The location is a 15 minutes walk to Hoan kiem lake, breakfast was really good. The room is very basic and the aircon doesn’t work that well. The staff are so super friendly.

직원분들이 엄청 친절합니다. 다른 곳 묵었었는데 그 중 베스트입니다. 너무 다들 착하고 방 청소해주시는 메이드분들 또한 너무 프로페셔널하시게 해주셨습니다. 청결 ,위치, 친절 굿!
다만 아쉬운 점이 있다면 조식과 방 내 와이파이 약한 것이 조금 아쉽습니다. 그래도 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 너무 행복했던 기억의 호텔입니다^^.

호안끼엠호수와 그다지 멀지 않은거리에 도보로 이동이 가능하고 위치상으로는 시끄럽지도 않고
만족합니다.
외출 복귀시 항상 초코렛과 편지로 응대했으며, 조식또한 많지는 않지만 조용하게 먹기 좋았습니다.
다음에 하노이를 온다면 저는 이곳을 또 방문할 계획입니다.
5.0 "Staff + Service + Location = Exceptional value!"
Staff are very client oriented, unfailingly courteous and go out of their way to look out for guest's welfare. Despite my late evening arrival they arranged hot pho soup to be delivered to my room. They offered hot ginger tea for my persistent cough.
Service is taken to another level considering the hotel's reasonable prices. I was gifted a small drip sieve and coffee upon departing as well boxed cut fruit for my train ride. I doubt there's a task too small for them to do.
Top that off with a great location in the old quarter where a panoply of street vendors parade by the hotel entrance. There's an excellent restaurant nearby serving signature 'bun bo nam bo' - a vermicelli noodle dish served with grilled marinated beef, fresh vegetables, some pickled carrot and a lightly spiced ‘nuoc cham’ broth - $3 a bowl. Also very close are 2 very good massage spas.
Put it all together and you have an exceptional value hotel.
One minor issue; hotel wi-fi service was spotty which is not uncommon at most hotels. I'd suggest buying a Vietnamese SIM card for your smartphone. I set up a hot spot with smart phone to use with my computer.

The reason for the amazing reviews of this place is the incredible staff. They all regularly go above and beyond expectations-- helped us book a luxury cruise at Halong Bay on short notice, puppet show tickets so we didn't have to stand in line, car service to and from hotel, etc. They were just great! The rooms are fine, clean enough...I wasn't thrilled how close the bathrooms were to beds...(not overwhelmingly close, but still smaller rooms), the buffet breakfast is decent. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you!!!
Amazing service from all staff (very genuine welcoming), great travel advice/tips offered and convenient location. Service and location 10/10, perfect for a quick trip in Hanoi.

4.0 "Friendly service, clean room but animal sounds"
Staff were friendly, service was great they packed us fruit when we checked out for our halong bay tour and gave us a phin+coffee souvenir. Breakfast was good. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious enough. Could hear the next door people but thankfully they weren't too loud at night. It was comfortable until I turned off the lights late at night and heard loud scurrying sounds from the ceiling (had a top floor room). Heard the animals and squeaking sounds intermittently throughout the night, thankfully they were just outside the building and not in the room, no surprise there are animals at night in the city. Though I was a bit freaked out when I saw the AC cord came from the ceiling so there was a decent size hole around that cord and I was afraid whatever was on the ceiling could crawl through the hole, but it didn't *whew*. If you are afraid of rodents/animals, then I do not recommend the top floor rooms...
The staff at LHDx was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I never left the property without some fresh fruit to-go and a bottle of water. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice small hotel in the Old Quarter area. Short walk to the lake. Friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
A beautiful little hotel in the heart of Hanoi with the best service of anywhere we stayed in Vietnam. We were welcomed with tea and fruit, beautiful room decorations for our honeymoon and a lovely letter wishing us luck in our married life for the New Year. Amy organised airport transfer and a Halong Bay day cruise for us. All the staff were so friendly, we’ll come back to stay here in a heartbeat.

I chose this hotel because of its location and it did not disappoint. I stayed here 11 nights in total and felt very comfortable as a solo female walking around the area. The staff is exceptional, quick to respond to any requests. The pillows are also exceptional!

We recently had a wondetful 4 nights 5 days stay at Little Hanoi Deluxe hotel. The location is within walking distance to the lake, weekend night market, the cathedral and there are many eateries, spas and sourvenir shops nearby too. Megan and Annie were excellent in their service to the guests. Annie even contacted us through whatsapp prior to our arrival to ask if we required airport transfer.It was such a pleasant surprise to receive her text. She was also on duty during breakfast the few mornings we were there and provided good service with a smile. The breakfast spread was good and we could place additional orders like egg benedict,scrambled eggs, beef noodle soup, fried noodles etc. Annie was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. Megan, who checked us in and out went the extra mile of receiving us from the street outside the hotel when we arrived and helped us with our luggage.She even packed some fruits and mineral water for our day trips to Halong Bay. I am truly impressed by their excellent and very personal service standard to their guests. Though our room is small, it was cosy enough and most importantly, the service staff was excellent and that made our shor stay in Hanoi memorable!
Very comfortable hotel, extremely warm and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel was well positioned in the old quarter. The only thing i would asked to be improved is the poor quality of the wifi in the room (5th floor).

Our stay at Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel was great! We came here during our trip for our honeymoon, and this little hotel in Hanoi's old quarter did not disappoint. The room and the hotel is clean and excellently located. What really stood out was the staff though. Everyone was really attentive and went above and beyond. A new employee who welcomed us, Hiro (sp?) was great and provided us with a guide of things to do and "how to survive" in Hanoi which was amazing!
We stayed in Little Hanoi Deluxe for 2 separate nights. First night, i check in the hotel at around 1pm. The hotel is tucked away in a small alley and usually the cabs will drop u off at the main road and u have to walk about 1 to 2 mins into the alley to find the hotel. Not difficult to find. The hotel is located near many spas, restaurants, cafes, nd also many small shops selling interesting Vietnam handicrafts. We were warmly welcome upon arrival and the check in was fuss free.. i only provided my name and the hotel staff found my booking in no time. we were presented with welcome drink and towel and our luggage was brought up to our room. There is only 1 small lift in the building and a spiral narrow staircase. The lobby is small and cosy. On our first night, we stayed in a family room and to be frank, the room looks better in pictures. But it was very clean, beds were very comfortable, the toilet looks a bit outdated, there were some stains on the tiles and on the taps/shower looks a bit old. the water pressure is just reasonable for such a small hotel. on our 2nd night, we were upgraded to a family suite and that room was much nicer, much bigger, and the washroom was newer and more pleasing. The hotel provides buffet breakfast and everything is delcious and the staff was very accomodating and provides a wide assortment of ala carte items for you to order. We enjoyed the breakfast very much.The hotel staff are all very service oriented and friendly.
Nice hotel with great staff in the Old Quarter. My only complaint is that my room was too small. There wasn't even room for a chair.

Best little hotel in the old quarter, great breakfast and even better service. Stayed four nights and definitely would stay again. Can’t begin to tell you how well you are treated here, but as an example; I was craving a banh-mi one night and knew the store was about to close, the staff called and ordered my sandwich then took me down on a motorbike to get it. You will not be disappointed here.

Our group of 8 used the Little Hanoi Deluxe as a base for a 3-week trip to Vietnam - arriving and leaving from there and stopping off between trips to other parts of the country.
The staff were universally excellent and helpful, going well beyond the call of duty in helping us with travel arrangements, providing advice and recommendations for Hanoi itself, and generally keeping our elderly and befuddled party organised.

This was one of most special hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is central but hectic being in the old quarter! The most amazing this about this hotel is the staff. From remembering our itinerary to our names, the staff here genuinely want to make your trip to Hanoi special rather than only your time at the hotel.
All staff members were amazing but specifically Megan and Henry went above and beyond. Absolutely loved my time at the little Hanoi Deluxe and would recommend this gorgeous little hotel to anyone. Thanks again to all staff members for making our holiday so special
What makes Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel lovely is the staff, who are as friendly and helpful as could be.

Good hotel for the price. Service is excellent...the people that work here are very helpful, friendly and courteous. Room is small but clean. WiFi is good. It was so nice of them to offer a take away lunch bag if you were to leave early.
