay for me was the kind and welcoming staff. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bell boys to housekeeping to the folks working in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. It's the kind of place where everyone greets you by name by day two. I had originally booked three nights, but when it was clear that the staff was going out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible, I extended it to six nights. But it gets better. After my second night, I came down with a horrible cold (not something I recommend in Asia in the summer) and wound up holed up in my room for a couple of days. The staff was so kind: they brought me a fan because the AC was making my room unbearably cold; someone brought me a cup of ginger tea; when I couldn't find good cold medicine, someone ran out and found me some. I was traveling alone, and I can't express how helpful this was.
This was definitely one of my favorite hotel experiences while traveling in Asia.

service is superb. staff are friendly and always ready to give you a hand. they even packed us extra food as they know we were setting off for a 4-hour journey to halong bay after checking out. The room is nicely decorated and you cannot ask for more with such a price. Breakfast is good too. 5-star for service, room quality and food.
