Good location, and very helpful staffs. Nothing to complain seriously except the breakfast serving place often filled with spot and not airy.

Amazing place. The hotell i 3 stars, but staff and location is 6 stars. We have been travelling a lot, but any of us can not remember a better staff. All levels, everyone.⭐️ Stayed there for 3 nights. The location is great, not much noise. We love the old city. Book, you will not regret it, and we will be back.

We stayed at the Little Hanoi Deluxe Hotel in June/July ‘19. This quaint yet beautiful hotel was the perfect fit. The staff are 6 star, they are super attentive to your every personal needs. They liased with the airport to find our lost luggage. They booked all our tours and every one was excellent. They packed takeaway packs of fruit and bottled water to take and made sure we were up to date with all changes. Breakfast was plentiful with a buffet AND cook to order menu offered. The room was perfect with lots of cupboard space, clean, plenty of toiletries, great size bathroom and lovely personal note left on bed each evening. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Perfect hotel for me and my boyfriend. Clean and quite large room, extremely helpful staff, very nice breakfast, good location. Would highly recommend this hotel to couples who doesnt want to pay a very high price for one of the larger more «fancy» hotels.
직원들이 매우 친절하였고, 다양한 문의와 질문, 요청사항 등에 대해서도 적극적으로 안내해주고 전화통화로 해결해주는 등 매우 좋았음. 방 내부 인테리어도 가족들이 매우 만족해했음.

The best part of the hotel was the wonderful staff, location in heart of the Old Quarter was also convenient to shopping, eating or exploring. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

It is Hanoi so it will very busy but hotel is situated in a very quiet side street. First, the staff will do their utmost to be of service to you, nothing is too much asking. As we agreed, they cannot compete with larger international places but their attitude make the difference. When in Hanoi for a few nights, that's the place to stay.

A lovely little hotel in the old quarter and close to most things you’ll want to see. The staff here are exceptional and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and safe. I stay in hotels for about a third of the year and the staff here are by far the best I’ve come across. The hotel is clean and the rooms are looked after. I thoroughly recommend staying here!

The location of the hotel is good. Walking distance to the sights in the old quarter. The bathroom had ants and a bad smell, but that was taken care of by the staff the next day. The standard of the room was ok, but it's a little worn out. It was not that fresh and new. The beds were firm but good enough for 2 nights of sleeping. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we received a nice parting gift of coffee. Very good budget accommodations.
The service at this hotel was 2nd to none for all the hotels we stayed at in 3 weeks traveling around Asia. Nothing was too much trouble, any request was met with a smile and a was sorted very quickly, for what we paid for this hotel, I would highly recommend it, all the staff were excellent but standout members were Megan and Hero, very helpful, book this hotel with peace of mind!!!!

I liked the cleanliness of the property. Also, enjoyed the staff very much. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Really appreciate the little details such as farewell gift, packed snacks and drinks for the journey towards Halong Bay, etc.

Petit hôtel situé au centre ville dans le vieil Hanoï mais dans une rue piétonne donc calme. Les chambres sont petites mais claires et confortables. Le petit déjeuner est très correct et varié. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et compétent. L’emplacement Est idéal pour visiter le vieil Hanoï il y a plein de boutiques sympas autour.

Brilliant experience, the staff went above and beyond to make stay perfect, with fab touches like fruit and water to take on a day trip, small gift when leaving and remembering your name every time we went though reception. Fab value for money, fab location, totally recommend it.

I picked this place when I saw that they were highly rated on travel sites. Well they surely did not disappoint. The rooms are just as you see them online and the location just can't be beat. The hotel is 4 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and just a short distance from Hanoi's other top tourist attractions including the Old Quarter.
The hotel's staff were extremely helpful weeks before I even checked in. They answered all off my questions promptly via email about my upcoming trip and gave me such helpful travel tips since I was traveling to Vietnam for the first time.
They helped arrange my airport transfers, tour to Halong Bay and even got my tickets to the Water Puppet show in advance so I can skip the line and have great assigned seats. The airport transfers would've cost me the same thing if I took a taxi or Grab so a private car with someone there waiting for me when I arrived was one less important thing to worry about and stress over since I read so much horror stories about tourists getting cheated by unscrupulous airport transport operators. Everything went without a hitch. That's all thanks to the hotel staff who were all so exceptionally attentive and friendly all throughout my stay. As someone who travels quite frequently, I can tell that they pay absolute attention to the needs of their guests which I found to be quite impressive.
I've already shared the word with friends and hope travelers who read this review decide to stay at Little Hanoi Deluxe.

4일동안 숙박했는 데 있는 내내 어느 하나 불편한 점이 없었다 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 깔끔하고 군데더기 없이 맛있었다 한 층에 두 방만 있어서인 지 복도에서 시끄러운 소리도 안 들리고 호안끼엠 호수와 관광지가 가까워서 볼거리 먹을거리를 편하게 즐길 수 있어서 추천하기 좋은 호텔이다
